In my opinion this is a typical Target. Clean, neat and well-stocked. The employees were friendly and polite. Now for the reason I gave 4 stars. I bought 4 items. I was charged more than the Target website price on 2 of them, and not by just a few cents. I was charged $23.99 for a $20.99 item, and $36.99 for something that was $23.99. The in-store price is supposed to match the website price, but apparently that doesnt always happen. The same thing happened to me last week at the same Target. I went to customer service and they cheerfully refunded my money. Personally, I think Target corporation does this on purpose because they figure if youre shopping in-store youre not looking on their website but you probably should always check the online price because over time, it seems you could be cheated out of quite a lot of money if you shop in-store!

I cant find the things I need at times. Men clothes and shoes departments are horrible! Some of the younger employees are not friendly and dismiss you! I love Target but the Palm Springs store needs to be stocked and employees need a refresher course on customer service!

This Target was very cool as they had so many things and I just enjoyed walking around and exploring everything. I would definitely come back here again if I needed to and would highly recommend it.

I like this location for my weekly shop. It is clean, product selection is good, and the employees are very friendly, Prices are good (I would encourage the use of their Red Card and Target Circle to get even more savings). I do wish the grocery section was more like a Super Target. Check out time is usually ok, but tends to be slow with not enough check out staff at times. All in all though, Target is my preferred place to shop for everything and a quick trip to the grocery to pick up the few items (especially produce) that I cannot get at Target.

I walked in after not coming to this store for over 2 yrs and the first thing I see is a display stating and selling so called Pride things. Now we know as a Christian family why we stopped going to this store. So sad to see the pandering to only ONE group of people. We felt so offended that we will never set foot in this store again. Sad to see what Target has become. Not a real Ameeican store but a store that caters to only the left and No one else. Sad days we are living in.

Target had the item I wanted in stock, ready for pickup. I checked all of the big box stores and online but to my surprise, Target had the fan I was looking for available for pick up within two hours. I had frankly checked as a last resort at was glad that they not only had it, it was on sale.

I can express how much Target is one of best Stores to shop at. I do not have a name on my receipt but the cashier was awesome. Very helpful

The store itself is up to date, but it is not kept tidy or organized. They need security to keep the meth addicts and homeless from accosting customers in the parking lot and asking for money. One pounded on my window and it was very scary to walk across the parking lot. I now go to another target because the issue is getting out of hand.

Today I went in to buy picture frames and the entire staff was friendly behind their masks, and me behind mine. Walked over to the section and it looked like they were on sale from where they were positioned hanging on the shelf. I inspected the area because the price looked too good to be true. I scooped up 3 and walked up front where the cashier told me my total was considerably more than what the pricing allowed. I asked again to confirm and had a floor manager walk over with me to check it out. Unfortunately for them, the items were stocked incorrectly and fortunately for me in the end he honored the marked pricing without much question. I thanked him/them and got to my car to replay the scene in my head. I wanted to do something nice in return because he didnt have to honor the lower price, but did. So I thought what better way than give a glowing review. I shop there often and theyve truly won me over more so. Thanks Target in Palm Springs/Cat City!

Store is clean and employees are nice but its frustrating when items are advertised in stock in store online and when you arrive and nothing is on the shelf. I wish the website was more current especially during these unsafe times.

I used to work for Target over 10 years ago in another state. This is not a well run store. In the 8 years I have lived here the store has a HUGE stocking issue and now with covid, it has an ENORMOUS stocking issue. The are big gaping holes down almost every isle. I love Target, but not this one.

Ive always disliked coming to this store some employees are nice and some are just plain lazy. I went in today around 9:20 am to get a ps4 controller. The shelves looked empty but the website showed in-stock. However I approached an employee putting electronics away and had asked if they had placed them in the back and he checked and confirmed they were in the back. The sad part was I asked if he can locate one for me but insisted that there were too many boxes and didnt want to locate it. So now Im purchasing online just to pick it up at the same location since the guy didnt want to locate it for me in store.

This store is very cool I come here every now and then but a can’t because of the pandemic but I feel very comfortable in this store they have lots of variety in everything but they need to step up there video game section and that’s all I have to say

Yet another Target that refuses to enforce any sort of mask policy. Just saw a kid licking toys and putting them back with a maskless mom while employees just pretended not to see. Every other person wasn’t wearing a mask- including a cashier. Just plain disgusting.

