Ive not had any bad experiences at New Island Liquor. I very rarely drink, but I go there for the cigarettes. It takes a while for someone to answer the phone, but thats only because they are super busy, and I have nothing but time. A BIG shoutout to all the staff!!!

This store also have down to earth friendly and community based stop for the love on their prices in store or drive thru

DO NOT COME HERE! The front desk lady looked at my UTAH DRIVERS LICENSE and said and I quote “this isn’t the right ID” and said she had the right to refuse service to someone who’s older than 21. I’m 22. She took my friends out of state ID and he’s from California. RIDICULOUS PLACE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE IF YOU ARE OUT OF STATE. PATHETIC ESTABLISHMENT

They have Awesome cashiers wether I go in the store or go through the drive thru.

The chubby lady that works in there is by far the rudest lady i ever dealt with ..1 time she thru my card thru the drive thru an saidyou gotta get that and just today i drove off in the drive thru an refused to be serviced there...i told her she was rude an sorry she was having a bad day she told me wanna see how more rude i can get...very unprofessional...it looks nasty raggedy parking lot...potholes an some more stuff an got the nerve to mistreat customers...need the managers phone number an the phone number does not pick up

Been going to this place for a couple decades now and seen it taken over by numerous different owners and place is still going strong. Its all about location, location. 👍🏼 They always have what you need to quench your every thirst and some. Great customer service and friendly staff is all you need to have a successful business. This is a perfect example of how to run a business and take care of your customers. Keep up the great work. 🙌🏼

Small friendly and community oriented the employees are friendly and helpful also the drive through makes it easier and faster to shop you can get many items here some you cant find elsewhere...

I was refused service UNLESS I took off my mask.In the middle of a pandemic.In Arizona... which has the highest per-capita rate of new Covid-19 infections.The woman told me verbatim that I have to take off my mask in order for her to serve me.I just wanted a bag of chips but they were definitely not worth risking my life. I said no thank you and left.

Its to damn small and hella cramped they should jus close the inside door and jus serve thru the drive up window It sure beats being Cramped Up an Everyone can be and feel more at ease an comfortable

They really give good service, all you need when you go in to buy something is a positive attitude and theyl give you the same, smile and say hi, I enjoy their services
