Great selection overall but service a little slow.

FRESH! FRESH! FRESH!!! So much fresh fruit! Right now Im eating Guava ice cream and its full of chunks of fresh guava. Next time Im going to try a Bionico - it looks amazing - full of fresh fruit.

I love this place! A LOT of flavors and the ice cream is amazing! Coconut and tamarindo are my favorites.

This is a really fun place. Dozens if not 100 of flavors. Coco de oro, (chocolate pieces with caramel) and chili mango are my favorites. Also lots of sherbets and regular flavors too.

What a great experience we had here! This is a quintessential Mexican Ice Cream Shop, it was excellent! The quality of the products, the service, everything was top notch, the prices were very reasonable, parking was a breeze, everything was stellar. Im so glad theres a place like this in Cathedral City, Ill be coming back here often.

Best mexican style ice cream parlor in Palm Springs area. If you are looking for other typical Mexican style snacks you can find them here as well. Definitely worth going if you are visiting the desert.

Rosa is a blessing of a human being in her caring kindness & her customer service is BEYOND exceptional! She was SO patient with all of our questions & was knowledgeable to answer all of them with a gracious smile (the entire time). The ice cream was absolutely delicious & I look forward to the ice cream bars we took home for later. We will be happy to visit this store for a treat at every given opportunity. ...I hope Rosa will be there to be the smiling beacon of light & joy that she is to add to the delight of our visit. The woman was helpful and warm. It was a little expensive for corn. The sundae was good I love yogurt and fruit flavor the best.

Not only is it expensive. But I order some papas locas and the jimaca tasted like cleaning supplies and smelled like fabuluso or something. Im so disappointed.

I wish I could of given 5 stars but I won’t because of the bad service! I’m giving the two stars just because I like their papaya with pecans licuado. Hopefully they can work on their customer service.

Seriously worst service ever! My family and I went to get specific items, 2 icecream cups, 1 chicharron preparado and 1 Chemis. First the cups were way to small, second the people there need to be properly trained because they didnt know what they were doing and speak louder also a chemis is made with fruit and icecream not fruit and cream. Also a chicharron preparado its made with cabbage not lettuce and its supposed to be dice tomato and some avocado wedges not pico de gallo. I just walked away and never coming back. I might not own a business but I do know how it is supposed to be run. At last but not list its 4 PM Saturday and this place had some families in there but there was not enough crew to take care of them. Very disappointed!

Wow I was surprised to see so many delicious flavors. But unfortunately I ordered two quite bad Flavors. Since I opened the door it smelled unpleasantly terrible, like rotten milk, expired sour milk ... I felt like vomiting 🤢 but I thought maybe its some chemical to clean or something ... finally I asked for lemon and eggnog, well the of eggnog has caused me nausea and refluxAll day, my mouth tastes like sour milk all day I have a huge disgust. And I couldnt eat lemon snow because instead of tasting acidic like lemon, it tasted bitter to me like lemon seeds. Gross !!
