I have used Minuteman press for two special custom projects in the last three months. Their staff is knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful with suggestions to bring the vision to reality. My projects were both small, but they provided as much attention as if I were a major customer. Bonus: it was really reasonably priced!

One of the worst customer-service oriented businesses I have visited. They accepted a small printing job on a Friday and confirmed it would be done Tuesday morning as I needed it Tuesday afternoon. I paid a rush fee to make 100% sure it was ready When I called Tuesday morning to check on it, they said that they were unable to do my job because the boss said they had higher priority jobs to do. My job would have taken just a very short period of time likely minutes. I was lucky enough to find a customer-oriented printing establishment that turned my job right around and I had it Tuesday afternoon. I got the feeling that Minuteman Press Castle rock was more about money and much less about customers.
