This is the only smoke shop I visit if I can help it. My roommates too. Everyone is extremely friendly and cordial which makes my twice a week visits extremely pleasant especially and this is especially true for the two employees that I usually see (Tati and Nick, I believe their names are). At this point I walk in to the shop and they’ve already got the stuff I want in their hands before I even get to the register. You just don’t get that at other places.

Chika, Johnny, Caine were so amazing to me as soon as I walked in they were so nice and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. They were very friendly and knowledgeable on what we were looking for!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Ive been coming to this shop on and off for almost ten years now and Ive seen so many faces come and go but the current team is my favorite so far. Tati is super sweet and always more than helpful. Nick is always so effervescent, knowledgeable, and always makes my visits enjoyable. These employees are total assests to this store and are the reasons I stared coming back this way despite the far distance I now live.

Love this place. Always my go-to spot. The staff is always super friendly. They greet you the second you walk in the store and offer assistance. There’s a wide variety of options, for any of your smoking needs..and all affordably priced. The rewards program is really great as well. I end up spending a decent amount of money here because I come so much, so I often get free stuff, or highly discounted with my rewards points. If you need it, they’ve got it. And don’t forget to grab a cold Yoo-hoo for your chocolate craving!

I broke my water pipe and needed a new one. This place was recommended to me. When I got there I saw that the shop was really neat and clean and had a lot to choose from. The guy that was working, I think his name was Nick, was really helpful. He helped me find a new water pipe and a few other things. Im definitely coming back here from now on.

The manager Shelby is amazing! Super helpful and knowledgeable when it came to all kinds of vape devices and juices. I wanted to find a new juice and go down a little bit in nicotine level. Shelby helped me to find the perfect juice for my device. We talked a little bit in between and she is extremely friendly and hilarious!I have been going to Climax for a few months because they usually have the juice I want. I called around one day and found out that they are basically the only ones that carry that juice. Will continue going because of this!

What a great vape shop. I didnt know that it was even located here, but its quite convenient if travelling on the dreaded 436 and find yourself in need of a smoke shop. I headed in nine minutes before closing as a last minute surprise for someone, and both employees were wonderfully cheerful despite my being a last minute shopper. I didnt catch the young mans name, but Natasha and he were playful and eager to help me find exactly what I was looking for, even far enough to let me smell different fluids to tell if I might like the flavors or not.Natasha was helpful and let me know what sale was going on that might make my purchase make the best of my buck. They were both wonderful sales people, and awesome to talk to. Ill definitely be going again.
