I feel welcomed every time Im there trying to purchase a book, the books are always neat and organized properly, as well as the magazine area.I also find their small café quite nice, good coffee!

Not worth giving even one start to the BAM store in Casselberry. I bought a book as a gift on a Wed. and it was the wrong one. I went back in on that Fri, all I wanted to do was exchange for the correct one. Was willing to pay the difference if there was one but the guy at the counter refuse to help me with out a receipt and because I wasnt a member I was told there was nothing that they could do for me. I called to speak with a manager and was treated the same way. as if you arent a member, you dont matter! I asked if he could pull a receipt since i knew the day and time, he said no because I am not a member. this is example of very poor customer service. I work in retail and would never treat a customer like that or have a manager do the same. will never come back!

Nice, big location. Readily organized, with a café. They also do events for book tours and signings as Ive discovered.

Great location with awesome promotions and A well-stocked inventory theres also great parking at this location

I have been going to the store for many years, I love it, you can request a book soon they get it for you, the store always have sales on different things, plus discounts on your card. People should take the time to visit the store more often.

Mark is so niceone of those stores that just sticks around
