Called up to inquire about a Yukon Duramax that was in transit to the dealership about a month ago and spoke to Nelson. Between him and Cesar, I was able to get all the paperwork done without setting foot into the dealership. Went a few days later to pick up my beauty. Drove over 400 miles to get it. Nelson and Cesar were great! Best buying experience I have ever had! They made it so easy, we were in and out of the dealership within 20 minutes driving off into the sunset! Would definitely recommend their outstanding customer service!

First of all the rep I was schedule with was on lunch when I got there. I told them I got a new tire in the back rear my car is rear train drive I specifically told him that the new tire was in the back rear and it should not be rotated to the front since it’s a new tire they still rotated the tire to the front. I went in for a simple oil change and inspection of the vehicle. I was there for 2 hours with an appointment someone needs to work on timing I’m better going off to jiffy live and getting an oil change they might take better directions there as well.

My service advisor walked me through the kindest experience at your dealership. I was remarkably impressed with the level of customer service he provided, from telling me where I could find the “best coffee machine” (it was hailed as a secret) to the text messages I received every step of the way. He even connected with me after he had left work early one day for a doctors appointment- so that I wasn’t left hanging. I’m the end I was surprised to see that I had been overpaying at Jiffy Lube for my oil changes. From now on I’ll come back to you when I need those. Great job!

The only reason why I dont give Jessup Auto Plaza a Five Star Review is because they returned my 2021 Yukon AT4 with a dent. I had them install a couple of items and they didnt went over anything they just returned the vehicle so I had to figure out how to use the items. I have to say that when I complained about the dent on my car Ruben Guzman from Auto Body went above and beyond to take care of me on a Friday afternoon before Labor Day Weekend. Ruben took care of the dent and returned my vehicle they way I dropped it off just three hours later. THANK YOU RUBEN GUZMAN FOR THE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I needed a new battery for my car, fortunately it was still under warranty. So it was replaced, However the Labor Charge to simply loosen a few screws, remove the old battery and lift the new Battery and place it and retighten the screws. For this simple procedure I was charged $119.00 Think about that $119.00 for a procedure that at tops could not or should not have taken 20 minuets. If you can somehow explain this expense to me, I will gladly change my above rating. I also was suggested to replace my 4 tires for the cost of $880.00 I passed on that and got 4 tires mounted, balanced, and aligned for $488,01 as for quality I dont know but I explained to your tech that this car(I have 3) does not even travel 5000 miles a years, he had no other options for me.

Shortly after purchasing my 2021 GMC Canyon AT4 I noticed a few things missing. I called up Nelson, my salesman, and let him know of the issues. He informed his sales manager Braulio and both of them worked together to make it right. I understand mistakes happen and things fall through the cracks, these two took full responsibility and kept constant contact with me with updates. Ramon Aguiar was my Service Advisor and he was excellent! He was efficient, attentive and very professional. Ramon was nice enough to advise me that I could wait across the way at the Chevrolet waiting area which is less hectic which turned out to be very true. :-) Also, he happily checked status of my car when I asked him after 2 hours, and called me immediately upon its completion shortly thereafter. Also, I really appreciated his researching my Fidelity Maintenance Plan and I was able to utilize my warranty for the oil change and tire rotation. The facilities were very clean and everyone was very nice.

Bought a used Buick Encore Premium from Steve Moore at Jessup Auto Plaza. They had exactly what a wanted at a price that was better than all of the other places that a looked at nationwide. I got a great car at a great price from some great people. Fernando Valenzuela(not the Dodger pitcher) was very thorough with going over the the detailed paperwork and getting the title transfered into my name. I love my Buick Encore.

Honestly, I didn’t see myself in a Buick. Prior to stopping at Jessup, I stopped and Mercedes’s and thought it was the car for me. However, when I stopped at Jessup my sales associate Preston completely changed my mind. First, he treated me like I mattered. He actually listened to what was important to me and recommended me a great car: the Buick Encore. I’ve never owned a Buick and honestly just made a wrong turn to the Honda dealership when I ended up at Jessup. But Preston treated me like I mattered. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and felt like he really cared about me. Honestly I would have left had he not been the one to assist me. I am now loving my Buick and my pups love it too. Thank you Jessup for a smooth experience. Thank you Art for being kind and helpful during the finance signing, but most of all thank you to Preston for being an amazing sales resource. I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, it was completed very quickly and at a decent price. The only thing I could have done without was the hard sales pitch to try to get me to spend $1250 for a Complete fuel system, transmission fluid exchange, brake fluid exchange, coolant fluid exchange, engine filter, cabin filter, fuel additive, oil change, rotation, wiper blades. $1250 seems excessive especially since I only average a maximum of 4000 miles a year on a car not to mention I just bought the car from this dealership just a few months ago.

