High quality consigned items... mostly furnishings, decorative items. Some jackets/furs as well. As a consignor, I have received a couple of really nice checks from them for items theyve sold on my behalf.

Staff never acknowledged our presence, stayed on a personal call the entire time & even used foul language in front of my 8 year old. There were some interesting pieces we were interested in purchasing, but no, we wont be back!

Enormous selection of furniture & decorative items for your home as well as large selection of jewelry. Staff is very busy since this is a large warehouse but I found them courteous & helpful.

Great prices. Move inventory, every 30 days price reduction. George is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone was! Fun, eclectic mix of treasures.

I took in a quality beaver fur coat that was in perfect condition for consignment. Brenda was so nice and accommodating. A few weeks later I returned to ask if there was any interest in the coat. She was so rude and dismissed me and said I dont watch my customers so I have no idea .My contract stated that I could pick the coat up on Dec. 30. So I went in the store on that day. Brenda was friendly this time and I had no trouble getting my coat.Inspecting the coat I saw the satin lining had pulled away from the collar and there is now a small tear in that spot. It will need repairI will never take anything to this store again for consignment nor will I shop there.Im disappointed because I used to enjoy shopping there and now the store and my experience there leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Unfriendly staff who provided little to no customer service. Plenty of better choices in the PS area. Will not shop there again and will tell my friends to avoid as well. The owner should hire better staff.

Hello.. Prices are high... I understand we are going into the season here in Palm Springs Desert.. but, scratched, dented, USED furniture at upscale New prices is crazy. Very little of the furniture is collectable in any way.

I went in there to purchase a specific piece. The staff member never once acknowledged me. She kept following a gentleman around that mentioned he needed to furnish his house. I never saw the gentleman purchase anything. They lost my business
