A couple of weeks ago,I took my BMW(2007 328xi) to replace valve cover gasket that was not replaced right from another repair shop. Brian(owner) & Jerry(tech) were very professional, courteous. Brian promptly responded on my text & sent me update on repair progress. Now no more oil leak & no oil burn smell. I would recommend to try this shop for any auto mechanical service as well as auto body repair.

This shop is the absolute best when you’re on a time crunch! The paint job they’ve done is spot on and has absolutely no flaws. The couple of rotten apple reviews below seem to be from one customer and one customer only who didn’t give the shop a chance to explain what she allegedly saw. Either way, from my experience, the job they do at this shop is amazing especially for the price they quote you for. The owner is super nice and friendly and makes sure the job is done with 100% customer satisfaction. Any repainting, repairs, small car services, this is the shop to go to! Highly recommend this place to any one who is looking for a flawless repair on their car on time for the right price!

WOW Auto Body can be summed up into one word “wow!” Honestly, Brian and his team are not just professional, but exceptional! I brought my car into their shop because the hood of my car was horrendously oxidized. Pretty embarrassing. After inspecting my vehicle, he advised that the side panels on my car were beginning to oxidize as well. He quoted me a great price despite business being slower due to COVID-19. Only after two days, he called and told me I could pick up my vehicle. Upon arriving, I couldn’t believe my eyes, my car looked brand new with a new hood. The paint job was flawless! I am so happy with their work and will be returning for all my vehicle needs! As a few have said already, it seems as though the negative reviews listed here are linked between family, friends or associates who have contacted one another to write the same negative reviews over and over again. It’s really not difficult to see that they are trying to drag an honest business to the ground. This auto body shop does excellent work and the work speaks for itself. I highly recommend this shop along with the many others who have written good reviews about it as well!

I tried so hard to keep my year and a half old car perfect, but unfortunately I got into a car accident that I was at fault. Thats why we have insurance right?I decided to bring my car here and do not regret it one bit. The shop looks almost new and well kept, even the small waiting area. All the staff here are very professional and personable. Being personable goes a long way when youre going through the stress of car accidents. It took about two weeks, which sounds like a long time. But, Brian told me he didnt want to rush it despite how busy his shop has been. He gave me a call and texted the day before telling me exactly when I should come in to pick it up. I was excited and amazed! My car looked brand new, the only thing missing was the brand new car smell! You can tell they perfect their work and use high quality products to make it look even better than the way you bought it. If you need any mechanic or body work dont look any further! Brian and his Brother, who does the mechanic work are very professional, while Brian was test driving my car after a repair he noticed a vibration coming from the front, I felt that same annoying vibration myself, but had no idea what was the cause.Brian informed me that his brother said it was worn motor mounts, so I authorized the repair and had to call Brian and let him know how much smoother my car is running. I have been working with Brian and his Brother for a year now and I recommend all friends and Family to go see Wow Auto Body and Repair for work. I joke with Brian When I leave and say I hope I dont have to see you anytime soon, But with expertise and professional attitude of Wow Auto Body, I feel confident seeing those guys for ant auto problems I have.

Friendly Staff. Did an amazing job on my car and other cars that I sent that way. Communicates very well on the status of the job. Brian is extremely friendly and transparent so will come back for future body jobs. Highly recommend.

They repaint my truck just like new from 1980. And you can choose your color to make difference and you can keep the same paint. Still nice and good paint and has life time limited warranty. Thank you wow

I dont know what all these people giving negative reviews is about. The reviews seem to be submitted last two days. But looks like witch hunt on a honest business. They all seem to be friends and family members giving negative review. I bet some of you didnt even get your car worked on here and your just exploiting this business based on someone telling you to. I hope the business sue all of them for defamation. Example If a customer claims that you are unlicensed or that you stole a watch from the clients car while painting her car, this business could have a case. A false statement of facts that hurts this business is not protected by the right to free speech. All of you above providing bad reviews really messed up bad and should delete it because whoever told you to start this to destroy a honest business he or she has put you in a possible lawsuit. Hope you all like paying for attorneys and garnishing checks. Ive been to this place several times to get my cars worked on and they provided me exceptional work and extremely competitive discounts. I have no issues with this company and hope to do more business with them in the near future. Retribution will come down on all these folk. Hang in there Brian your a good man and many people believe you are a person with integrity.

I never write reviews but I think this place deserves 10 stars for what they do. From the moment I walked in I was impressed by the professionalism and kindness from Brian and his staff. They are amazing!I came to this shop after bumping my car into garage wall. I was devastated. Thank God I came to this body shop. I was kindly greeted by the owner, Brian who assured me that he will take care of everything. They even made the call to my insurance for me and guided me all the way to getting a rental car. My car was finished within a week and I am so happy with the result. I can not thank them enough for making such great efforts to fixing my car. They have a customer for life !

