My experience here was extremely poor. I purchased this product to support local business with a company that employed individuals in our state. The product itself was great. I purchased my beds at the local casa grande showroom and picked up at their main location. When I had it all set up I find that they gave me the wrong size. I was understanding that mistakes happen so I called in. When I called I was told that I got what I asked for (I was supposed to believe I don’t know my own bed size). If I wanted to get the right one I would need to pay again for delivery. Long story short the individuals seemed more concern about making the initial sale than servicing their customer after the fact. I called their headquarters and never got a call back like they said they would. Wish I could recommend this company, I really had high hopes but I absolutely can not.

About a year ago I bought a king size mattress from this store. The stores manager sold it to me. He is the nicest most hardworking person you could evermeet. The bed is the best I have ever laid on and it is holding up really well. I also bought two great comfy pillows from them. In my opinion you cant do any better anywhere else and you are supporting a locally manufactured product as they are all made on west camelback road in Phoenix. Also the price was very reasonable.

I told him what I needed and my price range. He immediately took me to a mattress and had me try it. It was a little to soft, the 2nd one he had me try was prefect. I went to the market, thought about the bed while shopping and went back and paid for the mattress, box, and frame. I went from a double bed to a queen. We bought our beds at the Brooklyn Bedding store in Casa Grande. We bought two twin XL mattresses and adjustable foundations, a Brooklyn Signature and an Aurora. Sales and service were professional and helpful and the delivery was efficient and set up both beds for us. We have had the beds for almost a year now and they are comfortable and the adjustable foundations work well. We like them so much we recently purchased a queen bed from them for a guest room and are waiting on delivery.
