This was my experience at your test location Rock springs store:I was spoken to very rudely by a gal named “Karly” in the office I think she said she is a service writer. She used curse words on the phone and then mentioned a guy named “Troy“ who never called me back. I’m 83 years old and a lifelong cat owner through my ranch, my husband and I will call another location as others have recommended. No thank you

Spoke with Troy Wagstaf in field services rock springs, about replacing an engine in my D9 dozer, he speaks like a child and has no knowledge of equipment, he had no one to send he said he has one field tech working and everyone else is in the shop!? Why? Their field techs!!!? and Troy seems to lack serious experience. I called Casper and got the help and tech that I needed. These guys don’t have any technicians in Rock springs, this branch should be shut down. Casper has enough know how to run the entire show! Thank you Wyoming Cat Casper location! The ceo needs to seriously evaluate having Troy aboard in my opinion he is failing us customers by using this guy as a supervisor.

I worked at rock springs in field service, I noticed Troy Wagstaff is finally getting recognized for his efforts so I thought I would speak some more truth. I was fired for a hot UA, Troy gave me an extra day to take the Ua test after I told him I was using, so I wouldn’t get let go but I still failed the test. He broke the rules yet he is still there? My wife left me, yet he still has everything? He is still the same as in high school, his daughter is in and out of county . Avoid rock springs location they will lie and cheat to make a buck, Chad knews about the whole thing and is afraid to do anything to Troy because chad is hiding stuff too ask Lana

Learned slot about generators, wasnt pressured or ignored at all. Was talked to like a person not just dollar signs. Tom in service is very attentive, Keith? Troy in field service in your rock springs location never called me back. This needs to be addressed!

First of all, when I was looking to buy a skid steer I contacted the sales department a few years ago. I was blown off by the sales guy on the phone. I was looking for a used machine. A year later I called again to give them a chance when I was looking for a new skidsteer and was blown off again. Sales department doesnt seem to want to deal with a small business like me, they want those big equipment sales with higher commission.The parts department has been great to deal with, always helpful and knowledgeable.For new equipment purchases, I will go to Idaho falls. For parts I still go to Casper.

Worst sevice ever!! Took over 3weeks to do motor rebuild .complaind to upper managment.finally they finished one screw up after another, got the truck back ran it loose turbo cooler brought it back ran for six more month leaking motor oil had another shop look at it jake brakes were loose missing bolts, never where installed!! $3000,month later more trouble truck starts missing, dropped valve chunk out of piston due to valve adjusment to tight $10,000 more caterpillar wouldnt go good for anything even complaint dept was very rude warning stay away from caterpillar read about them many lawsuits many
