We loved this storage facility! They are under new owners and they are amazing. The facility has had a lot of upgrades and their prices have been so reasonable. Also, the manager Tina is amazing! She has great customer service and is always just an email away when anyone has concerns. I HIGHLY recommend this facility.

I have been a customer at casa grande self storage for several months and never had a complaint about anything…until now they have always emailed me telling me my bill was coming up so that’s how I knew it was time to pay but I wasn’t emailed this past month and they locked my unit ok I get it past due I paid them up to date and this is the part that is frustrating me they have no problem locking your unit up and selling it without contacting you to let you know but when they lock your unit and your paid in full and allow them 2 full business days to take the lock off and they’ve failed to do so…so who do I speak to that’s above these employees so I can access my belongings?

Went there to pay my storage n it was fast n pleasant service..

I just moved my stuff in and so far the experience was good. Gordon, the manager there, was very nice and professional. I came in very close to closing time but he didnt make a fuss about it. I felt bad but he was cool about it and did all my paperwork in a jiffy. He got me set up in about twenty minutes. The place is under construction so its a little dusty but I dont mind.

Save yourself a lot of drama & headaches- there are plenty of better self storage than this place. The units are old & dirty. You cant pay your bill over the phone w/a credit card. (You either mail a check or pay in person.) You cant be on the property after 7 PM. (the manager actually prefers no one after 5 pm.) Hes a racist, grouchy ol man that will leave you with a bad feeling.
