Love to see teens working hard! Im not sure how many are working inside preparing food, but it seemed like one girl was doing curbside alone and she had a great attitude!

Every time I go there they keep you waiting on food and then serve you old fries. That’s all the fries none spilled in the bag. Sad sad sad

I love sonic! My favorite is when they have 50 cent corn dog days! Drink are good, shakes are great, and the memories are best!

Most of my food was cold. Chicken was tough. I ordered a 3pc. And got a 5 piece without the sauce I ordered. My onion ring tasted really sweet, like it it was fried in the cinnamon desert oil.

This is the second time we went to this sonic. This is the second time the Fries smelled and tasted like asphalt. The Fries were chewy like a dogs toy. How do these guys make the soda taste, just like they just dug it out of the ground to give it to me, it tastes so much like dirt. Dont get me wrong love sonic used to live next to one ate there once a week. I would eat at this one just as frequently as that one if I didnt throw everything away every time I go there.

I love to eat here. I sometimes use the app to order ahead. The drive through is quick and friendly. Food is not cheap but is well made for a fast food chain. Sonic does offer deals for certain menu items once in a while. Usually friendly.

Great food. Awesome service. I come here for the chili cheese tots with Hatch chilis. Good stuff! Plenty of other items to choose too.

Tbh I only had a classic crispy chicken sandwich and it took quite a while to make but it was one of the best I have ever had.

They never have the flavors of slushys they advertise. So youre stuck with cherry, grape or blue berry.

45 min for a shake... its ridiculous. Then I got my shake it was already warm and water textured.

The last several weeks : Any ice cream product is served melted. The tea is either old or bitter. The wait for food is long, often 30 minutes and usually comes out cold. Several times theyve lost the order. Doesnt matter if its big or small.However, each time its happened theres been one employee thats gone above and beyond to fix it.

Use to be good. Dont know what happened, but the service wasnt so good. Our server was excellent,but whoever took our order or whoever the cook was,did not pay attention to our order. We had ordered two DIET limeades. They gave us 2 cherry limeades. I asked for no cheese on my burger because Im allergic to dairy. They put cheese on my burger! We didnt have time for them to remake the burger. I had to scrape off the cheese so I wouldnt get sick. We had to send back the drinks and when the poor server came back,the drinks were still wrong! 😡 How in the world do you keep sending the wrong drinks back?! Felt bad for our server because she was the only person doing her job. Will never go back to Sonic.

This sonic is one the best Ive ever at ate. All other sonics should learn from this one. 6 stars

Had such a horrible experience recently. About a week ago I picked up an order after a long day at work and when I got home my food was so nasty. I got a crispy chicken sandwich and the chicken was so old and thin I couldnt eat it all. It felt like I was trying to eat cardboard. Also, my tater tots had black specs in them, Im sure they had been dunked in the fryer more times than anyone could remember. I couldnt finish the meal. I called customer service and was prompted to fill out a complaint online. Nothing ever happened. I was never contacted or emailed. I was sent a survey on how my resolution was and I told them nothing was ever resolved. Nobody contacted or attempted to compensate me. I wont be going back.

Food was pretty good, but service was a little slow. At one point it appeared that our order was lost, but then it magically appeared. However, the person working was pretty overwhelmed

I love Sonic! Their ice is unbelievable, and their onion rings are THE BEST. My 4 star rating comes from the fact that my orders are always messed up. This past trip my hotdog was mush, it must have sat in the cooker for hours. My lime limeade turned into a cherry one. Past trips always seem to have something not quite right. But..I love the local kids fighting the heat skating to my car, and the drive in vibe...so I keep going back.

Asked for a hamburger without onion, pickle or crave sauce. When the food came I got a cheeseburger with onion pickle and crave sauce. I let them know and they remade the burger correctly.

These people make the worst potato Tots in casa Grande, they taste burnt very disappointing 😒

The food was great as usual the only thing that stopped it from being five stars is that they forgot something in my order and I had to turn around and drive back.

Even though it was a long line in drive through, the service moved pretty quick. The food was warm and presentation was good. I ordered the cheese steak sandwich, honey barbecue chicken, and strawberry shake. The steak sandwich was okay, with Sonics own spin on it. The chicken was spicy even though it should have been only honey barbecue. And the strawberry shake didnt have any flavor. Not overly impressed.

Great salty American food. Shockingly fast service! Drive in is faster than drive through if 5th in line.

Worse experience ever. Use to be really good,but I dont know what happened. They messed up our drinks and instead of giving new drinks with the right order, they just gave us the same drinks. Then they messed up my burger. I asked for no cheese because Im allergic and they put the cheese on the burger! So disappointed. Never going back.

Poor service cashier had no personality and the food was cold. Big disappointment

Every time I go there they always forget something and the girls taking orders are rude makes it seem like were bothering them,, Dub if you see this man you better talk with your employees.

If you have forever to wait not a problem we were therr over a hour waiting for food. The button didnt work had to flag someone down to get any help.

They always have something I want, now If they could get my order right we would be in business.

The bacon cheeseburger toaster was a winner, very tasty. The milkshake was awesome also I had a dr. Pepper Shake &tots. 😎

Sonic is great for fast food. Waiting in the parking lot for my food always takes way too long though. They have it down when it comes to the drive through if they arent too busy. Happy hour was a great idea and im sure many people love it!

