Batteries Plus+ in Casper did a fast, efficient job replacing my daughters iPhone screen for a reasonable price AND they provided a 6 month warranty. We also bought a screen protector from them and they installed it for us!Overall great experience. Oh, and they have pretty much every battery you could ever need. 😀

I acquired 2 laptops without a charger 🔌. I went to Batteries+ and Nick greeted us as we walked in. Nick was very helpful and went the extra mile to find a cord that works. He gave us a lot of helpful information too. He won us as customers for his great service.

These guys are awesome and so very knowledgeable! They went above and beyond for me. Nick helped me save the last voice-mail from my grandma who just recently passed away. As horrible and painful it was to lose her. I thought I had lost the last voice-mail when I dropped my phone and it cracked and ruined my phones screen, the only way I can ever hear her voice again. He help get it back for me. He was very compassionate of how upset I was. Him and his crew Kiefer and Seth worked together to make sure that it was saved in a place where even if something happens to my phone again, I will always have her voice. Thank you guys!!! I needed a new key for my GMC.I had tried to get one in a number of places. It turns out the key had a chip in it, and it would need to be programed for the ArcadiaI recently got. The Staff was very helpful and in about 20 minutesHad me all fixed up. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and took good care of me. Bonus was my GMC hadRemote start, and they showed me how to use it. Good place to get trusted work done for a reasonable price.

Boss, Dave? was called on his day off and said give him a new battery, Ill try to figure out the warranty paperwork later Great work guys! I have bought several deep cycles from them and will continue to use them for my battery needs! By the way, my other batteries from them have been great. Replaced troublesome Interstate battery in boat with their high end gel, deep cycle, and it has been super.

Made an appointment to program key fobs, had one that needed programmed and needed a new one. When my husband dropped it off, Nick was a little confused despite it only being a few days since he made the appointment. When my husband picks up the car, the key fob doesnt work and Nicks answer was sorry, that will be $50. No disclosure prior that there would be a charge if it didnt work, no review of chances of it working, no apology for it not working, no explanation about why there was still a charge. Just a yeah that sucks and that was it. Excellent reviews, much cheaper than a dealership but customer service left a very bad taste in our mouth.

Got a chipped key made and programmed. This deactivated my viper alarm and auto start. When I discussed this with them they told me good luck. Sent me on my way.

Excellent, friendly service. Phone screen that I needed was in stock and ready to go. The tech gave me a small discount because of the quote he gave over the phone, just because he forgot the tax in the quote. The work was quality and my phone was back up and running in just 1 hour. My Galaxy S10 plus suddenly went black. I couldnt turn it on, off, charge, or anything. I hadnt backed up all my stuff (I dont suggest that) and didnt want to file a claim for a new phone and lose everything. So I took it to Kenny at Batteries and Bulbs and $31.00 later, my phone was back to normal and when I told him how thankful I was he said, well then just tell your friends. And so I am. You wont be sorry and you wont have to pay the deductible on your asurian and lose all your stuff just to get a refurbished phone anyway!

This place is awesome! Who knew you could get an iPhone screen replaced in Casper? Anyway, these guys did it! My daughter accidentally dropped her iPhone 7 and we thought we’d have to get a new phone. The Verizon guy referred us to Batteries + Bulbs (Thank you, Verizon guy) and I’m so glad they did. Now we have a working iPhone again! They were friendly and courteous, too. Definitely recommended!

Customer service was great. Made an online appointment for iphone battery replacement and showed up 3 hours early. They already had my order ready to go and it only took 20 minutes for them to replace. It’s only been 2 days, but the battery life is so much better. It used to die 3 hours into the day, but now holds a charge all day with a full charge before bed the night before. Thank you!

Friendly customer service. Fair pricing. Brought my phone in for repairs. They took my phone walk-in no appointment. It was done a couple hours later with a screen replacement and a new charger port/headphone jack. Would highly recommend.
