Ulta beauty is the place to go! Even though its a little pricey, Im absolutely in love with the products they offer. The workers there, are always wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Theyre always happy to help, an you feel welcome to come into the store. Wonderful sales, products and service.

The only Ulta in the area that had what I needed… “In the area” is a stretch—I drove a hefty distance to get there. Staff was friendly, helped me with what I needed and got me on my way. The purchased item (a gift) was well received. A successful visit.

Lovely young lady helped me find everything I needed. Never felt rushed. She was great. Wish I had her name. Long black hair. Black and white polka dot jumper. Very pretty.

Ulta is a great place to shop!! They didn’t have exactly what I wanted, but the sales associates were very helpful and made sure that I had a similar item that was going to work, and actually look a little better than my original request! Great staff!!! They know their stuff!!! 👍🏻👍🏻

I love this place to much! I HATE shopping for makeup! But these ladies make it worth while! Im never harassed, nor bothered, and they are always helpful when needed. My favorite lashes are sold here! I am constantly asked about them! I buy the tarte brand Heartbreaker! I just purchased the morphe foundation and its amazing! ULTA never lets me down! I always return! Even when I shouldnt!

The employees were nice and helpful, and not pushy. They had a wide selection of products to choose from, and all the items I wanted were in stock, and I got a free gift.

Just went shopping with my boyfriend, they were looking for makeup, he already knew what he wanted, but someone greeted us and asked if we needed help looking for anything, we said no and thanked them. When looking for one of the makeup products, he didnt know which one it was, so he asked for help from one of the employees, and they gladly helped her find it. When checking out he had a question about the app, he couldnt sign and was wondering why, the cashier didnt have a good answer, but did give advice to Uninstaller and reinstall it, and that it had worked for other customers.

1st timer. Staff very helpful n Im very satisfied with products.

Do not shop at this location if you look or dress differently. My husband has never set foot in an Ulta before and he wanted to check out what the store carried. As soon as he walked in he was “customer serviced”. He was literally “customer serviced “ so much staff was was literally following him throughout the store. At one point he was looking at the dyson air wrap and one of the girls walked up to him and asked him what he was doing and snagged it out of his hands. I don’t know where they hire these individuals, but this is a no no. My husband walked out of the store. He stated he never felt so unwelcomed to a store in his life. Shame on Ulta! We will never set foot in this store again.

I normally have a nice visit helpful friendly staff yet honestly this time felt treated like a no body felt like I was not important as a customer. I work with people all day and even my most inconsiderate customers I treat like my most important customers why........... Because a customer should always feel that you enjoy their presence in your establishment yet the way I felt in your establishment today I think Ill order my product online at least computer is friendly regardless.

Stay away from this place my 16 year old daughter was charged $272 dollars for a hair dye job. That does not look like any picture of what she had showed me. I believe they took advantage of her because of her age.

Its alright I guess. They had a lot of stuff...but getting assistance from anyone was like pulling teeth. They had enough time to stand around and talk about some one (who shall remain nameless), but could not break away to help my wife find a specific brand of lip liner and palette she was looking for...and believe me, we dropped all the gee, I cant seem to find what Im looking for hints in front of them, where they could see us and hear us. My wife eventually grabbed another associate, that was busy stocking shelves and she was able to help find things we were not looking for but could use...they need a couple more of that girl to get more than three stars...the lack of help made me respect the service at Sephora...you cant get a moment of privacy around them...

I ordered items from Black Friday and within minutes it was ready for pickup. The staff was helpful

In Promenade Park, you have a huge selection of cosmetics, beauty and hair products. They have personal to professional to choose from at competitive prices. Some locations have a salon as well.Pleasant music playing in the parking lot and lots of discount stores are here. Add several cheap eateries and you really want to turn East on Florence Blvd just off I-10!

I had a busy day yet I didn’t cancel my appointment and rushed to make it on time so I wouldn’t be rude. Got there 5 minutes early and I was told to wait. Left after 20 minutes of waiting and then received a phone call about 40 minutes after my appointment time ( which I ignored). Not going to spend over $100 when I set an appointment ahead of time and have my time waisted. Please be punctual and considerate of your customers time and offer something better then “ have a seat or look around”.

General manager Veronica was a real peach.Whoever the girl on the floor was did great! She was the only one out there helping anybody. I didnt catch her name but she was awesome.

Its always the same answer if I ask a question, I dont know.The selection is limited. Wishing my experiences werent so dry and lacking

If my daughter could live here she would some days you get the best prices other days not so much oh, what I like best is the customer service and sometimes thats what counts the most!

Great Holiday sales! Add them to your email for additional coupons for those last minute gifts. A great place to spoil your loved ones with cosmetics, bath and hair needs and also an on site salon. What more could you ask for out of Ulta!

