What a fantastic experience here. They had the part I needed, and actually by recommending me to call my hot water customer service number, the clerk saved me over $300 because I ended up not needing the part after all! I would highly recommend this store to anyone for plumbing needs.

Never had such great help and knowledge. Needed to replace my Delta faucet aerator told me what part I needed. John took a lot of time checking it out for me. Bob at the plumbing counter was extremely helpful. He also knew his products. As a tradesman its a little frustrating having to explain to suppliers the function of a system so theyll understand the part you need. Ferguson in Cat City makes my part buying so easy.The HVAC counter is another story. I needed a set of low loss fittings and the lady at the counter seriously didnt have a clue what I was talking about. These fittings are extremely common. All HVAC Technicians need them and have them. Why she didnt know what they were is strange. Other than that, Ferguson rocks.

Dont go here if you are expecting to get help. They are way understaffed and the wait time is comparable with the DMV. Sorry I drove out of my way to seek out a professional shop.

Not happy with this place for service. I ordered a bathroom faucet. And the person behind the counter helping chose to buy me a kit. And it had to be ordered through them in order to get what I needed. Today the faucet kit came in and it was the wrong one. I wasted 40 miles of gas dealing with them. Very unhappy never go there again. Then he wanted to charge me for the faucet kit. To funny, I am not paying for the faucet kit if its not going to work

Needed a faucet stem Lowes or home Depot didnt have them so I go to Fergusons had to order it came in next day got it took it home after charging 45 dollars for the part looked at the piece made in China for that price I figured it would be made in USA wont return there I can buy Chinese at the other cheap stores
