Went to target today and they are finally putting out their Halloween! Always have cool stuff

I always have an amazing experience at Target! The selection, the willingness of the staff to assist in finding items at other stores if they dont have them, everything!

The store is always clean and very well organised. Employees are always helpful...and you can find an employee whenever you need one!

Helpful and friendly staff, but since April theyve had a serious restocking issues. As a parent of a toddler I seriously need them to re stock their baby food isle. Its starting to look like the toilet paper isles did when the pandemic started. Its been like this all of July.

Almost everything under one roof and unique options.

The store is always taking steps to keep the carts clean during covid19, the sales associates will actually stop what they are doing to help when i have a question or cant find something and finally they have one of the best and safest sites to use.

Was in their restroom stuck in a stall with no paper. Waited a few minutes for someone to come in, and no one did. So I called guest services 4 times and the electronics department once and NO ONE answered. When I eventually made it out of the restroom, I saw three employees at the guest services counter. Absolutely ridiculous.

I love coming to this target. Everything is in order and the service is great. I received excellent service on the afternoon of Saturday November 21st, from someone named Sean who was carrying something heavy down the food aisle and stopped just to help me, and a cashier named Emma who made my granddaughters day by being so sweet and kind. They went above and beyond!

I really love Target! I am looking for an alternative to Publix for groceries (NOT Walmart). The selection just is not what I need it to be, especially in refrigerated section. Yogurts in particular. Otherwise, always have what I am looking for.

Very Negative experience in this store today. One of the staff (bleach blonde at customer service) made an extremely rude comment to my daughter. I am friends with several people that work here and would love to give this store 5 stars. BUT YIKES, yall are having serious issues with customer service when the customer service employee goes out of her way to be rude to customers.

Store in Casselberry is clean and employees are helpful. Customer service is important and this store is the most friendly out of all the ones I have been to through the years

This Target is closest to my house so I shop here out of convenience. Last week I counted literally FIVE associates not wearing masks on the sales floor and today a cashier ringing people up without one. Apparently they are excused from the big sign outside their store requiring everyone to wear face masks while in the store, as well as the overhead page requiring guests to wear them. I seriously doubt there are that many people on staff there who have medical conditions which excuses them from cooperating. I manage a large retail store and everyone wears masks all day long, its not difficult.

Super nice staff. I couldnt find the printer ink and someone helped me find that. Then I had a bunch of stuff and another staff member appeared out of nowhere and offered me a basket. The cashier was super friendly. This is really nice and unexpected as I usually shop online. The staff as well as the in store offers will have me coming back to shop more often! Thank you!

Its quick and easy. I really like the target order pick up service. I place my order and pick it up an hour or two later. Competitors take much longer. I usually get everything I need in one visit.

I love Target and am usually very happy with my experience. Not today. I went to return a $10 wig I purchased the day before Halloween. When I opened the wig the following day, I saw how poorly constructed it was, with the netting exposed and clearly unwearable. I went to return it with receipt in hand and was told the store manager will not accept any returns for Halloween items. I showed the store associate the poor construction and asked for store credit and was told again they cannot accept a return. It was clearly unworn and in original packaging. She said they lose money on accepting such returns and that was that. So I said ok and left my receipt and wig on the counter. They certainly will lose money as my $200+ target purchases will be taken elsewhere. I was never told that Halloween sales were final and it was not displayed on my receipt. For a $10 item, I would expect better customer service from Target. Very disappointed.

Target is very clean, all associates are kind and helpful. I never have a bad experience. Even if its crowed and lines at register you just dont mind waiting patiently.

Fast and speedy service

Thomas in the Tv/Electronics department. He helped us find what we were looking for, made sure I got the right one and explained everything so clearly. Obviously very knowledgeable, very polite, easy to understand and just seemingly glad to be there to help us. EVERY business needs more employees like Thomas, Michelle, one of the managers in the store came and greeted us and she too was very friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful experience unlike most trips to stores with uninterested employees that punch a time clock and get paid and go home. We will definitely be back to THIS store.

I am a big fan of Target and go out of my way to shop with this company. I went to check out with a loaded cart of products which easily cost over $100. Yet as I go to check out, they only had one lane open. Unreal! They expect everyone to do their job now and self checkout. It is getting ridiculous when Walmart is out performing you in customer service. Extremely disappointed with you Target. You are better than this.

Some time, I may need to do drive-up again, but it was not at all convenient. There were no outdoor signs indicating where drive-up pick-up is located. WE cicled the whole building to find it. Nothing. So my husband parked and went in. There he finally found a sign, hanging from a shopping cart INSIDE the store, pointing to drive-up pick-up. He went to the service desk and got my item.

Has wide variety, friendly staff, and is reliable. You can see and touch before you buy. Returns are easy.

So for Christmas time my daughter really wanted the new Frozen 2 vanity I live in Port Orange and could not find it in any stores near me could not even find online so i called this target and the man actually took the time to find it for me because most of the stores i called i feel like they didnt even look for me and he made sure he held it for me to pick up made my daughters Christmas thank you

Pick up order was easy and a breeze with a infant. Im glad I made my 1st order online and was able to pick it up before the 2 hour time frame they indicated. Would order online again!

I tried to return a pants that are totally new with the ticket the price everything, but the manager said the unfortunately was no in the system anymore and I dont remember the card I used, of course it passed the 90 days because I bought it before the pandemic no even a store credit and are totally new. With all of this situation is not fair to lose money in this way totally disappointed

Just had a horrible experience at the Starbucks counter. I had to repeat myself 5 different times. I am a Starbucks rewards member. I ordered a drink with Almond milk and got something completely different. Extremely disappointed

I love Target. Have shopped at Target weekly for 15 years. Switched briefly to Publix as closer to my house, but love that you have Senior Hours during Covid-19 and switched back to Target when Publix ended its Senior Hours. Used to drive 17 miles to a SuperTarget, now going to my closest Target.

