Had a hard time communicating with the sales clerk. Started out nice . Ended up asking for the manager who had knowledge and could use the industry words I could under stand, not an attitude of I know more then you. I understand Sherman Williams has no samples for you to test their product. I bought a $55 gallon and as I was waiting realized they had quart size I could of possibly bought. An empty store and a rude girl associate is not a great mix how ever you shake it. Maybe because I am not a contractor.

Waited on quickly, friendly, knowledgeable staff with suggestions for my needs. They carry 1st quality products. Clean comfortable store. Fair prices. I will go back.

Went in there with my husband last week and got helped by a lovely young lady. She helped us pick the color and amazing quality paint for our door and cabinets and had great customer service. Overall 10/10 highly recommended.

Went in to get a paint match which was fine and ask for the same paint. Got home only to find what was mixed was not satin but gloss. So back tommorow to return. Starting to be the norm in Arizona. Hard to find people that do things right.

75$ for a gallon of paint is not a reasonable price, I highly recommend going to Home Depot or Lowe’s where you can get the same quality paint for half the price.

I went into the store because I am in the process of painting my home. I thought someone would be available to help me pick out colors and answer questions. I got there and the guy behind the counter was swamped!! He had a long line and was helping customer after customer. I waited close to an hour to be helped but unfortunately I could not wait any longer so I Ieft. He was by himself and could use more help. Next time I will go somewhere else where there is good staffing.

Their stock is pretty hit-and-miss and some of the employees act like youre really putting them out or theyre doing you a big favor but Cory is cool and helpful and overall Its a decent store. Battle of Sherwin-Williams paint.

The Products and Employees are top notch quality. I used to buy cheap paint from walmart or lowes, but after visiting a sherwin williams store, I realized that the paint is not that much more, but the quality is unmatched. I will only go to Sherwin from now on. Also, the employees are knowledgeable, quick and kind.

I love Sherwin, but this store location is jacked up!!! Frequently they are out of sundries and or common paints. It isn’t uncommon for them to be understaffed & frazzled.Update: 9/18/19Mgmt is beyond unfriendly and customer service is more like, “why are you in my building right now?!”Seriously in need of a house cleaning with a real manager put in place.

I brought in a paint can lid for them to match, Lowe’s couldn’t do it. Lol. They took the time to find the right color and it matches perfectly! Thank you!

We had a mix up. We got the wrong color paint so we called. Thank goodness we got the right color with no extra charge but the lady that helped was very unpleasant to deal with. No personality, hell I felt like we werent even acknowledged. Very poor service and very disappointed.

Went in for a specific color and sheen of paint, they didnt match the paint nor try to explain why they couldnt. Went back later to talk to the asst. manager to see if there was in recourse and he was very rude and not at all helpful. I used to be one that only bought paint from Sherwin Williams but not anymore!!!! I dont need nor do I appreciate the attitude!!

They were very helpful in first ding the color swatches that match our HOA requirements. They even helped find the builders paint colors that are currently on our house but NOT on the HOA list.
