Joseline was super helpful and attentive. They had a better selection than the Thornton location (I love the Thornton one too).

Called to see if they had a particular moisturizer. Was told right off the bat, with extreme conviction, that they probably didnt because whoever answered stocks Clinique all of the time and knows what she has. But, she does agree to check and comes back to say that the only type she has is the exact thing I asked her for. ? . So, I ask her which skin type it is for and she asks me where she would find that. She is the one holding the box, so I ask her to look below the product name for the skin type. Eventually she finds it; it is not the formula I need. I also asked what else they carry. She was very curt. Certainly didnt make me want to go out of my way to go look around their store.

I’ve been to quite a few different CCO locations all over the country, and the employees here are by far the worst. The ladies working at this location in particular are extremely rude and unhelpful. The store itself is fine and what they stock is typical for a CCO. But the reviews here are justified, the staff are unreasonably terrible.

I feel a little bit better after reading the other reviews. I’ve been here twice because I wanted to give them a second chance. Both times I walked in, and all the employees were hanging out in the back. Eventually they came out, didnt acknowledge me and no help offered. Browsing is an issue there, 2 of the employees not so discreetly followed me around the store. It was ridiculous, from station to station they went where I went. I was extremely uncomfortable. Not once, did they ask me if I was looking for anything in particular. I’m sorry old ladies but get a life, I’m not going to steal your discount makeup. I was just giving this store a shot because I like to be economical. After those experiences, I will only shop at REAL cosmetic stores. PSA to those reading the reviews, nobody should ever feel the way I did going onto that store. Save your time and money. On top of all else, a lot of the makeup is expired. They’ve been selling it 40% for a reason, look at the dates. Disgusting!

Nice store but what’s up with the customer service. The old lady at the register was so unpleasant, when I asked her to repeat something, she took 5 min pause to roll her eyes to answer my oh-so-difficult question. After that she went to help another girl with same horrible attotute. That old lady was just disgusting!!! How can a person like that work in customer service. Not coming back to that store.

There is one lady, she doesn’t treat customer well (she was looking like us like we were stealing stuff and it feels like dont go there again)Price wise its good as compare to other shop. All cosmetics are good.

Ive been a customer at this store for 5 years and the staff is so welcoming and helpful. The prices are wonderful, you cant buy makeup at the drugstore anymore cheaper than the products at this store and this is for high end brands!

Despicable racists environment! Ill never go back or recommend anyone to go anywhere near this place. A close family friend went in to pick up some cosmetics, as I sat in the car, and left in tears because they told her she wasnt allowed to shop there anymore. If you have products 50% off, then of course people will want to buy a few of them. But instead this store staff and manager makes an assumption that she was buying them for resale, when she was buying them for gifts for upcoming birthdays. If you have a limit poilcy, fine, stick to it, but you cant make racist assumptions and send customers out of your store in tears and expect to stay in business.

Had a makeup pallet in the wrong place, I hadn’t touched it once, just opened it to see the wrong colors. I brought it back the next day to ask if I could exchange it for the RIGHT pallet and they refused. Ridiculous.

I have bought alot here, but never feel comfortable when I go in, the staff is not helpful and not welcoming so I just stopped going. They just stare you down the whole time and dont speak to you.

The employees are always so nice and helpful. They always answer all my questions and they have great prices!

I had an ok experience didn’t make it to 5 stars since Angela Z. Was like literally yelling at me saying price is as listed you don’t have to buy it take it or leave it they had a sing all make up 40% and refused to sell it to me as advertised said Cuz it was a “kit” I just think it’s family operated since they do whatever they want and need better customer service.

Very rude older lady who I believe is the Manager. Watches you the entire time as if you were shoplifting. Terrible for business!