I have been shopping at this store for years, sometimes its great, other times not so much. The staff can be nice, and food service area is very friendly, but the management at this store is extremely unprofessional and rude. Ive had some friends who have worked there over the years, and the stories Ive heard from them in how theyve been treated by different managers is horrendous!!! Never work at this store. Team leads are a joke! Ive been told how they build staff up positively just to tear them down the next week and railroad them not giving them the opportunity to speak for themselves. Im disgusted by you target Casselberry! Id love to call your corporate office. Just remember that Karma is a B! Yes, Im that person willing to stand up for the little guy, perhaps these managers suffer from NAPOLEON syndrome. I hope youre all one day treated and made to feel the way youve treated people over the years.

Very clean and easy to find items. I did have one issue of finding a specific brand of cat food, however the staff were very knowledgeable and helped me find it. Very good customer service.

Target is always in my heart as that was the last place I went with my daughter. They have a great selection of baby clothes, toys, games, etc. They also have a wide selection for baby diapers and wipes. The Starbucks inside is always fast and has great service. Overall, I spend a little more at this target to go to a better quality store.

Ordering from Target is easy and fast. I receive a notice in minutes telling me my items are ready for pick up at the store. You can have the option to have your items shipped but I prefer to go into the store.

Duamell Quiñones had the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at any supermarket. He was patient enough with every customer at the sales checkpoint as well as understanding and able to assist with the questions we had. I’d come back to this store because of his customer service. Other employees wear a sad or angry face when you inquire information on products or merchandising. Duamell makes the difference for this company.

I used to love this target but now it is just horrible usually when I get there I wanna go to Starbucks and there is this one lady that is so disrespectful and I am always polite but she just treats the kids so disrespectful sometimes I would just want water and she still gives me attitude. Anyways this target is not recemended. And just because I’m a kid doesn’t mean I shouldn’t be treated the same

A very well organized, well staffed Target location. It feels better than the other target in town

I am a frequent shopper at the Casselberry, FL location as it is closest to my home. I was in today to return some items I purchased at another location. I had been in the area of a different store at the time of these purchases so I just got them there. When I told the woman at the desk (Ivonne) that I had a few separate returns and took the items out of the bag she started to say that she didnt know if she would be able to return them. We had to move registers because there was an issue with the scanner. The first return I had the receipt for. Oviedo!? she said, I dont know I can do this one. I just let her continue to key in the receipt number and scan the item, the return was processed with no problem. The next returns I had purchased online and picked up at the Oviedo location. I had to do these separately as well because they were purchased on different credit cards. She tried to argue with me about using the app to process the return but did the first one none the less. It worked. For the next one she demanded I show her a different receipt because the one on my phone was the same as the other. And it wasnt at all. She used I was a had on the screen because I had already changed it and it worked as well. She asked me why I didnt return these at the Oviedo location. I told her because I dont live there. I live in Casselberry and I was in the oviedo area when I ordered and picked up those other items. She was very rude. I know you can return at any store no matter which location it was purchased at if you have the receipt. And I did. I dont know if she was having a rough day or didnt want to be at the service desk, or what but she was very rude which was so disappointing because every team member is always super nice whenever I am there.

This is a good Target. It is priced a little higher than some of the other stores, it is convenient. I prefer the Super Target as far as selection and price, but it depends on where you are and the time you have available for shopping.

My wife and i went to replace her phone and there was a deal going on that you could get a 300.00 Target gift card if you upgraded to the iphone 7. So we attempted to do this. After 4-5hrs waiting on the system to work, the guy working said his district manager says to come back on Tuesday (it was Thursday and the deal ended on Saturday) and they would honor the deal and give us the gift card because of the system issues. We came back on Tuesday and guess what..... Another 3-4hrs and they said we didnt qualify for the gift card because the deal ended. Ultimately after 7-8hrs of hanging around Target electronics department my wife has an iPhone 7, I dont but was supposed to get one as well, and supposedly they are going to send us a gift card in the mail..... Needless to say I wont hold my breath. It was the most ridiculous experience Ive ever had. Its almost as if they fictionally made up a system error to not give us the gift card, told us to come back after the deal ended, and then acted like we werent there on Thursday. I would love to show proof of this to anyone that doubts me because I have text messages from the Thursday through Tuesday process.Please dont go through Target electronics to upgrade your phone, the whole process felt like a scam.

I had over $200 of merchandise in my cart at checkout around 9:18pm tonight. Only self check out lanes were open which resulted in a line of people waiting. As you can imagine, a cart full of items is not ideal for self checkout and it took about 15min for me to complete the transaction myself and bag all of my items. I asked a nearby employee why no cashier-attended checkout lines were open and she gave a few reasons- 1. It’s their policy the last hour of the day to only have self checkout available (I question whether this is just an internal policy created solely to expedite the nightly store closing process, or if it’s truly company-wide policy), 2. The 1 cashier they had on staff was on his lunch break, 3. The other cashier called out from work. No apologies. Neither her nor the 2 other employees who were standing around chatting among themselves while a queue of customers formed opened a register to clear the line. When another customer asked one of the two chatting employees if they had a large shopping bag available, they replied with “yea, you’d have to go to the Customer Service desk to get one” then resumed their conversation.I only write reviews when my experience was either memorably stellar, or deplorable to the point where the blatant laziness/inefficiencies/mismanagement angers me. This experience fell into the latter category. I think a secret-shopper site visit from corporate and/or management keeping a closer eye on their staff processes would benefit this location.

It was Black Friday and I was in there less then 3 minutes I call it luck but I also believe its superior customer service. I love this target.
