Save yourself the trouble and go buy yourself a brand new appliance or go somewhere else other than here, I bought a $500 +$45 tax fridge and first day of installing, it broke. At least they were sort of quick to replace it, except they replaced it with a smaller similar $400 refrigerator they were showing us the day before. So far the fridge is working... I dont recommend this place at all.

If you are a new home owner or need an appliance then DO NOT purchase from this establishment. I purchased a fridge and they told me up and down it has 90 day warranty. If anything happens to call and they’ll be there. They talk nice over the phone and in person. A week after purchasing the fridge the ice machine stopped working. We called and setup a date and time for a tech to come out but he never showed up. I called and they said they’d call me back but never did. We called and called and nothing. No answer. No call back after a few voice mails. Nothing. How can this be okay to run your business? It’s been 2 weeks and not one word. I’ve called back but their business phone is on an iPhone so I’m sure they have my number saved. I had my father in law call and they pick up right away. It’s just not right and not ethical. If I could leave less than one star I would. My hope is that somebody in my position, a new home owner that’s just looking to get a few appliances at a good cost, sees this review and doesn’t let them do what they did to me. I had to call another company to come out and look at the fridge and it was FILTHY. The bottom was covered in dust and build up. The water filter had not been changed in years. Just please do not waste your money on this company. Find another or bite the bullet and buy new. Please learn from my mistake.

Fredrico and family are very honest and pleasant. I took a machine to have repaired and he was honest about saying it wasnt worth it to repair. I have been going to him many years.

The worst appliance store ever, they sell appliances that are barely hanging on to life but you only know that once they go out after a month or 2. I bought a dryer from them, worked for about 2 months before it started squeezing horribly, they assured us they do the repair with us just having to pay for the parts and a small service fee which we did. After the “repair” which actually made the squeaking worse, we were told they have to order a new part and then they’ve be able to complete the repair, it’s now been several months, calls, and voicemails with no response to anything. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Ended up repairing the dryer myself which is fine but don’t tell a customer you’re going to repair something if you have no intention of doing so. Anyways the repair wasn’t hard, shows they either, A. Don’t care or, B. Don’t know what they’re doing, my guess is, A.

Purchased a washer & dryer ...washer had to be replaced after they tried 3 times to fix it..then the dryer went out..they fixed it..it went out they fixed it its out. They NEVER show up when they say or return calls...buyers beware.

4 months ago we got a washer and dryer,.the dryer went bad after a month it was burning our clothes, we called 2 times until they came to check it out, after the owner came to check it out he said that he was going to replace it, so he did replace it with a smaller dryer but about 3 weeks later this other dryer that he installed started making a squeaky noise then a really loud noise and burning clothes too,, I called the shop left voice-mail like 3 times,then I called again some lady answered stating they will come on the next day no one showed up, called next day no answer left a voice mail, then called again owner answered he said someone would be here. this day was before yesterday still no one has come. we paid$600 it has been the worst experience and worst customer service experience.

In November our garage fridge died. I spoke with the young lady a couple of times. She was courteous and helpful each time. Then I visited their place in Cathedral City. It’s not fancy, but I didn’t expect fancy from a used appliance store. We had a fridge delivered, and it has been running fine. Then just this week our washer died. And since our dryer has been giving us trouble too, we decided to get both. They were delivered and installed today very professionally and in a friendly way.Will there be issues with these appliances? Possibly. But we treated these people very well, they treated us well, so we feel as though their service of their appliances will be along the same lines.Time will tell, but this far, SR Appliances has been very good to us and our home...

SR Appliances has been a vendor of mine for 12 years. I am a landlord in the Coachella Valley with 50 units. They have always provided great service and appliances at an affordable price. The appliances are refurbished and come with a 3 month guarantee which is more than sufficient. They are bilingual and extremely friendly with all my tenants. I recommend their products and services to family and friends who are looking for affordable appliances. 5 STARS for this family owned business!

