The manager was amazing! Great customer service! There were a lot of people, and she helped everyone according to their turn. Gave time to every single person who walked through the door. She was also kind and very knowledgeable of the products and set everything up Great. Also very patient. She definitely deserves a bonus! ππΎπ
This location was truly understaffed. One gentleman running the entire store. He was very friendly and patient with activating my watch. He had to call into Verizon to get the watch activated. He was incredible. My biggest concern is that you have to pay a $35 Activation Fee, (which is industry standard and understand), but there is an additional $25 Setup for Success fee, which should be mentioned upfront. Because of my expertise in working with cellular technology, I didnt have my watch setup (it can be done with the Wearable App). I have Tech Coach which would be where I would get my support from if needed. I will drive into the Valley to Best Buy or the Corporate location (East side of I-10), to purchase my future devices to prevent this pointless $25 fee.
They were busy but the staff was great. I had to make a return and they waived the restocking fee since I had to wait about 30 minutes for help.
I wasnt a customer until now!! Excellent customer service! I walked in needing a new phone for work and I chose Verizon because it is always reliable. I was in and out within minutes. The gentleman was great and very thorough in giving amazing customer service! Highly satisfied!!

Going to Verizon stores are always a hit and miss and this time it was a miss. The representative remained sitting down and seemed bothered that I interrupted whatever he was doing on his phone. He couldnt fix my problem (no biggie) but couldnt recommend anything else I could do to solve the problem.

This Verizon dealer charged me with a $25.00 Set up for Success. This was explained after I left the store and called back to ask about this charge. Because I already have a Jetpack this (service ) was not even preformed. Her explanation was itβs a standard charge to teach you how to use the device. And they also charged me a $12.00 device protection fee. I bought this device outright and do not want to pay for βprotectionβ. This store is ripping people off.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. They sold me a USED phone, passing it off as new. It overheated and had to go into repair by day 15. When I brought it back to complain, the salesmen were rude, and refused to wait on me. BEWARE, your guarantee on the phone is 13 days, not 14 days(two weeks). Go anywhere but Russell Cellular.

If I could give no stars I would. I do not recommend anyone going to get new devices or services at the Casa Grande location, very dishonest and lie about credits that you wont get in the way you are told when you purchase the items. When you go for an explanation all you get is an Im sorry and nothing can be done.
I was in Casa Grande visiting and my phone screen went blank. I called and spoke to Tony before I came in and he helped me enough over the phone for me to feel comfortable coming in. Once I got there, GREAT SERVICE. Helped me find the phone I wanted, didnt make my bill higher, transferred ALL of my information, was pleasant and patient. I give this location 5 stars, Tony gets 15!
Today I went into this store with a big problem! Tony handled the problem so well that I left with a smile on my face. He did not rush me and went thru my phone correcting the mistakes. With help from Jessica from the main Verizon store they got me back with Verizon after I had changed to another carrier, which was a big mistake. Thanks guys, you made my day.

This store was very helpful. we purchased a new phone at another verizon and they sent us out without helping switch anything, not even the sim card. JJ was very helpful and took 10 minutes to switch all of the data over. i would recommend coming to this store before any other.

Be carful of having anyone who is not up and up on trade in values on phones or devices or plan pricing go into this location, as far as phone plans Go they donβt go over negatives or positives for switching phone plans or how it might affect discounts of credits to somoeoens account. in addition it seems they like to mess with trade in value prices and what they will offer for them as well as come up with some strange accessories credit in addition to instead of actually just doing trade in values for devices. Sure things apprasie for different prices in person, but a $319 dollar trade in price for a phone apprasied on Verizons site in perfect condition they offer $120 dollars for. Yeah I would say something is not right. Not to mention over inflated accessories prices. I suggest you go to the Verizon website for appraisals on your device first before you go in, or in my opinion after seeing the outcome of this interaction with someone I know, take your business somewhere else. a pretty disappointing way for a company to conduct its self in my opinion. I would never trust them again.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.We were talked into getting a 4gb plan, with a tablet and βWiFiβ.Turns out, the data lasted less than a day, and the WiFi Ms.Whitney claimed we would have, is apart of the 4gb that two phones already shared! (Which also, wasnβt disclosed to us!) and when we went back in to ask why our phones had slow speeds, we were laughed at and called liars in a store full of people. Needless to say, we went with at&t and got an unlimited plan for nearly half the cost and got better phones, for half the cost!Our monthly bill with Verizon for two phones and a tablet with βWiFiβ was $317, and the data runs out after a day of having service and the 4gb plan we had, was shared between two phones and a tablet! (Oh and no WiFi, lol!With at&t each phone has 22gb, we have two iPhone 8+ on financing, and an unlimited plan is $175 for unlimited everything, each phone has 22gb and insurance on both phones.Not only is it better pricing, better customer service, but itβs better service!Needless to say, this place and almost everyone that works there, are immature and donβt do their jobs. Whitney (the manager) is rude, forceful, sits on her phone instead of helping customers and belittles you for absolutely no reason.Iβd stay away from this store and Verizon all together.
