I received an oil change and tire replacement with zero issues! Keith went over all the pricing and really made it a great experience. Everyone there seemed happy to be there, I’ve always gone to Firestone but this location is definitely my favorite!

I have to give them kudos. The one on 436 in Casselberry. They did a break job but I lost my brakes later. Not their fault. Faulty part from some No-Care parts shop. Firestone immediately fixed it. Tested it. And got it back to me at 100%. They fix things. They dont make them. And people need to understand that.

Jeff took very good care of me in an urgent situation with a punctured tire from a pothole. He was kind and accommodating, and got me in and out very quickly without an appointment because he knew that this was an urgent situation. I was stranded and I truly appreciated his professionalism, his kindness and his honesty. I was so reassured by his way of dealing with my situation that I talked to him about an oil change, and I will be back with my appointment for that. I highly recommend this location in Casselberry. I am a 64 year old woman who shudders at the thought of car repairs because of the fear of being taken advantage of for being a woman. But this young man made me feel like he was taking care of a family member, and it was very reassuring. Great job Jeff! Ill be back.

Amazing customer service, and prices were actually much lower than expected. I came in for a new battery and an oil change, and they gave me a complimentary fill up on coolant. Excellent work from everyone there, especially Javier.

They did a good oil change and tire replacement, but also broke my tire lock key without telling me and didnt do the extra inspection I paid for.

The entire staff was a joy to work with! My car needed multiple repairs. Even though they were very busy they were able to get me in immediately and had my car back to me before the end of the day. Amazing! Thank you so much Firestone!!

My daughter just bought her very first car and we took it by the mechanic to have it checked but he did not check the tire pressure so on the way home we stopped here at Firestone to check the tire pressure and they were very very nice very efficient and we sure do appreciate it

I took my car for an oil change and brake lights and they return it with a brake problem and smoke coming from the front tires. After I paid the tow service, they told me they fixed it but they didnt. I ended up going to the dealership to fix it. They did the same for my husbands car. He took it for an oil change and two days later the service engine light was on.It is very unfortunate that during these difficult times, these Firestone people create problems in your car to steal money from you. Beware of technician Ricardo. I have noticed that a couple of times after we requested only oil change, days later the cars reported new problems, so we have to go back and pay more money for these new repairs. Its a shame what they do just to get money.

A few days after paying to have a tire (with a screw in it) replaced, my sensor went off saying there was low psi again, but at 24. I go to Wawa and filled it up, thinking maybe I really hit a pothole or something. Then my car sat overnight and in the morning, had gone from 36 psi to 31 psi. I finally had enough with these shops around town and today, made my way over to West Colonial Chevy to have the same tire worked on and repaired. Another $35 later, as well as a brake flush and my car is finally where it should be.The rep at Chevy advised me that Firestone should have warranty on the work, to further repair. But I told him that if they didnt do it right the first time... I wont be fooled again.

Salesman talked to me without looking at me. Wasted my time filling out all the personal information and later told me can’t do new tires without sticker.

Cane 10 min before closing and instead of being normal, you know, giving us a dirty look for arriving so late they were nice. They did the tire change fast and were super nice about it. We told them we had a long 3 hour drive back home & they wanted to get us back on the road fast & safe. Not use to this kind of service from anything dealing with car service people. Thanks guys and still Im sorry our tire got messed up 10 min before closing on a Sunday. Bless up.

This is definitely the best Firestone around. The customer service is excellent from the second you walk through the door. Ive never had a problem at this Firestone and the repairs are done at an impeccable speed. Thank you guys for your amazing work!

Made appoint for set of tires..next day was suggested by shop-10am. Got there at 930. Took my car right in and about 45 min later told me they were missing a tire. They had one on the way. Long story short it was 3 and a half hours start to finish before I got out of there. Kinda defeats making appointments. Tires should be confirmed with the appointment as available and marked with customer name and number to avoid such treatment.

This Firestone is the best, the level of customer service is amazing and their desire to treat you with honesty makes a world of difference. From the moment I drop my keys off to John at the front I knew I was in good hands. Highly recommend!

Ive been had my car serviced here for almost 2 years and I cant think of better people to take care of my car.

