I had an oil leak on a car I just bought from there a few days before and he and his crew took care of the issue quick without a charge and even gave her a car wash after.. in all honesty I am extremely pleased with his service and will be going back to get my check ups on BOTH of my vehicles! And JED is my guy! He helped me out tons as far as my trade in and the car I wanted.
Customer care has been revived at Jerry Seiner in casa grande. The new service manager is working on making it a good experience. Hopefully they keep up the good work.
This was my first time buying a car off a lot. My credit is pretty much non existent. Robert was my salesman. He was wonderful. I am beyond thankful to the staff at this dealership. Around 6pm I left my job and got a flat tire. I quickly pulled off of the road and was fortunate enough to be near the dealership. I live in the valley and had about 45 miles of the I-10 between me and home. When I pulled into the service department I could clearly see they were closed. As soon as I was about to turn around, a kind gentlemen from the service department came out and spoke with me. I explained what had happened and asked if they could assist me. He quickly said he would be happy to help. Even though they were closed and most of the staff had gone home, he was able to find a few people to help. A few of them changed my tire while he looked for a nearby tire shop. One of the individuals even gave me directions so I could find a safe route to take on the way home since I would be driving on a donut. I am beyond thankful for the group that helped me the other night. It was above and beyond. The way the team treated me that night was a clear reflection of their values as individuals and together as a business. When Im ready to shop for a car I will definitely be back to see them. I went to look at a couple different trucks. My sales person, Arturo was amazing! He had both vehicles I was interested in, waiting up front when I got there. Discussed both. Showed me options etc. in both and then we test drove both. Once I decided which truck I wanted, we started the paper work.Now, I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and my experience with the team at Jerry Seiner (Arturo, Paul and David) was by far the best I’ve had. All three guys where super friendly, professional and there to answer any questions I had. Not once, did I feel pressured. Even once the deal was made and Paul and David were preparing my paperwork, Arturo stayed with me and we just talked and laughed. These guys are down to earth and the ‘vibe’ the dealership in general gives off, is inviting. Yes, there are many dealership choices in the valley but if you’re interested in a vehicle, take the drive to Casa Grande to see these guys. You won’t be disappointed.

Talked to Mary this morning about a Ram Pickup that was for sale. She made an appointment for me to look at it this afternoon. I asked her if it would be there for me to see, and She said that it would. When I showed up to see it, I was told that it had been sold and would I like to look at something else. Really!!! Bait and Switch? You be the Judge.All I know is that I wont be a customer of theirs.

He called them and ask if they could do anything about it and they said no. I suggest really doing your research before buying here higher prices higher taxes.
My sister took my car to get fixed from AC & stereo which was under extended warranty. Well, looks like they fixed the issues but when we went to go pick up the car, we noticed the upholstery wasnt put back properly, it was sticking out, we told the guy in charge their at car service center & said he would take pics & get back to us as soon as he had a upholstery shop so they could fix it since it was their fault. Its beenOver 6 months & we havent heard from them. You tell me, 😠😡😠😡, should I keep waiting till they care? 👎👎👎
Service Department struck out twice in a row!First experience, 2018 Ram 3500 needed a fuel filter install before a trip. Almost $300 to get the job done. At that price you expect quality service. The truck came back to us smelling strongly of diesel inside the cabin and covered in grease including a grimy boot print on the painted bumper! Not the care that you would expect for a $300 fuel filter replacement. See attached pictures.Second experience. Radio needed Warranty replacement due to de-laminated touch screen. A couple days after they finished the truck we noticed that none of the control buttons below the radio worked for engine braking, tow-haul mode, seat heaters, etc 10 buttons in total. A call to service resulted in them telling us that there was no way it could be related to the previous work even though the dysfunction was literally attached to the dash panel that had just been removed. They refused a quick correction and instead scheduled a week out for repairs. Because we are from out of town traveling with our 5th wheel we needed things functional, especially in this time of Pandemic uncertainty. In the interest of getting the job done correctly, I YouTubed it, removed the dash and the console, and just fixed it myself. Of course I found that the tech had not connected the terminal connector for the switch panel. See attached pictures.I hate to write negative reviews, but in this instance I feel as if they tried really hard to earn it. Twice.
Just purchased a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica hybrid. Amazing vehicle! Matt was our salesman and he did a fantastic job!! Purchasing this vehicle from Jerry Seiner Chrysler was a very good experience!! Every one there is super nice and helpful.
Overall experience was okay. Sales staff is friendly. However they promise referral program of $100 for each referral and they lie. I sent my daughter in and even after asking about the referral I was contually told they were checking but no one even bothered to call me back any of the times Ive messaged them. I will never do business with them again. Poor business practices and even worse follow up.
Purchased a 2020 Dodge Charger blacktop brand new here about a month ago. My AC is already broken and my part will take two weeks to come in. MIND you I brought the vehicle in twice for problems with my AC and said they found nothing. So I’ve been having to drive around a hot car in up to 128 degree heat inside the car. Make sure you do an extended test drive before buy. Car was a decent price just extremely unhappy with how this whole process has unfolded. Will be my last purchase with JS.
Our vehicle has been sitting at their shop for 5 days now and hasn’t been touched. We made the service appointment over a week in advance and brought it in on the date they told us so that they would be able to start on it right away. Every time we have called to see when it will be done or if they’ve even started they say “Should be able to look at it tomorrow.” No explanation for the delay, and refuse to work with us on a rental/loaner vehicle in the meantime. The bill for a rental vehicle will be higher than the repair bill. Other dealerships have quoted 1-3 days total for repair. The last time our truck was in their shop they had it for over 2 months, and weeks went by before they ever started on it. Again, complete refusal to supply a rental or loaner vehicle. Only reason we went back was because it is covered under warranty and a much smaller job, but their customer service is still just as lacking.
They seem to have okay cars however their refuseal to allow me to take the Toyota i was interested to a Toyota dealership for a secondary inspection is highly suspicious and rather illogical.keep your wits about you if you shop here

