Kinda annoying and a little insane that theyve installed a check in machine after/ during a global pandemic 🤦‍♀️ even more annoying that none of the staff are on the same page with it. I send documents to print online and go pick up when ready..one lady just asks for your name to keep the line running smoothly and minimize touching and then 2 days later the man with no line told me I had to check in.Who cleans that machine!? I have a seasonal cold and had to touch it and watch someone touch it right after me..what is going on here🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I found GPS mistake: at 22-10-2020 google maps changed store location. The store in reality is located in the building with the “dollar tree” and “biglots” stores, but the map displayed the position in the building with “planet fitness” across street.

The gal who runs the copy center is super helpful and knowledgeable as they come.Everyone else there is above average in helpfulness.

Danny, the store manager, went above and beyond to fix my online order that the warehouse messed up. I ordered a simple ink cartridge for my printer and received a huge box of random toner. Danny rectified the situation and made sure I left the store with the ink I needed. Thanks Danny!

Winter inc day did not have the HP ink I needed

Just left Office Max for the third day in a row WITHOUT my print order being completed. Every day there was some reason they couldn’t get to it. Went to Print Express where they will have my order done today. Next time they will be my first stop for printing and I will save myself the multiple trips and aggravation to Office Max.

Great friendly staff... One associate helped me print out my resume in a very timely manor... I didnt get his name but thank you again... Look forward to coming back...

Im standing in line waiting to check out, I guess the manager, indulging in a casual conversation with a customer with his arms crossed like my time is not important!!! You wont get my money!!! Get your customers out the store 1st, then enjoy your conversation!! You wont be getting my business anymore!!!!

Went for tech support, individual not in until later. Was able to replenish ink supplies for printer. Knowledgeable and courteous staff.

I came here because another printing place never replied. I first called over the phone for a quote and I was told the price for a poster around 34 X28 would be around 16 plus change for a print. I went and then for a print out actually came out to 28+tax. I needed the print done so I still paid. I was told it would be ready next day. Next day I went and another worker attended me. Despite the fact the previous worker wrote down the info, this worker started asking me for things like how I gave the picture. She was eventually able to find it on the computer but then she started asking me for the very same information I gave when I first did the order. I told her that I already gave that information to the previous worker and she told me that I didnt tell her specifically. this tells me that the workers do not communicate well or document information. To make things worse she told me she needs this info to begin printing it. What were they doing before? They never called me to say they need information. This tells me it was going to be done much later than they said it would be or that they were only going to inform me of a problem when I came back despite the fact I gave a phone number.

The staff is relatively helpful. But their prices on services arent great. If you need something printed go to a local place. Minute Press is a good option.

Always get great service in the Casa Grande store. The customer service center is always ready for any copying or laminating jobs I bring their way. I even had some rewards credit to use this last trip which was an added bonus!

I run a fitness program in town and the people that run the copy and print area are just phenomenal! They get my stuff done quickly and they do the larger projects well! I recommend then for all of your print needs!

Excellent service that was absolutely fantastic. We showed up at the very last minute and were still helped by a patient and generous person up front.

UPDATE!8/22/2021 I took a very important scanning job into This same Office Max Today and they came thru for me again with flying colors. I shop here all the time and the print staff here is outstanding. Todays thanks goes to Nikki. She Quickly, and very competently, scanned some very important docs into a USB drive for me and it was perfect! I had struggled at home for hours trying to do the same scan but was having problems with getting it exactly as the end user had required it be. Nikki took it and in minutes she had it done perfectly and so well done my end user complemented me on how will done it was!!!!! What!!! Thank you Nikki! Job well done!Alejandro Diaz the printer manager took excellent care of me today. I came in needing some color copies from my Google drive and not sure how to get it done. He showed me how simple it was and 5 minutes later I was walking out of the store, excellent color copies in hand and very happy with the service I got!

Neacie is a great employee!I wanted to make Thank you cards for my sons 4-H supporters and it would have been a very long process if it werent for the help I had from a very kind employee named Neacie(I probably just butchered the spelling of her name) She was so kind and helpful and she did not have to help me as much as she did. I really appreciate it though and will definitely pay it forward!

Never shopping here again. I bought a $60 universal laptop charger that “fits everything” except it didn’t fit my very common laptop. I just went to return it and they refused because the box was open. How am I supposed to check if works if I don’t open the box?! What a joke and waste of $60. Horrible customer service

OfficeMax can be rather expensive. Most, if not all of their products can be purchased online for much cheaper. However, the associates are helpful and their sales can provide great bargains.

Good experience, could not get attachments to go through, and staff was very helpful and patient with me and even showed me how to get it to go through.

This is a very clean and neat store, which is rarely ever busy. A great place to grab something and go!

Worst customer service ever!!!I usually use FedEx shipping centers to ship items. While in Casa Grande, I needed to send packages to two different addresses. I couldnt find a FedEx center, so I tried Casa Grande Postal, but it was closed. Referring to Google Maps, I found that Office Max also did FedEx shipping. Driving across the street, I didnt realize I was going to a reverse universe in which customer service was non-existent, job knowledge was not of importance, and moving slower than molasses was the norm.We took our Christmas wrapped presents to the FedEx desk, and the young, dark haired boy told us that even though they were wrapped, FedEx required they be put in a box. We told him that we knew that, and then he started pulling out FedEx envelopes for us to use. Understand that two of our boxes were sweater size boxes, and the others just slightly smaller. We told him wed need boxes, and he told us wed have to buy them. We asked where we needed to get them, and he told us on the floor. My husband had had enough by then, so he stormed away to find the boxes. (FedEx has everything handy - no need to go looking for what you need). The employee then started doing other things, so I asked him if he wanted to go ahead and start the labels. He said sure, and walked away. He eventually walked to a computer and motioned me over. Just put the information it asks for in the computer, let me know when youre done Then he walked away. I looked at the keyboard and was grossed out. It looked like no one ever cleaned it - there was dirt crusted on the keys. I asked another employee if they ever cleaned it, he said sure, then he proceeded to bring a bottle of Fantastik and a roll of paper towels to me and told me I could clean it if I wanted. I typed with one finger, then washed my hands as soon as I could!With no help from the employees we got the boxes, put them together, taped them, put the gifts in, and taped them closed. A female employee began checking us out, but had to do something else, so the first employee that told us we had to buy the boxes took over. He started to ring up our transactions, and I reminded him we had to pay for the boxes. He said, oh, yeah and I need to get the packing stuff and he left the register. We waited for a couple minutes, and he came back with some air bags to fill the empty space in the boxes. Then he went back to the register to finish the transaction, and I again reminded him we needed to pay for the boxes. He nodded, finished, then my husband paid. By this time we had been in Office Max about an hour. We had remembered we needed ink for our printer, but we just looked at each other, and said We dont need to buy it here and walked to our vehicle. I checked the receipt to make sure I had tracking numbers - and, oh yeah, he didnt charge us for the boxes. Office Max, your employees need to be upgraded!! I wont be patronizing any others having experienced your customer servicefirst hand!

This place is ok. Even though prices are generally higher, its nice to know they will price match so you can avoid the over crowded Walmart if you really just need some office supplies

The store associates were very helpful and pleasing.

Very organized, friendly, and helpful. Not as cheap as Walmart, but there are no crowds, and you dont have to worry about your vehicle being damaged by shopping carts.