I went in and had tires installed on 2 different vehicles and dealt with Tom at the service counter. He was nice and courteous and helped me with my needs. He asked about having other services done, but wasnt trying to sell me services I didnt want. The technicians were polite and did a good job. I would definitely return to them if I needed anything.

I had a new tire pressure monitor sensor installed and one valve stem fixed. I was originally told 1 hour for the entire repair, I waited 3. After they were finished they said I needed to bring my car back to program the sensor for their programmer was broken because of rats. I came back today to find the machine still wasnt fixed. I had to take my car to Firestone Longwood to get everything done. Just go there first.

The guy working tonight was super nice as I swooped in with a flat tire near closing. They were able to fix it right away and no bs was involved-unfortunately thats hard to find, especially with car places. Thank you!

Ive been to this location many times, everyone is very honest and extremely polite. Most places try to rip off female clients by saying they need something when they dont and Im very happy to say Ive never felt that way here. They show you the reason you may need something done and tell you the price before a service is complete. If anything is not done to your satisfaction they will work on whatever it is together with you until youre happy.

Geraldy Charles was amazing and has gained a customer for life. He was very thorough and explained everything. I was very pleased with the workmanship and customer service. This was at the colonial location across from the fashion square mall.

I dont know if this store is under new management, but it lacks a lot. I have been a card holder and going here for years and never had a problem. Recently took one of my cars there for an oil change and inspection. I got back a report with a laundry list totaling about $8,000 of things that needed to be fixed. They actually tried to scare me saying my car was unsafe to drive. Even though I am a female, I do know how to work on cars so I took a look at some of the suggestions that were made and found them to be false. To reaffirm my finding I took this car to another Firestone shop and was told who ever told me that stuff was trying to rip me off. Funny that someone representing the same company contradicted their co-store. Needless to say, I will be taking my cars to a different location going forward. Be aware of this, especially women.

Had four tires put on along with breaks on the front on the wifes car now we keep having problems with the tire censors along with more lights coming on on the dash had this car for over two years no problems until they touched it bring it back for them to look at it they tell us a whole bunch of problems take it to another mechanic and it was a simple 20 fix when there quote was over a 1000 dont get scammed by these people always take your car to get a second opinion thank god I did!!!

After almost being scammed by Mak Tires on 17-92, the individuals who worked here were very understanding and very helpful. They were able to remove a stripped lug nut that was done by Mak Tires and had me back on the road in no time. I thank all the gentlemen who helped me and highly recommend this place for anyone who needs their Services.

If you need a tire is a good place, but if you need something else get away from this place, remember they try to sell you thing you dont need, and over price everything, i bring my BMW Z4, and they try to charge me for a pice 500 and work 600, i got the piece online brand new in amazon for 150 and the word cost me 200, also they change a fuze, since then my cars start getting electric problem, also, they charge me 50 dollar to be able to find the car issue because they need to ad a ink, my mechanic found the issue with an iPhone light on, that BS, remember, this company will try to sell you extra and over charge, your ending paying, the work they do in your car and all they TV adsthe bottom line, Good for tire, everything else they over charge and incompetente

Not the best experience. I had a 7:00 appointment. I arrived early and waited for them to open. After I checked in, a mechanic named Brian came out and talked to the employee who was working the counter. Brian complained for ten minutes that he was having difficulty clocking in (this was the mechanic who was going to be working on my car). When they inspected my car, they did not perform a battery test, which is usually included in the complimentary inspection. The whole process took almost an entire hour, for an oil change! The only saving grace to the appointment was the employee running the counter, who was very polite and professional. However, based on the overall experience, it is doubtful I will be returning.

I have used this location in the past and never had a problem, but this last experience was extremely disappointing. I made an appointment for today and the gentleman I spoke with originally was extremely polite and helpful. I’m upset with myself for not asking his name. My fiancé missed his appointment by a few minutes, and called to apologize and be sure that it was still okay to bring in the car, if we needed it by 9. The gentleman on the phone assured us that yes, it doesn’t take long at all and to go ahead and bring it in. He went straight there, 5 minutes from our house, and when he arrived the gentleman behind the counter LAUGHED in his face when he explained the situation. A bit put off, he stepped outside to wait and then was told 10 minutes later that they did not even have the tire at the shop. They would have to run up the road to get it. We had this appointment for days and they did not even have the tire in stock. Complete negligence and absolutely no respect for their customers. We both work in customer service and were entirely ready to reschedule our appointment due to my fiancé’s tardiness. It is not okay to make false promises to your customers.