Was ready to purchase a truck nice and simple based off the website pricing. Last question was, if I come down there with cash are you going to to try and charge me more then the listed price + Tax + Tag +Title. The answer was pretty simple. Yes. Lack of transparency is an immediate deal breaker for me. Great question to ask before you waste a day of your life in a dealership.

Asked for an oil change and tire rotation. Made an appointment, was on time and waited two hours. The wait didnt bother me because I had scheduled that block of time. However, when I checked my receipt to see how much it cost and for what, I did not see anything about the tire rotation. Just that the air pressure was checked. Maybe the tires were or maybe they were not done. Hard to know. I texted the service provided and he did not reply.

I had a A++ experience purchasing my new SUV from Jessup Auto Plaza😁. I was looking for a specific color and trim, and they were the only dealer on the West Coast with the SUV of my dreams!! I live out of state and Preston was so friendly and went above and beyond sending me multiple videos, pictures and answering my many questions to make sure I was comfortable before committing to buy. He was able to get my financing approved And an offer for my trade in all remotely! He even drove part of the way to deliver the vehicle to me! Wow! Took my vehicle in for a recall appointment but unfortunately the part wouldnt be available for a short time, not at the fault of Jessup Auto Plaza. However they were gracious with a complimentary oil change at their expense for our time. I had asked how much it would be for an oil change since we were already there and the service light was on for the past week. I believe the Service Advisors name was John King, he informed me that they would comp me the service. They also asked if we would like our vehicle washed but I declined having already washed it the day before. John was very polite and friendly which is hard to find nowadays with service departments. I have never had a much better experience with any other dealership service in my life! We were made to feel very comfortable and attended to with such pleasant attitudes. They even provided a Lyft shuttle to and from the nearest restaurant while we waited for our vehicle to be done. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable with complimentary coffee, water and TV viewing while you waited. AMAZING SERVICE!! Jessup Auto Plaza is my new go to for all my vehicles future service needs. 5 stars is simply not enough for they have gone beyond my expectations! Thank you to all that assisted us there. My coolant line was leaking in 120 degree weather. I came in a frenzied state and Jorge was just great calmed me down said just relax and got me water. Jorge took the car in immediately. Meanwhile I was stressed because I had an important Zoom Meeting on a Big Project and Sylvia and Rojelio were also great. They put me in the conference room so I could attend my meeting and have some privacy. Sylvia brought me more water and said if I need anything just ask. Rojelio did not have to let me use the conference but he went the distance to get me in there. Then Jorge found out what was wrong with the car and got me a rental until the car was repaired which was again unexpected. Then when I came in the next day he had the car finished and detailed on the time he said the day before which was important because I had meetings. Best of all it was all covered by warranty. I know Dan Jessup and did not have to name drop and they all had no way of knowing that. In my opinion this is the best dealership for sales and service. GM should send other dealerships here for training on good customer service. Kudos to Andy and Dan on having such a dedicated staff!!!!!

The car leasing process has never been more pleasant thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by David Frizzell. From the moment we started the process and arrived at Jessup, David was super friendly, genuinely interested in accommodating our needs to the best of his ability, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. My wife and I had a specific vehicle we were seeking, which was a 2021 Chevy Traverse. While there was not a vehicle matching this description in inventory when we initially visited the dealership, David assisted us in locating the right vehicle that was to be shipped to Jessup in a time frame that perfectly accommodated our car leasing schedule. David also gave us the opportunity to complete all lease paperwork prior to delivery of the vehicle so that when it arrived at the dealership we were ready to take the keys and drive off the lot. While we were waiting for our car to be delivered, David kept in close contact with my wife and I and gave us updates on the transit progress daily so that we knew what to expect. Once the vehicle arrived at Jessup, David was quick to notify us and we made our way down to Jessup to pick up keys and drive off in our brand new beautiful 2021 Chevy Traverse. My service advisor recommended a major service on my car, which has less than 29K miles on it. I hesitated, but thought he must know best because after all, this is the dealership and they must know the car best of all.So I agreed. $474 later after I drove home to consult my owners manual, I find out that NONE of the services performed were due for service, (except for the oil change which is what I brought it in for) Not even close. I will never return to Jessup and have told everyone I know about my story. I feel this was a SCAM and I think the service manager took complete advantage of me.A friend of mine put it bluntly. He said why would the dealership scam you now out of $500 now when they can scam you for 10 years as a Buick owner, a little trickle at a time? Good question. Whatever the answer is, youve lost a potential customer.I will never return.