Was told the recall repairs, 3 computer, 2 with parts would be done in 2 days well it took 11 days and when I finally decided to get the taken care of rental I ended up paying for, I received my car. Prior to picking it up i was told it needed. $90 fix and it would fix the stop engine light well I did the fix and drove it home, Sunday 10 minutes into driving it the yeah you guessed the check engine light wow is back on now I cant get a response
Very disappointed with the service department as they dont answer and always get sent to an answering machine from the receptionist and nobody ever calls back. Will not be buying anymore vehicles and sorry I purchased my 2020 challenger scatpack shaker from them.
Seriously just horrible time dealing with this dealership. They dont answer the phone, then when you do get ahold of someone they transfer you and hang up. Then they tell you to leave a voice-mail and I did and havent received a call back in 3 weeks. Today I go there and they had no interest in trying to help me with my situation, just tried to get more money out of me. I would recommend going to dodge dealership in queen creak versus wasting your time at this location.
Beware of this dealer. Lots of hidden fees. They advertising a truck for $63000 after incentives then add another $5000 on fees. Look for another dealer if you value your money. Go to Earnhardt Dodge in Mesa; much better service and pricing.
On vacation and refused to look at my Jeep wanted to set up an appointment for 2 weeks out very disappointed Jeep is under warranty and refused to look at it

Keep away from them. They are a Satellite office of the main store in Phoenix. They are hurting for sales and repairs. They charged me $700 for a simple repair. And they turn nasty when you complain. You have been warned.
Their service department is terrible. I had my vehicle looked at and was told they would call me back in about 3 days to set up a day for me to leave my vehicle there to be fixed. So I waited a week and didnt hear anything so I called them. They told me the person that was helping me was off and would call the next day. So I wait another 3 days and call them back again and they tell me I dont have any paperwork there now. Now I have called back 3 more times since then with promises that someone would call me right back and that has yet to happen. Its one thing to not know what you are doing but the be a liar on top of that is to much.
Just called to try to get a price on a new truck that I drove by and seen no one would give me a price without spending minutes on the phone as I am getting farther away! I could have given either one of the people that came on the phone all my information after I came in if they only would have given me a price! Its refreshing to see that there are still good people with integrity and honor! Recently while on a family vacation, we stopped to have an oil change performed on our 2017 Dodge Dually. When the vehicle was returned to us, it had a large scratch down the side. We notified a staff member and he put us in touch with Service Manager Curtis Gojenola. Curtis was very polite and understanding. He told me that they would make things right and we exchanged information as we were heading home to Texas. The next day Curtis called and said they had a local shop that was affiliated with one near them that would do the repairs. My truck was repaired quickly and professionally. We cant say enough about the staff at Henry Brown and it goes to show that honesty is still the best policy!
Three times and they still cant fix a simple issue. Look at the reviews. This place will not be around much longer.
Dont go here!!! This place is unprofessional and the staff are unhappy with their job or life in general. Takes over 3 hours for an oil change and having an appointment. Not worth the hassle. Management (Richard & Curtis) need to be retrained. They do not act in a manner that management should and are blatantly disrespectful to the customer!
Kathy is the best! I arrived early, they had no problem, and my car was done sooner than expected. Always friendly, always understanding and they are always very thorough. Even David the salesmen that I spoke with, showed me some trucks, not once was he pushy or hound me to buy. I was looking at the trucks, and there was no pressure.