They seem pretty honest, and they do good work. They often tell me which repairs can wait or even ignored, based on the mileage of the car. Theyre not pushy about repairs.

Thomas & the other guy took VERY good care of me & my car. They were short staffed on a Sunday when I called, they were wanting me to schedule for the next day. Then Thomas said How soon can you be here? I can squeeze you in NOW. I was there in less than 8 minutes & they did my oil change. They also explained another concern with the car.They could have sent me up the road, but instead they squeezed me. Thanks Thomas & other guy behind the counter :)

A close friend bought tires here and had them installed. They did an excellent job.

Front desk guy saves the day, give him his own location. Constantly having to direct the rest of them. He may be single handedly keeping these reviews above 3 stars, because a bare minimum attention seems to be paid by the rest.

Terrible customer service. as a disabled person who was in a bind the last thing you want to deal with is walking into a place and having someone treat you as a bother to them without so much as an apology. i had a moment, cried, and then i took my business down the road to discount tire where they treated me great and ill forever stay loyal to from now on. i dont normally write reviews but this was such a bad day for me and firestone made it worse, i feel other people should know.

Fast and friendly service. They used to put tire shine on your tires, but I think they stopped that. Not a big deal.

Always try to get you to spend more moneyYour tires are worn out, your belts are old...I have a package fore lifetime tires balancing, but they said I dont. Until I asked to look at their computer screen and they pretented the info just popped up just now

Brought my ford focus in for brakes . They tried to gouge me out of money and tell me it was gunna be 1000 dollars. They saod my calipers were bad. Well go to some where else it was a 10th of the price they told me and my calipers were fine. Beware people. Like alot of other mechanic shops they will overcharge you and tell you you need to fix things you actually dont.

Went for an alignment and these guys were very busy but made time to squeeze me in! They also tried to diagnose a grinding issuehen braking that I have been dealing with and no-one can figure out. Excellent service and quality of work. Very friendly!

They try and get you to spend more money I looked up the parts I had to get and I would of spent half the amount if I bought them new. Charged me almost 100 for a diagnosis on my coolant system. Took my car there before for a noise in my suspension and they fixed something that wasnt even the problem. This place prys on people who dont know anything about vechicles. Never taking my car there again.

Great workers, very honest hardworking people. They take care of ya the best they can.

You see, costumer service was okay. However, maintenence was sloppy. Torque specs for the lug nuts on my car are 100 lbs-ft, and these have been torqued substantially passed that. So much so that even with good leverage is stripping the nut on the bolts. They obviously dont want you to do your own maintenence or they are just lazy with their air tools.

Had new tires installed but car vibrated afterwards on higheay. They fixed it on returning by balancing tires. It seemed like the mechanic forgot to balance them initially. But after leaving 2nd time car was normal.

This place is a SCAM artist. WOMEN DO NOT GO HERE! If you have to go to Firestone GO TO the one in Altamonte Springs. This place will nickel and dime you. I went to get a quote on my vehicle and he immediately started at the thousands ($1,000+), whats worat is that he lied and said his store and other stores around, had nothing else.... little did he know I had went to the one in Altamonte Springs to get a quote... which is less than 15 minutes and got quoted over six hundred dollars LESS. Long story short, I ended going to WALMART 🦸‍♂️ for brand new tires with LIFETIME warranty on balance and TIRE REPLACEMENT for $600. Sad that he saw me only as a target with money. 😵💔

Hours state open until 7PM, arrived at 6:30PM with a battery I purchased there that had gone bad. Was told they were closed. When I stated its under warranty they gave no reply and said we are closed. I left them their bad battery and went and purchased a new one elsewhere. Not the first disappointing service from them but it will be my last.

Came in to get a battery replaced that was still under warranty. We got a new battery at a pro-rated cost. But then we were charged a huge amount for the 5mins of work that it took to change the battery out. Total scam, would of replaced the battery myself but had to come in to get the new battery that was under warranty. Also had to wait an hour after our appointment time before the car was seen....
