Ive had my hearing evaluated a couple other places in town. Todd was far more thorough, and he explained everything clearly. Really knowledgeable. Super friendly service as well. Ill be sure to recommend My Hearing Centers to anyone considering hearing aids!

Great experience with staff and consultation.My hearing from the beginning was the priority. Initially I was on medical leave from work and wasnt sure about when Id be financially prepared to pay. They supplied my aides and were very accommodating to my payment schedule.

I am delighted with my new Signia hearing aids. I was wearing hearing aids but had gotten to the point of needing to turn the volume way up on the TV to understand even part of it. Now I can function at normal volume and understand what I am hearing. I love that they are rechargeable and they are so slim that I can wear glasses and my oxygen over my ears without pulling them off. My hearing and understanding had gotten so bad that I was withdrawing from social activities because I couldn’t understand.

There are two factors that cause me to leave a five star review. First, Todd Olsen is a really nice guy and he cares. That relationship means everything. Second, he knows what he is doing. He is profession and his hearing aids are the best I have ever had. I have had multiple follow up appointments with Todd and each time he has given me his undivided attention and found a way to improve my hearing experience. I wont go anywhere else even though I have gone elsewhere prior to finding My Hearing Center.

Three years ago I had a hearing test at My Hearing Center’s. Todd was amazing he has such a so much knowledge and even knew that I had a severe ear infection many years ago. I love my hearing aids. I like hearing All the things I could not hear clearly before. I have a friend who bought very cheap hearing aids and she won’t wear them because they don’t work. When we have happy hour with her she always think she’s being left out of our conversations because she cannot hear. It’s one of the best things I did and I love My Hearing Center.

I didnt purchase my hearing aids from My Hearing Center but after spending a year and 12 visits trying to get them adjusted, I was so frustrated with them and quit wearing them. I received a letter from MHC about their service and decided to try them. WOW. After only one visit Todd Olsen had them adjusted so I could wear them again.