This is the last place Id take my car for any issue I was having with it. The customer service is a joke over there. Not happy with them at all.

I would give them a zero if I could, I called three different times, over a three day period to schedule an appointment. Never called me back, still hasn’t called me back. Would not recommend getting an service work done here. Whoever is suppose to answer the service line never does. Poor service

If I could give these guys negative stars I would! They not only didnt fix the light that was on in my car but they supposedly ran diagnostics and couldnt tell me my battery was low? So low the car completely died 5 days later??!!! Not ONLY that but they broke something else that now has my check engine light on! Another dealership even said that this was very likely do to their work. I would reccomend this place to my enemies!

This dealership has the worst service and communication that I have ever seen in any one company. Yesterday 09/25/2019 I received a text message from Robyn about an equity program what day would like to purchase my car in upgrade me to into a newer model. So after a few messages an appointment with setup for 5 pm and with Mr. Willie Dodt, who unbenounced to me and everybody that work there decided to leave without any notification. When I arrive there the receptionist had no idea why I was there and just found out from a rep that he left for the day without telling anyone. Later on this morning I get a text stating that he informed a specialist by the name of David Ventura assist me when I arrived. Take your business elsewhere do not waste your time is not worth the effort.

Call and leave messages but no one ever calls back, finally calling over time someone decides they will actually get to their phone when Im being transferred to certain departments. Was spoken to very rudely, and when I asked if they did taps and dies with a screw extractor they had no clue what I was talking about.. said he would not let me talk to a mechanic to explain to get a price check before coming in either, because they need to charge me to look at it... not even fix it. To look at something I just explained to them... And you call your self a mechanic? Give me a break. How can I leave and trust my vehicle anywhere without being tried to get ripped off by someone. So hard to find trust worthy mechanics or car dealer ships now of days.
Nice gentleman offered to take us to the restaurant down the street and pick us up, thats service.
Have been there twice, both of witch were the worst experience in my life. First car, 2010 charger, front end alignment. Said I need $2000.00 worth of front suspension repair. Had a alignment else were. 2nd car 2016 Challenger 6.4 hemi. Lifter noise, still under factory warranty, said parts are not available, cant replace for six months,. They were very rude.. and I wont be going back.

Worst service ive ever had. Im a mechanic for 30 yrs in nys. Came to casa grande az on vacation. Truck needed a simple universal joint replaced. They didnt know im a mechanic and tried to tell me u joints cant be replaced. Along with trying to tell me it needed a whole new drive shaft at $3000. Plus brakes, which i will have you know i replaced 3000 miles before. Complete scammers, so if you dont know mechanics, stay away from this place. Ill have you know i took the truck down to another local mechanic and the universal joint was changed and brakes were like new. 2 hrs to put universal joints in and truck is done. I wouldnt recommend these con artists to my worst enemy. Stay away.......
They did a good job. After $1000 you think a carwash would be nice though. Kinda get mad when you get in and your floorboard is nasty in your new truck.
I have not been to a worse dealership in my life. The only person that i actually liked was the sales rep janel (weird right?). Jeff the finance guy seemed cool, then ran my credit 16 times without telling me, then never called me back. I have had to go back to the dealership more than once to fix mistakes on their part. And now i am told i have to go back, yet again, to have them run emissions testing on my truck because they didnt do their job right. Save the headache and never go to this place. I sure wont!

These guys are a class act! I have a 2009 Doge Diesel Truck pulling a 35 foot 5th wheel. We were traveling from Vernal, Utah South and then across to San Antonio Texas. When I reached Eloy AZ, I discovered a large oil leak when I was fueling. The truck had also developed a vibration that showed up in my trip . They diagnosed both problems in 30 minutes where three other service departments a long the way could not figure it out! They also showed me how they determined the problem and then when they pulled the covers off of the problem area you could see the broken parts. I have great respect for Richard and Bill and their service manager! Did a great job, I am back on the road pulling my 5th wheel camper with all problems fixed. Thanks guys!

