Over the years I have had the pleasure of working with APRIA and LEE. He has been so helpful when I’ve ran into problems with my oxygen machine. I just recently had problems with my home concentrator. I called corporate office to report the problem I was having it’s my machine and said someone would be getting a hold of me shortly. And they did. Told him the problem said he would be right over to take care of it. He showed up shortly with a new machine. This new machine is blue and and so much quieter and so much lighter. This is a big plus for me so when we travel it’s so much easier to get I and out of car. It was Lee that pushed to get me big blue. I highly recommend that everyone gets big blue machine. It is so much better than my old one and I think everyone would benefit from this new machine. Lee was also responsible for getting me into the inogen 1. Whatcha was a blessing in disguise. Lee has been very knowledgeable on anything that’s got to do with oxygen. He is very pleasant and he really cares about the customers needs. He is a real asset to the company

During some of the most difficult times we have had as parents, we have needed Aprias assistance. Every single time, Lee Rodriguez has helped us navigate and made the entire process so much easier for us. He is kind and truly cares about the families that he helps. I cant thank him enough for what he has done for our family.
The staff at Apria in Casper were a godsend when my husband was discharged from the hospital after battling COVID. Lee was fantastic in teaching my husband on the Inogen concentrator answering all his questions and was extremely helpful when we had trouble with the home concentrator that night. We called and it was switched out with in an hour. All questions answered by the office staff and guidance given on how tho wean my husband off the oxygen. Would use this phenomenal team again if needed and will recommend this group of staff to everyone!!!!

I have been a client of Apria for over 4 years, and used the other provider. Apria has exceed my expectations. As an example Lee Rodridguez, came today an installed new equipment. He went above and beyond to explain exactly how the new equipment worked and exactly what I should do for future maintenance and use. I have nothing but great things to say about Apria and the staff.Honestly I feel they are the only company you will ever need.

Over the phone, Casey guided me very well about ideas to address my respiratory issues. In addition, Lee delivered, set up, and showed me how to use the equipment. Both individuals were professional and caring, Apria is the only company I would ever recommend.

Customer service sucks we live in glenrock and need bottles replaced they said they would be out to change them out and never show up so we have to bring them to town and swapped I would not recommend this place!

DO NOT under ANY CIRCUMSTANCE work with this company. Customer Service is outsourced to a foreign country. They do not have any US based, native English speaking customer service associates. If you attempt to escalate the call to a supervisor you are transferred to the local office. The local office will tell you that they have very limited access to your account and no power to resolve anything and that you must contact the corporate office... Which is futile because you just get routed back to the offshore customer service center who will tell you they cant help and you must contact local office.
The corporation sucks but the local office is the best.
Am travelling through Casper and discovered Id left a gasket for my Bipap machine home. Needed to buy a replacement but was told that because I had not purchased my machine from Apria they would not sell me the part. Thats like saying you didnt buy your car here so we wont sell you a windshield blade. Very disappointing!!!