You canceled my appointment on 7/10 cause the system was down, then attempted to cancel my 7/17 appointment (while I was on my way mind you) cause it would take too long (rep stated 3 hours, when the actual work was completed in little over 1 hour). This after I stated that I live nearly 1 and 1/2 hours away, and would prefer to not make this trip and add miles for no reason. Plus this was for safety recalls on a brand new vehicle, meaning the dealership failed to value my time, my vehicle, or my safety.

Jessup ChevroletSo after driving 1.3 hours from Menifee to your dealership because you had an amazing price of 37k for the 2022 Chevy Bolt Premier in Cherry Red and was going to trade in my 2021 Volkswagen ID.4 w/6707 miles in excellent condition and I was dealing with Mario, he came back to me after speaking Im assuming to your Used Sales Team and ONLY offered 30k which was almost the EXACT amount I told him that was already paid off with the car, it was REALLY insulting to say the least, this car is not even three - four months old and very hard to find due to NO inventory and even KBB.COM appraised it at $41,502  and then Mario came back with 32k, obviously I wasnt going to take that hideous offer and left, now if he would have counter offered around 41k then this would be a totally different outcome and to top it off ALL the Bolts were put on a reCALL list after I left . . . . I guess everything works out for a reason, definitely will not recommend and advise people to stay away from your dealership because of the way your staff operates.

Came into the dealership with hope that we would get some sort of motivation/ answer into buying a car. As soon as we got there we were asked what our budget was, what our income was & what our credit score was.. dealer seamed to be looking for more of an interest that would benefit him in commission. We told him (Mario) what our budget was & right away said we would need “$10-15,000 down payment” for the car we were looking for. Didn’t offer to have as look inside the car, test drive or want to work with us.. felt like we were just a waste of his time. Sad to say this was our first experience at Jessup, definitely won’t be coming back.

Jessup Auto Plaza service tried to charge for performing required recall repairs on my electric vehicle. I contacted GM and was told that they would contact the dealership for me and reschedule to have the repairs performed for free (as they legally should have been for safety due to recall). Misleading customers about the cost of recall repairs is not good service or legal.There are other Chevy dealers in La Quinta and Banning that are not Jessup affiliated, save your time, money and ensure your car is safe to drive somewhere else.

Just purchased a new car from Jessup Cadillac. The XT6 front wheel drive was gassed up ready to go. My wife said you know if we go to the snow country in the winter time maybe we should look at an all wheel drive XT6. A little more money so what. Our salesman had a fit that we would dare look at another car when this front wheel drive XT6 was gassed and ready to go. After giving us his qualifications of driving a front wheel drive in many winter sinarios and worrying how he was going to explain to his boss why theres a fully gassed up front wheel drive XT6 sitting in the parking lot, we just wanted to get out of there. We bought the front wheel drive XT6. We gave Jessup 5 stars as a dealership. They are very good. The general manager Rodriguez called a few days later. I explained to him, its not the dealership, its the salesman.

I recently purchased a new truck from Jessup Auto Plaza. I was coming from out-of-state so communicated with the dealership several times in advance and scheduled an appointment to view the vehicle. I was greeted promptly at the dealership, and had an opportunity to drive and inspect the truck at length. The sales & finance staff were courteous and professional, and did not play games or try to push unwanted options. We agreed upon a price, then the truck was detailed and delivered to me. Wow - what a Class A dealership! I was in the market for a car for my daughter, but I live in Oakland and my daughter is in San Diego... What’s a dad to do??? After dealing with many dealers with empty promises and bait and switch pricing, we found a car at Jessup. I called Manny Vega and discussed, pricing and condition of the car, he assured me it was in mint condition, fully disclosed an all in fair price and committed to it all in 15 minutes. I let him know my daughter has to get a ride to the dealership that was 2 ½ hours away and did not want to do this if the car or deal was not what it appeared… Manny assured me it was exactly what it appeared. My daughter arrived, the car was exactly as Manny described and as the pictures showed, she test drove it and fell in love. I let Manny know we would need to go to the bank for a cashier’s check and he said have your daughter take the car to get it. I asked how much is it, he said I gave you my word on the price and that was exactly what I paid. This could not have been easier! A man of his word. He even agreed to a warranty at a very fair price. He let my daughter fill out the paper work, drive the car home and then sent me the paperwork the next day for my signature. The deal was done and I said “Manny, I need one more thing”…my daughter needs a full tank of gas as she has a long drive home and Manny said “It’s already done”. Wow – what a great guy. I can’t say enough good and recommend you buy your car from Manny!!!! From one dad to another, thank you Manny for making this easy, safe and a wonderful experience for me and my daughter!

