Apple crumble was great! The lady was awesome and patient. Wish I could have tipped even better. Its wonderful to see such a great smile.

This place tends to be very inconsistent with their prices and charge very high on their boba tea and they do not go by the advertised price; the advertised prices also have a + followed by it which isnt very specific for the customers, and I made the mistake of not asking how much the precise total would come out to, so if you do go here make sure to check them on how much theyre actually charging so they dont rip you off because you never know how much the amount they are putting in during the payment process. Their donuts are good but their false charging isnt.

Kids love it as they have Boba tea and the pearls. They have maybe 20 tea flavors and 10-12 pearl flavors. The options are unlimited. We ordered Watermelon tea with Green Apple Pearl. 🍏

Fantastic service! Walked in needing 4 dozen donuts and they prepared everything quickly with a smile on their faces. The donuts are some of the best. Love their cinnamon roll donuts because you can taste actual cinnamon.

Bosa Donuts is great we get donuts and coffee here all the time. There is usually not much of a line either so you can be in and out fast. My only small complaint about Boss is the ice coffee cups are too small. A large is comparable to medium at other places but other than that its a great store..

The first half of the tuna sandwich (with chopped jalapeños) filled me really good and thats what was needed for energy 😋and absolutely recommend getting a tea here too 😍

Everytime I go in i see all workers but one doing anything. Shes always working nights. She hides in the back and leaves everyone else to do the work. Aside from that customer service is great except for that one oriental woman. She needs to go.

The doughnuts are amazing, but some of the staff could use some retraining. I see the other employees hustling around getting things done, but the taller I believe Asian lady always standing around while everyone else is working. Just believe that everyone should work equally

Donuts are delicious and pastries are buttery and fresh. I also had a taro with jelly poppers, tasted awesome. We let them know that it was our first time and they greeted us and explained each item.

All this talk of Bosa doughnuts is making me hungry... Think Ill go get a to go bag of doughnut holes and a dozen hot and ready for the family... Ha ha ha...

I visited this place on May 19, 2021, at approximately 7:40 pm, and received one of the worst experiences ever. When I arrived I went and placed my order. After I received my items I asked if I could use the restroom to the woman in charge. She then proceeded to tell me no. When I asked why she said, “because it was not open to the public.” I am not the public. I am the paying customer. When I further inquired she said, “it was because of covid.” And when I asked her what do you mean “because of covid.” She repeated herself and said, “because of covid.” All of the other restaurants and stores allow you to use their restroom during these times. And not only that but I have been to this establishment many times and have never been treated like this. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received.

This one in casa grand is hit or miss on the service. Most definitely you have to go in the morning to get what u want cuz if u go any time after 12 they probably wont have what u want.

They have lots of boba, popping crystals and jelly choices. We love the frozen drinks... Try a staff favorite- cantaloupe and green tea- its delicious! We got it once and came back the next day for another! I cant give enough good feedback on this place. Definitely a 👍!

The Doughnuts, Coffee and Thai Tea are good. The Service has been the same for a few years and needs improvement. The employees are slow and not friendly. Consistently the tables, chairs, floors and Restrooms are Messy and you will never see anyone cleaning - makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like...

The store sign says it closes at 10 PM and the app says it closes at 9:30 PM we got here before 9 PM and whoever was inside was rude and shooed us away because it was closed

Love their donuts. They are the closest I have found in the US to the great Canadian Tim Hortons Donuts. Always fresh and tasty. Wish they had more variety is all. Like apple fritters (they are always out when we go no matter what time of day or night) and walnut crunch and even dutchies.

It’s fine for what it is I guess. I never really understood the hype about this chain. Different locations sell different items. If you come across one that does offer it, I highly recommend the sausage kolaches. The donuts are meh and you can taste the grease in the breading, the coffees are meh as well.

Of course the donuts are good. And yes they do have jelly donuts. But what you may not know they have are breakfast sandwiches. Oh man the sausage croissant sandwich was delicious. I highly recommend this for on your way to work.

Moved to the area and had to check these guys out when I just bought my house I was born in raised in Los Angeles and hadnt had decent boba i years well this place has the best and a huge drink menu, we are now regulars and have sampled a little of everything and havent been let down, the ham and cheese is fresh and great as are the donuts and the people who work here are very welcoming and friendly

The nicest and most delicious place around for a quick breakfast! They have a drive-thru and are open very early. They are a little pricey, but well worth it!

Bosa Donuts is probably the best place to get donuts in Casa Grande. You can go to any of the stores in town but the donuts there do not compare. They continue to make donuts through most of the morning. I do wish they made more bear claws or made them earlier in the morning.
