HORRIBLE costumer service. Would not address me when I was talking about my car, the man would only talk to my father. Extremely ignorant towards us. The girl with long nails and tattoos as well. Again, HORRIBLE.

Awesome store,I have been going to this store for along time and I love it. I was in need of new windshield wipers and had a couple of other errands to get done first, so I was going to swing by on my way back home. When I was finally on my way I noticed the sky getting cloudy and dark and sure enough it started to rain as I was pulling in. I ran in real quick and was waited on immediately. After I purchased the wipers I told him that I would just wait until I got home to put them on as it was starting to rain harder. He said that he would go ahead and get them on for me that it would be no problem and that is why I love this store. They treat customers right.

The counter guy “Axel” had a horrible customer service. I have my receipt from a recent product that just needs to be exchange and he didn’t want to do it. What else can you do? I have a receipt from a purchase that was done two weeks ago and the product has warranty.

Bought wiper blades returned 4 times because blades kept coming off. The track was sliding up. I have nothing better to do then continue to go back there every 6 weeks for 6 months because the $50 wiper blades couldnt work for more than 6 weeks and now after 6 months they tell me i can buy another $50 pair. I will never buy from this place

I had the most wonderful experience at Advanced Auto parts Casselberry Florida on 2/29/2020.I went there in search of some hub caps for my car. The customer service rep Lucien Bayless did an amazing job helping me to pick out the perfect product. He then went out and put the 4 new hub caps in my car. He was very caring and extremely helpful. The them asked him if he new of any shops I the area that could buff the dullness off my head lights. He said no. He then said we sale products that will take care of that and that you could probably do it yourself! He took me back inside the store and help me pick out a headlight product. I took the product and immediately applied it to my car and Lucien came out to check on me and assisted me with spaying some water on my car with the water bottle that I bought right there from the store .. My car battery ended up dyeing while I work on my headlights. So I had to go back inside and by a new battery. They made me feel like family! The Manager Jorge Martinez did an awesome job assisting me with my purchasing of a battery. I would recommend this team to any one who has car care needs! They are knowledgeable and friendly and warm and caring. They were honest and open about recommending the right product that I needed for my car. When I got home my family was very impressed at how well my car looked, and drove. Thank you Jorge Martinez Manager and Lucien Bayless I will never forget the care you guys showed! Its close by when you need a part or supplies quick & the employees are friendly & helpful most of the time.However, they are overpriced. If you can plan ahead, you can buy what you need online for a lot less with free shipping & no tax.

Store Manager Guillermo is a real character. While his employee was helping two people, Guillermo sat on the computer without assisting me or even acknowledging I was there. Once his employee proceeded to help me, Guillermo was really rushing through the order refund which caused the employee to make a mistake. This is not the first time I have encountered Guillermos attitude. He needs a management class and wake up to a new era of manager is involved especially in customer service. Will not shop here again as I am a Regional Director myself and it is a shame to see this happen with a national company whom I presume had employee development courses.

This is one of my go to stores for minor car replacement parts. If you shop online and use the coupons and pick up in the store, you will get the best prices. Staff is friendly too.

My check engine light was on. I walked in and told them. Right away, they made a diagnostic and all is cool.

I keep on getting a terrible service when picking up orders from a specific guy at this store:I am not going to put his name, but i am sure his employers are aware of this...He has a very upset face and a mean attitude.Not worth the aggravation.

Just left this store awesome customer service... I left work last night only to find my car would not start. Thankfully a coworker had jumper cables and jumped it for me so I could get home. Had to jump it in the morning to bring it up here to see if it was battery or alternator or possibly something else. Robert was the first one I seen and got right to helping me by checking the battery. Report came out it needed a charge. So Robert took the battery out and said it would take about 30 mins.. I walked to get some coffee when I came back it was ready and he stated and showed me report that it was my battery. I purchased a new battery and he installed it for me with no attitude or anything even cleaned the connectors and everything. After installed he then checked the rest of my charging system to make sure everything else was ok. Everything came back good!! I thanked he very much and was on my way... I cant say enough good things about this location as this is not the first time I went there needing help and everyone was nice, friendly and helpful. Really makes me happy being a women and when it comes to car lets face it women are not that smart in this field. I dont know if he will every see this but a big thank you to Robert and everyone at this store.. THANK YOU!!!

The guys was standing at the front register talking to a girl and I got the impression that he really didnt want to me. He sent me to Bennett Auto Supply store which is something that they carry in the store per Bennett. It is crazy you at work and do not want to be there. Money lose for the company and your poor customer service 😡🤔

They didnt want to check my battery because it was from another store though i was broke down infront of theirs...smh

Javon went the extra mile when checking my daughters battery in her Kia Soul. He determined that the battery was good although it appeared dead. We were about to jump start it and drive to a mechanic to have it checked out further. After spending a few more minutes he found that the ground cable was broken at the terminal even though you really couldnt see it. It turned out to only be a $7.00 part plus it saved my daughter a lot of anquish. Thank you Javon! You will make a great mechanic someday because you go the extra mile!

Mr. Rob assisted us with a true kind heart. He showed our family what true customer service was. He worked hard in the heat with no issues.Prior to arriving here, we stopped at Auto-zone up the street to deal with a very rude young man. He ignored my issues and questions and told us to return with the battery taken out.??!
