I absolutely love my new floor. Went with the Luxury Vinyl Plank. It looks just like wood. Outstanding with the dog, no scratches. Gary at Carpet Empire Plus in Indio was excellent to work with. He went above and beyond to make this floor happen. I shopped around for months before ending up there. I was able to get a much nicer floor and labor for less then other stores, including the big box stores. Very happy.Thank you.

Great Price! Great Service! My wife and I met Steve, the guy in the commercials. He is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. We really enjoyed working with him. He gave us a great deal.The two guys that installed the Carpet were excellent. Of course they wore mask for safety. They even helped me move a7 sofa to the garage at no charge. They cleaned up after themselves. They were great.If I ever need carpet again I will go here. I plan on telling all my friends about the Great Service and the Great Price. Carpet Empire installed the wrong carpet at my home. The owner said they would refund my money but they scammed me on the day of the uninstall of the wrong carpet. We are taking them to small claims court. Sadly, I heard that Carpet Empire installed the wrong carpet at the home of an acquaintance. They will be nice to you when you order and then show their true colors.

I have been working with them for years Ive tried other flooring places here in the desert some super expensive high-end nonsense waste of time and money .Steve owner of carpet Empire Plus is a great man with down-to-earth personality. Ive had carpeting, laminate floors, tile removed. Each time the guys were very very very hard workers come in no-nonsense worked hard took one lunch. Continue working until they were done cleaned up their mess and left they did a meticulous job very well done. I was very impressed I will always use carpet Empire plus and Steve is a good man the owner.

I want to tell you about kindness. My husband died July 5, 2019. In late December, for the first time in 22 years, I came down by myself to our condo in Palm Springs. And all kinds of things that were not overwhelming with two of us to figure them out, were overwhelming alone. Among them, the HOA sprinklers had been set too high by the gardener. I had plantation blinds on the windows of our condo and did not notice for weeks. Water came in through the windows and soaked the living room carpet and the underlying pad. A local handyman pulled the carpet back and set the pad up to dry, except that it was double-sealed and it didnt dry, even after more than a week in the sun. I needed 8 of replacement pad. I stopped by Carpet Empire - where Id never been before - and was met at the door by Mike Tomlinson. And tears welled up as I explained my dilemma. Mike (and Danny in the shop) found the right kind of carpet pad, cut off the right amount for me, loaded it in my car, and then refused to let me pay for it. Their humanity mattered so much. I would never ever go to them again. They installed our laminate wood floors, they looked great but a couple of years later there were huge gaps in it. I didnt expect them to come fix it for free, all I tried to do was get an estimate. 2 months Ive been waiting to get an estimate and I get the runaround every week. The installers came out and looked at it and said they would call me with a quote and try to work with me since they are the ones who installed it. That was 2 months ago and the guys that work on the floor in Cathedral City apparently have no pull because they cant seem to get anyone to call me back either. The other thing is we went in there with a type of carpet we wanted. The sales guy told us they didnt have it but this other kind of carpet was really good. My fault for not doing my homework, he talked us into wool carpet which is the absolute worse. And it was an expensive one so foolishly we took his word thinking if its that expensive it must be great. On top of that after 2 years there are all these rows of bubbles. Guess what?! I cant get them to come out and fix that either, cant even get a quote. Once again 2 months! I wouldnt even give them 1 star but apparently I have to click on a star in order to post this review.

I bought new carpet for my 3 bedroom house, less than 2 years ago. I paid $2,200.00 for the carpet and installation. Two weeks later, the carpet at the master bedroom started to have bubbles and it look like it was shrinking. I call Carpet Empire, and complained. The send someone to my home to fix it. The fix lasted about a month, and since then the Bubbles, have increased from one side to the whole bedroom. I called again, and got no help. My bedroom looks awful and would not recommend this company to nobody.

Installation in my three-bedroom re-carpet job needed some return visits by their crew to correct some issues. Chip was responsive to my concerns and Jorge was efficient in making the repairs - hes just the person you want to attend to any problems. To me, the measure of good customer service is a companys response when things arent quite perfect. Carpet Empire came through

We got carpet put down in 2 bedrooms of our home about 3 years ago. The sales associate, Mike Tomlinson, took time to show us about a dozen carpets that would stand the test of time (having 2 children and a dog). Honestly, we wouldnt have remembered Mikes name after several years, but unfortunately we recently had a flood in our home and had to replace the carpeting in the rooms. We returned to Carpet Empire and found Mike, ready to assist AGAIN! He helped us find a new carpet and was even able to help us on the price as we were return customers.The new carpet has been installed and it looks and feels GREAT.

Absolutely horrible flooring was placed in our home in Palm Springs for sale. After the luxury vinyl was put in it started to buckle and remove itself off the floor in two months. We spent thousands of dollars only to have it not fixed, nor reimbursed. Never. Again.

I had a terrible experience with them replacing tile in a rental property I bought. I had new tenants coming in and ordered tile and carpet weeks ahead of time with an installation date to be set when closing date was firm which we did. There were many delays, the crew broke the valves for the washer/dryer leaving a slow leak which was a nightmare to get repaired over a weekend. The original crew quit and had to be replaced by their installer. Worst, the tile was not even close to the sample and had a gummy film on it that required some kind of acid wash to get off at the last minute. Theres more but you get the picture.

Stop blowing out favorite shows on cozi tv and H&I with your infomercials which really no one watches. Plus you can’t even start and end them at the top of the hour. Doesn’t make me want to shop at your store!

Bought a 1100 sq condo and bought carpet from them for the whole place. Started bubbling shortly after purchase called them, they said they would do it for $100. They came out and fixed it but the carpet bubbled again now all over condo now they say I bought it 4 years ago. Too long ago.. Shouldnt the sales person have told us about bubbling?

Unfortunately they are not the best source to buy from. They wrongly added extra $$ for closets and somehow leave them out of the bid.bid.