SIMPLY FANTASTIC! I am not one to just hand out participation awards, especially not with car dealers. In fact Ive written some pretty scathing reviews.I recently brought my new Chevy Bolt in for a vibrating noise in the dash. They fixed the vibrating and it has completely stopped. The service guy Lance was so fantastic.I am so enthusiastically happy with the car, Mo my sales person, the dealership, the service. I wish I could give 10 stars! Imagine being a busy working mom juggling kids in 5 different sports and needing a new vehicle but no time to look or go to the dealership. This is my 3rd purchase with Jessup and 3rd with David Frizzell. Wherever Mr. Frizzell goes we will go for our vehicle needs. He goes above and beyond! Our first purchase was easy,. But the last 2 have been a DREAM. I didnt even have to go to the dealership! This amazing man brought the vehicle to me and we signed papers and he took my trade in back! I told him a few weeks back that I was on the hunt for an 8 seater SUV with lots of trunk space. And in the market we are in now thats impossible. But not impossible with Mr. Frizzell! He called me letting me know they had one on its way and we did the deal via phone and he drove to MY house to do the paperwork. And for someone with very little time to spare that is magical! If you need something specific, Call David. If you need a friend with a great ear while you sign paperwork, call David at Jessup! He will search high and low for what you need. And he will bring it to you with a smile! We werent even a Chevy family before David Frizzell! Service department is useless. Had my car for 4 days and still don’t have it repaired. It’s the alternator and it took them 4 days to get one. Had the part in the morning but haven’t done the repair and won’t be done until next day. Service advisor never returned numerous calls to keep me informed. Last purchase I make from jessup

I was driving by yesterday 06/09/21 and spotted a Dually truck Dinalli inside the Jessup parking lot for $84,500 window tag, the sales man came and said to me that he was going to check if the truck was available with the manager and in between time I already convinced my self he was not going to give me any discount because a shortage of this type of truck in the market but even so I said to my self if available I am taking it now, that is a fact. But for my surprise he came back saying the truck was available but there was a 7,500.00 on top of the window tag price because of a shortage in the market and Monday they are going to raise it to 10,000, I just think this is not fair taking advantage of the situation to make more money on someone that can be a potential buyer and family for years to come, one thing is for sure that I work honestly for my money and my business mentality side wouldn’t allow me to spend my money with people like this.Ps. I just wished that I can give star less for this people!

My name is Cesar Martinez. I took my vehicle in 3 weeks ago for ac recharge . and a switch on one of my windows. I purchased the extra warranty even though the car should be covered under the first warranty because of my milage . i was told they couldnt get ahold of my warranty company. In the computer era i find that hard to belive. And that the parts are on back order because parts are hard to find this year. Maybe i can get my cars ac fixed in mean time. I requested a loaner car . none were available .

