The best shipping company ever. They helped me taking the art out of frame and saved me a lots of money. They only charged $2.50 of labor fee for all work they did. I expected over $100 shipping cost and ended up only $22. I thought its too low for the labor and asked them to charge $10. But they didnt. They said they charge only $2.50 for every 10 minutes labor. But I think they should charge a minimum fee of $5-10 for first 10 minutes work, then $2.50 for any additional minute to cover overhead and to keep business running.