I’m actually in this Target right now in the electronics section. The person working greeted two people around me and asked if they needed help. I was looking in the section for quite a while. The person working made eye contact with me but didn’t say a word in greeting or ask if I needed anything. He didn’t have another customer and just went back to standing near the register. If everything wasn’t locked down, then no problem. This person also apparently decided to pick and choose who to help. If you’re going to be rude, at least do it equally. I’ll just get what I need directly from the Apple Store.

I love shopping at Target! Great deals and discounts plus easy returns if necessary. The employees at this store are extremely friendly and helpful! I do wish they would change the tiled carpeting at the entrance of the store because it often has a very unpleasant smell of old, stale urine. Pinch your nose on the way in and out of the store!

Store in state of disarray. Racks of merchandise block isles. Many items not priced. Low inventory makes searching for a size or color in mens clothing very frustrating. Waited 5 minutes at self checkout for assistance (light above register flashing after I keyed in help). No one came. I cancelled transaction and left store. Dont plan on shopping there again. On my prior visit, the price listed for Turbo Tax was $10 higher than that shown online. I had to go to customer service to get the correct price....

I was always proud to have Target in our community until today. When I went to do my shopping I was shocked to find the electric toothbrush replacements brushes locked down and requiring staff assistance. The staff was prompt to assist me but after they unsecured my request I was told that I could not take the bushes and continue to shop. At that point I was happy to hand the clerk my basket and leave.When a retailer treats their loyal customers as criminals, they will leave. I left and so did my tax dollars, I went to Walgreens where they were happy to take my $100 and allowed me to select my toothbrush without having it unlocked. Even better, it was $5.00 cheaper as were many of the items I had selected to purchase at Target.Remember when you chose to shop Target, it may not be the lowest price and most importantly, it is their responsibility to appreciate customer loyalty. For now, they have lost mine.

Customer Service friendly sales associates. Very personable. Very accommodating. Majority of sales floor in disarray. Replenishment stock throughout the store (every department). No assistance offered by the sales associates, stock personnel...

Store is pretty well stocked and clean. Customer service is pretty friendly. Just on occasion you do have to take a second to hunt someone down to help but when you find them they point you in the direction you need to be.

Great store. Can grab basic grocery items, clothes, toys, electronics, etc. quickly and easily. Parking is not always the best though, as spaces are tighter than most. Park halfway between Target and Trader Joes, go to both and get some walking exercise in!

There is a CVS Pharmacy inside this Target store. Be aware that they are closed on Sundays and the pharmacist takes a lunch break sometime between 3 and 4 p.m. So plan your visit accordingly if you have a prescription, like a narcotic pain medicine, that requires you to see the pharmacist when dropping it off and picking it up. The pharmacist is very strict about this. Nevertheless, I have found the staff at the pharmacy and in Target to be very pleasant and helpful.

I find Target offers a good selection when it comes to their food items. I especially appreciate the savings Target can pass along, especially the added 5% off when using the Target MC Redcard.

I generally like this store but tonight I had an absolutely horrible experience when I tried to pick up an order I had placed online. The person in customer service refused to take the order number to find my order! That person did take my driver license but then could not find my order. They repeatedly refused to take the order number! Every other store asks for the order number, retrieves the product, then verifies it is me. So I called Target corporate on the phone. The person from corporate asked to speak with the person who was so rude to me. Thats when that person lied and said they had asked for my order number! Finally the person on the phone asked if another associate could help me. Another person in customer service was able to quickly find my order, retrieve it, and give it to me. That person was so much better. I had my order number, photo ID, and Target card I used to buy the product. Yet the first person refused to fulfill my order. All that for a $10 product! Plus, the rude employee who was so bad to me claimed they were the current on site supervisor for the entire store! Very bad behavior. That person owes me an apology. Beware.

I love coming here. Ryan and Sady always offering help. Guide me to the right aisle provide the BEST customer service. Who do i need to spoke with to make sure they get that promotion. You need people like that to be leaders and train staff to be the absolute best. Thank you Ryan and Sady making it welcome when I visit.

The store was neat and clean the associates were friendly and helpful. Although there was a long line into the aisle when I first came in after I was through shopping, about 10 minutes, the store had opened more registers and there was no long wait. The trip to Target that day was a pleasant experience.