DISHONEST, DECEITFUL, DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICESI took my daughter’s car to Wow Auto Body in February for an assessment of whether or not the car was totaled. Wow had great google and yelp reviews so I was optimistic this was a reputable, honest business. As it turned out I was completely wrong to trust this business and the owner “Brian”. He advised me that the car was “totaled” that upon turning the engine over it sounded like metal grinding. We were devastated because we had just purchased this care for her 6 months earlier and because it was an inexpensive car under 10k, and had no lien on the vehicle we only insured it for liability. We paid cash for her car so hearing that it was totaled after only 6 months was a real gut punch. Brian was there to see our tears and distress, and responded by offering to help us find someone to buy the car for parts. I thought he was so kind to offer to help in this way. I guess I’m too trusting because he was working us the whole time.The next day he calls to say he’s found a “buyer” for the car who’ll pay $600 which was much more than we were able to find on our own. We were still completely devastated by the loss of my 19 year old daughter’s first car and her transportation to college and work so we were very pained as we sold the car for a measly $600. Please note, Brian claimed he was the middle man, a third party was supposedly actually the one buying the car. For this reason I didn’t try and negotiate a better price with Brian because to my knowledge he wasn’t keeping the car.I WAS SO WRONG ABOUT BRIAN. HE IS A PREDATOR WHO PREYS TRUSTING PEOPLE WHO TAKE HIM AT HIS WORD. THE WHOLE THING WAS A MANIPULATION. BRIAN KEPT THE CAR. BRIAN REPAIRED THE CAR HE TOLD US WAS TOTALED. My daughter drove by his shop last week and did a double take because she thought she recognized her car, but this car had been completely repaired. I went to take a look and CONFIRMED BY VIN # THAT IT IS HER CAR. Brian wasn’t there when she went but she spoke to one of his employees who told her that he had repaired the car to give to his mother in law. WE SOLD HIM A 2009 HONDA ACCORD WITH 100K MILES FOR $600 BECUAESE HE ASSURED US THE CAR WAS TOTALED. I’m devastated to realize now that every interaction I had with him he was being DECEPTIVE, DECIETFUL AND DISHONEST. He essentially stole that car from a 19 year old girl. We would have never sold that car if we thought it could be repaired.When I confronted him about this, he just lied and claimed he didn’t say it was totaled and that it wouldn’t have been worth it to my family to fix the car, which is not his decision to make. He didn’t us the opportunity to make that choice because he LIED AND MANIPULATED US AT EVERY TURN. He claims to have put $6k into the car, which is still far less than the 10k it’s costing to replace her car.

A deer ran into my car and damaged my front bumper and something with my drivers side front tire. I didn’t hesitate to bring my car to Wow Auto Body because of all the great reviews and I am glad I didnt think twice. Brian and his crew were on point and made my car look brand new! They even vacuumed the inside of my car, and that’s what I call customer service. Brian took care of everything from start to finish, he handled everything with my insurance company, and all I had to do was pick up my car when it was ready. My car was ready in a week and I couldn’t be happier with their service and professionalism. They have won another customer for life and I am unquestionably going to recommend Wow Auto Body to my family and friends! Thanks again for everything!!!

My vehicle was sideswiped while street parked and had damage on the entire side of the car. I was moving overseas in just a few weeks and needed the repairs completed fast. Brian was there from start to finish making sure everything was taken care of. Even though the repairs were completed in a week, the job was definitely not rushed. The car came out looking like the day I had first purchased it. Seriously great work and youll be glad to use this shop. I know Ill be coming here in the future if the need arises and Ill recommend this shop to my friends.

BEWARE - They are SCAMMERS!!Wow uses DECEPTIVE business practices!!!My wife took my daughters 2008 Honda Accord there in February 2020 after a serious collision.  It was her first car.  The owner, who goes by Brian (although the business owner is registered as Seung Jin Park with an address in Catonsville) inspected the car and told my wife that the car was totaled and could not be fixed. He offered to call around to try to find a buyer, and some days later told her hed found someone whod give her $600 for its parts value.  That was a LIE because after offering to broker the transaction with the supposed buyer, he graciously offered to buy it in his name and transfer it to the junk dealer as a convenience to my wife, who accepted assuming it was in good faith.About three weeks later, my daughter spotted her former car behind the shop, apparently repaired and verified it was the same vehicle (she has time-stamped pictures of the VIN).  She asked an employee about it and was told that Brian had fixed the car and was gifting it to his mother in law.  My wife and I confronted Brian on March 10, 2020 to give him an opportunity to make things right.  Not only did he refuse to do so, but also blatantly lied about what he had told my wife, claiming he had not said the car was totaled and then saying hed spent $6K to repair it, which is entirely beside the point.This man Brian, or Seung Jin Park, or whatever his name is misrepresented (LIED) about the state of the car, took possession of it for only $600 in bad faith and will either make a significant profit from its sale, or simply use it at a cost below market value.  According to Wikipedia, intentional deception to secure unfair or unlawful gain, or to deprive a victim of a legal right is called FRAUD! THESE PEOPLE COMMITTED FRAUD AGAINST US - DO NOT BECOME VICTIMS!!

I used to live in MD, but moved to VA a few yrs ago. I drove 2 hrs back to MD to get my car repaired by this shop. My story: damage was done to my new car, and I was quoted an estimate, over the phone, of a few thousand to have my sensor repaired. I thought the damage would be covered under warranty, but it was not. Of course I took my car to this shop as I had always had an awesome experience with this body shop with my past cars. The sensor was repaired immediately and at a very reasonable price. If youre looking for honest and expert car repair without having to worry about being lied to, look no further and bring any car here for honest repairs!

I am very pleased with my experience with Wow Auto Body in Catonsville, MD. I got rear-ended while stopped at red light. Brian (I guess hes the owner) took extra time to hear my concerns and explained that Wow Auto Body was fully dedicated to throughly inspecting and repairing my car. Every time I have any question, I call them and they always answered any questions sincerely. I felt they are really care what customers wants, and as a woman at the car repair shop, I was happy that I was treated as same as other customers. The building was clean and neat, also I enjoyed snacks and coffee at the waiting room. I give them a full happy 5 stars.