Bought a refrigerator in February this year have had nothing but problems will never buy another refrigerator or anything else from the store ever again

They installed my appliance set (over the range microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher) and they have been working perfect since the first day. Before this, I knew them because I got a problem with a refrigerator at my last rental and they repaired it. It functioned as new and still functions perfect after 5 years of being in use.

We both our refrigerator 3yeqrs ago and love it it had the 90 days guarantee but we didnt need itWe love it..great customer services she wuz really nice and helpful to tell us her prices and what would work better...so recommended.. Goin for our washer next FORESURE...

Absolute worst company I have ever done business with. $75.00 to put a belt on a dryer that fell off the pulley and refused to replace with a new one when asked to do so. fix lasted 4 days. called back several times and left voice messages and never got a call back. Spoke with a service person on Friday that said he would be over that afternoon, no call no show. Spoke with a lady in the office on Saturday she said the service person that did the original work was on a job and they would call when he was finished, again no call no show. Sunday I didnt expect any call. Monday no call. Called Tuesday spoke with lady in office and was told that her cousin was in an accident on Friday and didnt think about calling customers to reschedule, I can understand that to a point, customers do deserve a call even in an emergency, but she told me 4 times the accident was on Friday and we spoke on Saturday. I gave 1 star because I could not give less, -3 stars is my choice.

Its sad that this place even gets one star but unfortunately Google makes you give at least one. These people have no business being in business. It is the worst company Ive ever had the displeasure to deal with. Three visits and they still havent gotten the oven fixed. And they even installed a completely different one! They dont speak English over the phone apparently so the only option is to actually drive to their storefront. Twice Ive gone during their stated business hours to find the place locked up tight. I will be getting in contact with the city as well as the Better Business Bureau. These people need to be shut down before they screw over any more people.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT A HEADACHE AND LESS MONEY IN YOUR WALLET - DO NOT PURCHASE AN APPLIANCE FROM THEM - I purchased a used refrigerator. Within 3 weeks the freezer stopped freezing so I contacted them to come out to repair as it was under their 30 day warranty. She informed me that I would need to bring the refrigerator to them or pay a service fee. I ponyd up the $30 fee and they came out completely unarmed to fix the problem promising to come back in a few days. After not showing up for the next appointment, I called again and was told they were at my home and no one answered. I have 2 dogs and I work from home almost every day. I was home. They came back the next day and claimed it needed a freon charge. Charged the system. It is now 4 months later and the refrigerator is doing the same exact thing. I had someone else look at it (not a tech) that pointed out the caked on mess on the coils that had been there for years most likely, never cleaned before they sold it to me. I have received and education regarding purchasing used appliances at this point and will do more research in the future. I have a technician coming today to look at the fridge and see if it is worth repairing. Most likely, I should have saved my money and waited for a sale for a new fridge with a real warranty but they are frightfully expensive these days.

I called them to service my front load washer and freezer. They told me they would come between 10-11am. They called me at 11:30 saying technician was running late about 40mins. By 1pm I called and got a machine, left a message. I havent heard from them and its now 4pm. They just ghosted. Would not recommend. Horrible communication and rude. This company is now SR Appliances on Date Palm Dr. in Cathedral City. Update: They called me back late afternoon yesterday telling me technician was in a car accident, and could have another guy come this morning at 11am. They called to say they were 20mins out. Never showed up AGAIN! The office girl, apologized profusely, but that doesnt fix anything. She claimed this has never happened before. Right.. Ridiculous

Im amazed with the service this company gives ! I called desperate cause my washer had broke down and having a family of 6 its much needed, he was booked all day but understood what I was going trough .He came out within 3 hours and fixed my washer right away for a very fair price . I highly recommend this company !

I went in there with a question about my washer that was acting up and the guy that was there said he can come out and look at it after 4 pm that day, he never showed up! They must not need the business
