Absolutely horrible. While the water is great the company is a joke. Website is the absolute worst for navigation. Pricing is always going up.

Full Disclosure, this is my first negative company review. And I only write this only after many chances for them to come through with the customer Service sales pitch they shoved down my throat in order to get my business. I also write it because the company in question did nothing to fix the problem... They did offer financial compensation for their poor performance and I truly appreciate that. However All I ever wanted was water delivery on time and when promised... not 3 weeks late. Floating deliveries and rescheduling my deliveries with no phone call, texts or an email. Deliveries are important to my company because we are in the field several days a week doing installations so our shop is not available to take deliveries. So when the delivery day is scheduled for Thursday, I arrange the entire week around being here for water and other deliveries.Also After the first week I found out that the sleazy salesman included my Home as a new service also so he could collect some sort of commission... I knew he asked for my personal info but said it was for my order for my company. To this day when I call in they reference my multiple Accounts I have learned to not spin out of control when they say this... Today was the last straw... water was to be here on 9-13... as of 9-20 no water, called again today they tell me it has again been magically re scheduled for 9-22... told them we are in the field installing so if I can get it sooner that would be great... They said no and it will be re scheduled again for sometime of the week of 9-25... So I just called ready fresh and fired them, then called a small competitor, set up my account in two minutes and could not be happier... Their rep said, he would throw a few 5 gallon bottles in the back of his pick up and bring them to me.I thanked him but said no need just put me on the schedule. This defines both companies... The small company, WITH CHEAPER WATER PRICING is an hour away but the manager is willing to throw a few bottles of water in the back of his truck to help me out... And Ready Fresh is so close that I can see their building from my shop will do nothing to help a customer that has been kicked around for 3 weeks and still has no water... You have been warned... Make good choices and never reward bad behavior.... I hope this review helped.... I also want to say that the people at readyfresh were very nice to speak to...
