I wanted to make a special dinner for my parents birthdays. I grabbed a black dragon Tri tip and it turned out amazing! It will definitely become a staple for our summer gatherings.

Excellent quality meats! I have been lucky enough to have a rib roast, chicken, filet mignon and pork chops over the past couple of months. We are very happy overall. Cant wait until summer to start smoking and grilling their products.
