The hours are not right and its frustrating. I understand hours changing but at least post on the door its annoying when everything says 7 and they are closed at 630 they should at least put a sign up saying closed early.😡

I was at the store approximately six months ago and was extremely frustrated because both the phone message and the hours on the door posted stated until 8 p.m. and I arrived hours earlier and yet doors were locked. I was able to see that the manager was inside in which she opened the door and said she would be changing the hours to let people know. However six months later I make a call to find out the store hours and asked someone to drive by the store to see the posted hours on the doors. Those the phone message and the store hours on the door stated 8 pm. I traveled 10 miles and arrived at 6 p.m. only to walk up to locked doors. On the first trip there were three other customers and on this trip there were three more customers who were very frustrated and agitated. I believe you have lost six customers. And with the post after 5 months even with the other customer, you would think that this would be handled.

The associate was very helpful and kind. The store is very COVID careful and observes social distancing protocols.

Hours arent right. I came an hour before they were supposed to close and the doors were locked. No one was there to even answer the phone.

I was not allowed to buy a perm I wanted and was told Only those with a cosmetologist license can buy it. So instead, I bought another perm Apple Pectin and brought it home and cannot even decipher the experation date on box. Without being told I was charged $.15 for a paper sack for what I purchased. When I questioned her about it I was told the order came from corporate office. All customers now pay for the paper sacks.

Very well organized, and mostly helpful staff. Only complaint is one staff member doesnt really help and is kind of rude. (Not even 100% sure if she is still there) But all the others are great and definitely help you. Especially if you have no idea what you are doing or need to do.

Its very hit and miss. Neatly organized and clean, but hit and miss on staff personalities and willingness to help.Also have been in store and watched them turn away customers by locking door earlier then posted on website.

Walked in and didnt even get a hello. Walked out empty handed. I was never approached to see if I need help with anything. No thank you and bye when I left either. Awful service