I was disappointed to have the following recent experience involving my C8 purchase:I placed my order and deposit on 2-16-2020 for a vehicle in great demand, understanding the waiting process.I received a phone call on 4-21-21 from the National Corvette Museum requesting the narrative text which I wanted engraved on the interior plaque. After my quizzing them, they revealed the vehicle is being produced at that time. But no notification from GM or my dealer to me. Despite my reaching out to the dealer.After searching around on the internet, I discover a YouTube video explaining all the GM production codes for the C8, which also provides a Concierge phone number for C8 buyers. So I call that on 5-21-21, hoping to ascertain the actual status of my vehicle build from GM, as my dealer has been non responsive. And instantly reach a live person who informs me that my C8 was already built (code 4000) on 4-23-21.But I was not made aware of this fact by anyone. Even though GM has a code 3400 which is supposed to “broadcast” that the vehicle is ready for production to all parties. (Aka the dealer, who should have notified me back when it was about to be built.)After discovering on 5-13-21 that the car was already built, I called the dealer and scheduled an appt. for 11:00 am the following day, 5-14-21, to come to the dealer and complete the paperwork… and pay for the +$100,000 vehicle.Despite arriving at Jessup at 10:50am on 5-14-21 for my scheduled 11:00am appt. it was not until 12:45 that I was informed that “things were running behind with another customer” and it would be later. So I requested the actual amount owed at that point and instead rushed to meet my personal banker, (who was on standby the entire time for my cashiers check need) before she went to lunch. I obtained the cashiers check, returned to the dealer and finally completed the paperwork after 2 pm. Instead of at 11am.I was also informed by my sales person that he tried to call me earlier from the Jessup phone system, regarding my vehicle build status, and received a notice it was not a working number. Then called again and did not get an answer nor leave a voice message.He just gave up. Clearly he was dialing a wrong number, as there were no incoming calls from Jessup, showing in my phone log. So, no notification was received. Despite my providing the dealer not only my correct number, but also having emailed him numerous times prior to this day asking for vehicle build status updates. When there were in fact multiple ways to reach me: phone (with voice mail), text, email and even snail mail. None of which seemed to be used by Jessup, as I did all the contacting of Jessup and GM myself, in order to investigate the vehicle status.So clearly this was not the type of service I expected, or desired, after 16 months of waiting and paying +$100,000 for a vehicle. I only hope my vehicle service at Jessup goes more smoothly than the order and sale process.

I took my 21yr old son with absolutely no credit history to look at a used car. I spoke with James, Art, and Fernando throughout the entire purchase process. Not only didn’t they treat us like part of their family, they worked their butts off to get my son into a brand new 2020 Chevy Spark, instead of a used vehicle, at the kind of payments my son could afford. They even worked the phones trying to help the banks understand my sons credit profile or lack there of. James and Art managed to get the bank to not only buy the loan, but at an extremely generous Interest rate for someone with no credit history. Once we got to finance, Fernando went above and beyond to make sure that my son had an extended warranty at a reasonable cost, so that I would not have to worry about my boy, and my boy wouldn’t have to worry about his car.I would recommend Jessup Auto Plaza to anyone and everyone that will listen.Think about it, my son is 21 and until night before last had never even had his credit so much as run. He has a job and only had $1500 to put down. James, Art, & Fernando made it happen and didn’t even need a co-signer to close the deal.I give Jessup Auto Plaza an overall A++ rating!!!!When you decide to go in, be sure to tell them that Richard Duffle sent you.I have no doubt that your experience will be just as phenomenal as mine!

The negotiations were not the best, especially with the Sales Manager. I gave an offer, and they would not meet and then left the dealership. They waited 25 minutes to call me back and say they would accept the deal. Why would they have me walk out before agreeing if they would end up doing so anyway? Glad I have the car. The other issue is when first seeing the car, before the purchase, I mentioned to the Salesmen that the tires were all low on pressure and if I buy the car, that should be fixed. After I bought the car, the car was washed (on the outside) but not inside. Also, the tires were not filled, and the windshield wiper fluid was completely empty. Those may not seem like a big deal, but the tires and no windshield fluid can be considered a safety issue, I filled the tires and the fluid myself. I did call the dealership several times to leave a message for Mr. Jessup but never received a call back from him. Not the best way to start a relationship with a dealer. I did get a call back finally after 4 days from the sales manager who offered to detail the car. I also had to go back to the dealer as the MyChevy application is not working properly. They tried to help with that issue, but have not been able to do so, as of this date. The service manager was very nice and did what he could. So far the service manager has been great to work with.

Mechanic was great, very helpful.Service rep was good, gave discount on oil change.So called disinfecting of truck after service was total BS!!!Cant believe its too much to ask for the person who brings vehicle back to you after service is complete to simply wipe down steering wheel and door handle in front of you so you know for sure its really been disinfected! Especially since several different people are touching your vehicle during service!The service rep who checks people in said were doing the best we can - thats bullsh..Theres a freaking pandemic going on and you guys cant buy some Lysol wipes to wipe down the inside of the vehicle when it is all done, give me a break!!!