I was trying to return an item for an exchange and I was trying to look for my receipt and the lady in guest services (heavy weight, white) told me Well I have stuff to do someone else will help you. The next lady came (also heavy weight with black k hair, Hispanic) told me shes not accepting the item not even giving me store credit. I was returning their own brand that they carry Up & Up she wouldnt take my id or debit card. This place has the worst customer service.

There was a snippy clerk, I understand its the HOLIDAYS. But, be a bit more friendlier. If you dont like your job, leave it and find another!

The Target in Cathedral City has it down when it comes to customer service. They go out of their way to assist you with your needs. So many businesses seem to take customer service out of their training process. Its nice to see genuine customer service is a priority at Target.

Target is one of the 3 stores I buy groceries and household items from, and though I will never go to WalMart, my shopping experience at Target has become less enjoyable as it was a few years ago. I can find things I need pretty easily, but the environment and atmosphere isnt as good as it used to be.

It is close to home, prices are good, selection is good. And it is close to Trader Joes. Parking lot could be laid out better, but it works.

Staff was friendly and patient not only with me but with the several •difficult• customers ahead of me. Like I said. I went to the store in Cathedral City, California, on a recent Monday to purchase orange juice that was on sale in the weekly ad. The product was not available. The clerk at customer service would not provide a substitution or a rain check. She said that I would need to return to the store later in the sale period in order to purchase the sale item. Since another trip would eliminate all savings, I did not return.

Found exactly what I needed & more. Got offered help more than once. Bathrooms and sales floor were clean overall. Absolutely no wait in line - checked out right away by a pleasantly polite cashier.

I have shopped target for years and its my favorite store. My only issue is at check out. Yes, there is self checkout and I use when I can but if purchasing wine or dealing with earned gift cards it is more confusing and usually there is no one to assist me and other customers are waiting so when there are 3 or more customers in all open lines, a manager, a floor person trained in check out needs to be called. I was in a line of 5 people and they werent all small orders.

I love shopping at Target but not this one. this was the absolutely the worst Target Ive ever been in my life.The store was super dirty. Lots empty shelves. Carts throughout the store filled with merchandise they had not been put away. Merchandise completely out of place amd disorganized One cash register open besides customer service desk. do not waste your time here. You will not find what you need. I rather shop at Walmart then come to this Target location ever again

There were 3 customer service people there. One of those people actually was working on something. The other two was just so slow doing absolutely nothing. It was actually the guy that was busy helping me at the line. The other just left! I think they need to train their workers better. They dont even acknowledge your existence, just a weird glance.

This used to be a wonderful Target. These days they are perpetually understocked, with holes in their displays that should make any retail manager feel ashamed. Are there no regional managers to look after this place? There are consistent uncleaned messes on the floors, a severe lack of staff, and more often than not, no customers. If I didnt know better, Id think this place was going out of business. Clean it up!

Based on my last three experiences at this location (Target Palm Spings). First visit they were out of the target brand suntan lotion in spf 30 in the large size and the two packs. The next visit I purchased some items after Easter on April 22 and noticed there was easter candy at 50%. I went through the self check out and ended up paying full price. I had to go back and get a refund for the 50%. Not sure why the bar codes hadnt been updated in the system. Today I went to buy something in the flyer but they didnt have any but now the easter candy was down to 90% off. I went to a cashier this time and once again the discounted price didnt come up in fact when it was scanned no price came up. Our very nice cashier called someone over to help and it scanned at $3.19 so I should have paid .32 cents (10% of $3.19) put the lady that came over to help said they were .50 cents. I explained that 10% of $3.10 was .32 cents but she said thats the price. I bought them anyways but feel like you should know whats been going on at this location. If you are buying anything that has been discounted check your bill before leaving the store otherwise like me youll have to return for a credit.

I love Target and have shopped target west coast and east coast and Texas so it’s not that I don’t like target. And because of convenient location, I shop this target. That might change. This store is SO messy and unorganized that at this point, my main shopping is to buy cat food and a few other products. This morning there were more clothes on floor and thrown about than on racks or tables. Why? There’s far too much clothing merchandise out to begin with yet if I want to buy something, the primary sizes are Xsmall, XL, or XXL. Then, there are hundreds(?) of boxes of merchandise being unloaded and you get the obstacle course experience trying to get thru the store. I clearly don’t know the manager and have never run a store, and by all appearances, neither have they. Where is corporate and why isn’t something positive being done, as in cleaning up the store and actually hiring people to keep it clean and organized?