The staff is very helpful. Im a guy who raised daughters so I do know a lot about the products but still need help and the staff is always willing to explain and answer my questions.

Customer service friendly and very helpful with Bare Mineral make up. The coupon is a good incentive but read fine print because it only works on certain cosmetics. Store is clean.

I wasted my money. $125 to even out my color so it was all my almost white 5 roots. A temp rinse turned it all purplish, my roots an odd muddy light grey color and old growth had been left at a pale lemon yellow stage, when the rinse was gone. Why a temp rinse?? Looks worse than before. Wont be back!! AND I took $200 of hair pieces to match I now cant use.

I have a great stylist here. Very happy with her. Very unhappy with the fact it took almost 4 hours to do hilites on my short hair. Not because she was inefficient but because the place is so poorly staffed and poorly managed that she had to stop working on my hair to answer the phone, take questions at the counter and simultaneously work on multiple clients! What kind of customer service is this? It certainly doesn’t say we value your business. It says we will get to u when we can. In this day of brick & mortar closings, you’d think this would be obvious. Value you your good employees & faithful customers before your doors close too Ulta! What goes around comes around in business too.

I went on one of their Fridays when they were giving out a 15-minute hair do. I waited over an hour there was nobody else in front of me nobody else behind me The Stylist who was assigned to do these 15-minute hairdos had a client and there was no attempt to try to accommodate me or anything it was very poor customer service very poor attitude and Im disappointed in the fact that they didnt really care if I got a 15-minute hairdo or not. The thing is Im looking for a new stylist this could have been a good thing for them, Im looking for a new hairstylist!

Worst customer service experience at an Ulta, the cashier was not friendly at all and didnt communicate very well with me. She was a bit condescending and hard to deal with. I was already having a bad day and decided to stop by an Ulta to cheer myself up. It didnt help that she could not find my Ulta account when I was checking out, especially when I already have an unlta credit card. She wanted to update my information so badly and I really wanted to check out already, pay and leave because u couldnt handle it anymore. Her name was Sylvia and she really needs to be trained on her customer service skills. I went back inside the store because she forgot to ask me if I wanted to redeem any points with my purchase, but I had another employee help me because I could not stand the idea of Sylvia helping me with my purchase.

Store is bright and clean, staff is friendly. I had a salon visit for a cut and style with Melissa. Shes great and I always love my cut.

THEY WERE SO RUDE. Make anyone who isn’t “as pretty as them” feel unwelcomed. They don’t help just sit there and won’t help you. And they laugh at you unbelievable they are so rude and disrespectful act like they are better than everyone.

My hair looks great after the nicest lady cut it.

I brought my wife here on 3-14-15 in the afternoon. The store was pretty much empty, and all of the employees were huddled together laughing and talking. I watched my wife look for a solid 20 minutes (I was looking at my watch) for some specific product. She couldnt find it, and she had questions. NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED HER IN AN EMPTY STORE! I took her to Nordstrom in Chandler, and they were more than happy to seek her out and offer WONDERFUL customer service (the store was even busy, but they still made customer service a very high priority), and we were happy to pay for it. I hope it doesnt, but I will not be shocked if this CG location sputters out of business like so many others around it...

I decided to get my makeup done at ultas salon for a special occasion a few months ago,It was the worst experience ever!She started off with the eye brows and asked me if they looked ok I said No can you do them thinner so she did then she began to contour my face and then she applied eyeliner&eye shadow&next came the eye lashes, they kept falling off and she said Sorry we only use the cheap eyelash glue she went to get something so I turned around and looked in the mirror, I was very upset the eye liner was shaky, the contouring was not blended well, eyebrows were ugly,the eye shadow was super messy. When she came back I asked if the makeup was really going to stay this way and she said YES. I immediately asked her to take the makeup off of me and I left. I did not receive an apology. Ladies never get your makeup done there, if they allow her to do makeup I cant even imagine how bad the other employees suck. They are also very rude and just talked loudly to each other about their personal lives instead of focusing on the customers. Worst customer service Ive ever received at a beauty salon.

The ladies working there have no idea what theyre doing. they gave me big blonde stripes throughout my whole head when I asked specifically for them not to do that. underneath the top layer of my hair I look like a spotted leopard with blonde spots everywhere. The die leaked out of the foil they put in my hair wrong! And when the lady cut my hair literally thats all she did cut my hair. no style no Layers no blending she just took the scissors cut a straight line and thats it. Now I cant get my money back and have to pay double to get it fixed at Salon bloom. Dont ever go there! They have no idea what there doing and its A every uncomfortable atmosphere and chairs.

The ladys that work in salon do not know how to cut hair n dye hair. They mess up my long hair i left crying I was very upset the way my hair turn out.NEVER COMING TO THIS STORE!!!If your thinking of getting hair cut or dye dont come here go somewhere else.
