I always enjoy going to the dump and purging things. The staff is always nice, they do a great job keeping the trash contained. Would like to use the new baler building someday! Good assortment of mulch at a low cost.

Staff is polite. Facility is well maintained.

Very organized and they open at 7:30 a.m. If you go early you can get in and get out rather quickly. 😉

20 min in line at the gate seems a bit excessive.

The people who work here are great. Every one Ive encountered has been supremely friendly and helpful. This would be a 5 star dump if the wetting of the roads situation was handled better. Ive made at least 15 trips out here in the past 2 weeks. The road wetting to keep the dust down is lame at best. The water seems to pool in some places and then randomly miss others. Going from muddy to dusty back to muddy in less than a 1/2 mile seems whacky. It would be great if the entire road was wet then the mud on the truck and trailer would be justified, instead we get a muddy vehicle and dusty conditions.

This is ANOTHER Casper City facility/service/place that make me sooo proud of MY town. Well run with self serve HazMat diposal, great composting/mulching operation, etc. Also home to one of the largest ring-billed gull populations in the World :) Good job...ALL

Stinky as usual, baler building not working as usual, was there before 2:30 thank you for the response and no the baler building was not working or being used, everything was bins or landfill. So whoever is responsible for responding should actually know whats going on.

Elka is amazing!! She not only does a wonderful job at customer service but also for those of us who manage to lock our keys and phones in the truck. She helped us by calling different lock smiths and made wonderful conversation for the 30 minutes we were waiting for the lock smith. Thank you Elka!! please pass on the kudos.

I worked there I retired from there

One of the nicest that weve been to in three different states. If they would invest in a concrete pad system to dump the smaller type loads, it would be the top 5+ star landfill that Ive been to. The outbound scale is even in an enclosed shelter to stay out of inclement weather if you have to scale out and get out and pay.

Paid 3 dollars per to recycle 4 tires off rims. Still, was directed to drive out to landfill. Red container way out back is where they put them. Because, thats where all tires go that they dig out the garbage, dumped without paying. I did the right thing, paid, put the red container closer.

I know this is unusual, but I have to comment on how friendly and professional the staff here are. I arrived right at closing on Saturday memorial day weekend (4 pm). The woman was walking out to lock the gate, and she still let me in. I was driving a 20 Uhaul, but they didnt know the only thing I had was a refrigerator. Anyway, they let us in and loaned me the tools I needed to take the doors off, which I didnt know was required at the time. It took me about 5 minutes to back the truck up, take the doors off, dump the the refrigerator off, and return the tools. I didnt want to keep them late on a holiday weekend. They were very nice to let me in after all. Great customer service.

Great place to take your old items, but the fall hours 7:30 to 4:00 is the biggest disappointment for me. Its hard to work all day, come home and try and rush to get up there before they close. The hours should be 7:30 to 5 or 5:30 all year around.

Wow, its a real dump. Oscar would love it. A great vacation spot for any Grouch family.

Easy access to all dumping areas . Long waits in the line towards the mid afternoon . Most of the time theres only one person running the front desk