The employee who took our order was rude! We ordered 3 milkshakes and we waited 25 min. This is the 2nd time thats happened. The last time was 30 minutes. I wont be back.

I love Sonic restaurants. I must say the one I visited in North Las Vegas has been the best one besides Texas so far.

How long is soon to Sonic? There were only 4 cars when I got here and pushed the button. Waiting for exactly 12 minutes and 38 seconds(yes, I was counting) and still never got service.

Speaker box can barely hear yuo or you them.... had an order one night, bunch of shakes, 2 were same but only 1 of 3 was right... they didnt ask me if i needed a carrier and when i wanted one they acted like it was coming out of their pay... to top it off, the lids were not on tight, not uncommon, and they spilled all over all ruined and would not replace

The place had some electronic issues which had us going inside to order (happens to everyone at times, do no big deal). Good coney dog though.

It’s a Sonic. Always busy. But so good order in the app for 1/2 price drinks all day.

Drunk guy almost hit every customer driving through sonic after blowing his tire out and the manager watched instead of calling the cops.... I had to ask her if she was just waiting for someone to get seriously hurt or what. She finally called the cops but it was too late. He ended up crashing into someone down the street. Step up and keep your employees and customers safe.

Service has gone completely down hill, horrible service past two weeks.

A few of the order boxes werent working. I ordered a chocolate Sunday and a strawberry sunday. The chocolate one had a lot of syrup and the strawberry one had very little. Wasnt happy at all.

They messed up My order but mistakes happen fixed it very fast an it was delicious😋😋😋

This place be takin tooz longs. It be annoying sometimes. I’ve been here for one hour and it is so annoying we only got like three smoothies and three corndogs and a couple other things that was unnecessary but still. Also they made us pay $31 for all of that and I had to call my grandpa to give us five dollars.

Great food, cant complain.

Gross, went for dessert after supper and there was next to no toppings on any of the dishes. The desserts were whipped cream not sundaes. Disappointing.

I sat in the drive through for over 20 minutes waiting on my food and then when I got my ultimate meat and cheese burrito it wasnt even half full of eggs or meat. Will not be returning to this place.

We were waiting like 25 minutes for our food. It was the slowest experience that we had for getting food in a long time and then when we got our food it was already cold. So sad to see one of my favorite restaurants to go to be so bad at serving food I swear the best one is in camp Verde Arizona by the casino. So I guess I wont be going to this one anymore. I guess that just means well have to go to camp Verde to get our Sonic on!! 🤪

Only reason for 3 star is they wont except Bills over $20 ...and they cant seem to be able to get a drink with more than 2 flavors added in it correct...They will have you drive caddy corner to get change for a $50 bill then come back. Which if you do ....you might as well reorder.

We went for 2 limeades when there was only one car there and it took about 15 mins to get the drinks. Not quick at all but friendly for sure.

Ordered ahead on the app.But, still waited quite a while for my simple order of only a soda. I finally had to go knock on the door to see where my order was.

Food is not good poor quality poor customer service the person I spoke with did not seem to have any type of Personality nor any type of customer service training. It was obvious to see the hot dog that I ordered which was a 100% beef hot dog that was $4 Plus was not even freshly cooked. You could tell it was sitting in boiling water for way too long by the discolorations in the hot dog itself. Will not return

I ordered the Super Sonic Breakfast Burrito all it had was egg and cheese. Had nothing else inside The Burrito was small and flimsy. WOW, cant believe the owner of this location was that cheap!

Running errands, lunch time, in the area, so just stopped in for a quik lunch & hit the road again!! Food was nice & hot & fresh.

One of the few spots in town open early. And better yet, one of even fewer that serves the entire menu all day. Craving a Chili-cheese Coney and corndogs for breakfast? No problem, they got you covered. Service is fast and friendly, food has always been fresh and tasty.

2 times in 2 weeks I left after waiting for 10-15 minutes for them to take my order. The system says that they will be with me soon but this is not soon. Im done trying to spend my money here.

My husband and I stopped at Sonic in Casa Grande Arizona last night (Sunday Sept 12 2021)Where can I start at?!There was only 4 cars in the parking lot.My husband order 2 milkshakes.30 mins went by and no milkshakes.We seen people inside of Sonic and nobody was coming out.We decided to pull away without a milkshakes!I know it dont take that long for a milkshakes!!!So upset dont think we will go BACK!

My husband and I were wanting a strawberry shake really badd, so we decided to go to sonic, when the car hop brought us our shakes it was a vanilla shake with a cherry on top, that had a slight taste of strawberry, the strawberry mix was at the bottom! Worst shake, I cant believe Sonic would hand a customer a shake like that!

Quick food with a little too high priced, short on condiments, so its a once a month budget fix... the shakes are sooo good though

I totally get during peak hours its going to be a wait. And with a packed parking lot with cars all the way around the building. Staff was doing there best and they deserve the recognition. Good job with all the crazy people today Sonic crew! Keep it up!

Got the cookie dough blast. It was soooo good and looked just like the commercial which is unusual.