Called this morning and they said you can bring your truck in today. They 11:30 or noon. I brought it in at 11:30, only to be told that there were several people ahead of me. I had no ride. Normally dealers will tell you to drop it off unless they are going to get right to it.
They where not too pushy and very polite and kind to me and got me into a 2018 jeep with my trade in thanks guys thank you very much

A number of months back, I received the worst service Id ever experienced in my 50+ years of car ownership, from Henry Brown in Casa Grande. I had a simple oil change on my Jeep diesel, got home and it was leaking on the garage floor. Took the car back (dealer isnt that close so it was a pain), and the same service manager said that theyd take care of it. A few hours of waiting later I got may car back. Over the passing months I still got a few more oil spots on the garage floor (no oil spots ever on the floor at all until these ugly black diesel oil spots). Finally time for a new oil change so I took it to a local shop that immediately spotted the crossed threaded oil plug and refused to change the oil. So, I took it to another shop that I knew and they gave me a choice of a $1,000+ new oil pan, or a jury-rigged oversized oil plug that may not last. Only a fool would believe that the the Henry Brown shop didnt know that the oil plug was messed up by them when I took it back a second time (immediately) because of my new oil leak, after all in 80,000 mile prior to that thered never been a leak. I guess they ere afraid of getting in trouble for messing up and just left me with the problem.Im planning on buying a new car now (maybe two), but will absolutely not buy it, or get it serviced, ever, by Henry Brown.
I went in yesterday to look at a vehicle and I knew it was closing so I was gonna come by Sunday to purchase the vehicle but decided today I wanted to do the deal. I called 4 times to speak to a floor manager because I forgot my salesman name and lost his card. The first time they said hello three times and hung up me, then I was on hold for 3 times. The fourth time they finally answer and act like nothing happened. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
I did not like this experience. I had a recall on my 2012 Chevy Malibu and was told to take it in for repairs. The first appointment I had they didnt have the parts so they ordered them, no big deal. The second time I drove there and left my car there for 2 hours just to be told my parts had been put on back order and had not been received. The third time I took my car back in and left it there for 5 hours before I called in asking for a finish time just to be told that my part order has been cancelled. All this hassle was unneccessary and a waste of my time, gas and money. I would not recommend this company.
Gave me a fair deal on my trade. Paul, Jeff, and Dave were very personable, helpful, and not pushy. All of my phone calls and email inquiries were answered super fast in the days leading up to the sale. As a matter of fact, we drove 4 hours away from home to come to this dealership because they had exactly what we wanted, had better prices than what was in our home area, and were very easy to work with.Update: Went from 5 to 3 stars because the finance guy swapped mine and my husbands SSN #s on the loan doc (what he told us when we finally asked whats going on) and submitted to several lenders. This caused us to be denied several times by different financial institutions and dropped out FICO scores by more than 50 points.When we called to ask why we were receiving so many denials, the finance person actually laughed about it when he told us about the SSN mix up.

Terrible service. Took vehicle there for warranty work - issue with transmission noise. The first time, they said they duplicated the noise, but said there was no problem. After we contacted Chrysler, Inc. we were instructed to take vehicle back to a dealership. We selected Henry Brown because of location. Apparently, Henry Browns tech was to talk with Chrysler tech about issue.Received a call from service manager and was told the tech did not hear anything wrong. When we picked up the vehicle, we knew the radio had been turned on by tech as we had turned radio off so the noise could be heard. The radio was on and tuned to a different station than what we listen to. Perhaps that had something to do with the tech not being able to hear noise?The kicker was that the service manager told us that it was probably tire noise and we should take the vehicle to another Dodge dealership! Doesnt seem that they really want to help Dodge customers.Will never take a vehicle to them again.

The minute we went in there, the manager shook his head as if he didnt want to work with us. I know for a fact my credit score is low but not as low as he said it was. I dont know if he was just being biased and prejudice based on the way we looked (because we had just been through hell) but you could tell he did want to work with us at all. I will never recommend anyone to come here for service. I like the sales people but not the manager. I will never send references that way.
