Excellent fast service at the best prices anywhere. Doesnt get any better. Referred a number of people and all were satisfied. Ive taken at least 10 vehicles there myself.

These guys could actually get the windshield for our 2014 car and do the replacement next-day. Safelite was booking out a week and had a disclaimer about difficulty getting parts. Another shop I called said none of their suppliers had it. Im so happy I found them. As far as I can tell the work was done properly, and a little more cheaply than Safelite would have been also.

The price I was given when I came for a window replacement changed the next day when I came to drop it off by over $50 because he said oh, it will have to be tinted and thats extra so already off to a bad start with them. I go ahead and do it because I need the window replaced while Im at work and I say Ill pick it up when I get off. When I come back to pick up and pay they then and only then decide to tell me they dont take credit cards and then points to a small little sticker on the window in the lobby. I never even went into the lobby except to pay. The first day he came outside when I pulled up and talked to me, and he did also when I came to drop it off, and never once told me this, but made sure to tell me it would be more after we already agreed on a price. On top of that they took off the headrest of my back seats and just left them thrown in my floor instead of putting them back on. Will never go to this place again for anything, would rather drive with all my windows broken before I come back here

Sprayed so much water on my windshield that it trickled down into the engine bay and ruined something. Car is currently at the mechanic getting diagnosed. Car was returned to me with a check enogn light, check AWD light a f check hybrid system light. Wouldnt take responsibility told me it would dry out.

They do really good work here. I was impressed with the turnaround time and customer service. They got my windshield replaced same day in 4 hours, I was updated when they started working on it, and when I could pick it up. It was $220 total for me (labor + glass) for my Honda Civic 2002. Glass work takes a lot of skill and care. I would recommend these guys and would use them again 100% (but I hope nature does not shatter my windshield again tbh lol)

Ive had tint installed on all my vehicles over the last couple of years and I can say hands down that New and Better auto glass is the best in the business. I took my vehicle to be tinted. They damaged my privacy screen (put a hole in it). The hole was not there when the lady inspected my vehicle upon drop off. They deny responsibility & refuse to have it repaired. I will be filing a claim.

This is the first time Ive had my windows tinted and I absolutely love it!

Terrible service and customer service. I went there to replace my windshield and told them from before that I need all my tags to be removed from the windshield healthy. They ruined my inspection tag and when I told them they said we have no magic hands to fix it! Then after s long conversation they accepted to pay for a new safety inspection certificate. They even wrote it on my receipt “come back for refund”.I went there again with my new inspection receipt and they told me we will not pay for your new inspection. After a long conversation with the manager and her boss they told me you can go through law to get your money back! And none of them could talk or understand English enough to communicate with customers! Such a waste of time and money!

My back window was accidentally shattered and rain was forecasted. They were able to get me scheduled quickly. Great customer service and workmanship! They will definitely be getting any of our future work.

They broke my vehicle’s key that only the dealer sales and the tech said “it was loose not my problem” and refused to pay for it and DID NOT even apologize. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER. Now I have to spend $250 getting a new key. They sure are cheap you get what you pay for I suppose.

My car was broken into recently (thanks Baltimore) and I was calling around for estimates since I know going though my insurance would be more expensive. I stumbled upon this on google and seen so many good reviews on them & how they are on the cheaper side. I called them about fixing my back rear window that was shattered everywhere and they did for $180. You can walk-in or set an apt. I called, came in, and they got it done all in the same day and vacuumed all the glass for free. I really liked the work and had no issues with the window. Thank you so much & I’ll definitely be coming here & recommending this place to others! :)

I took my car to get the windows tinted and I left with a hole in my leather seat. When I confronted management I was told it was already like that.(even though a pre car inspection was done) Being dishonest and careless for reason. WILL SUE

I came here to get my 2016 honda civic tinted it was 120.00$ i got 20% tint for all windows except the front windshield. They did an exceptional job I was in and out within 1 hour. At first I was paranoid when I left I had some bubbles in the tint but it was not dry, within the next couple of days they went completely away once my tint was fully dry. I recommend this place.

Receptionist was very helpful, making it female friendly, and the window fixing I needed was very well done.Way cheaper then dealer prices or other auto glass places down the street. Make sure you are very specific on what you want done, since their approach is very informal.

Got my car tinted here, tan cloth interior whatever they used stained all 4 side panels on my car doors. Went back and the owner Joseph going to tell me its nothing they can do! I said the money I spent here on my new car and you going tell me its noting you can do!? Oh hell no! Ill see them in court

Ive had window tinting and glass replacement here, never had a problem.

I have been using N&B for years and they always have good prices and great service.

They sucked!!!It was for tinting. I had to bring back my car 4~5 times and still I have many many bubbles. I brought my brand new car 2weeks old car and they scratched my cars window paint. So many bubbles and uneven finish.They are just horrible!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!

They did an ok job on my Saab the receptionist was talkative nice I guess understood some English owner was rude new some English but I told him my problem and he walked away. I have a convertible and I told them not to push up on my top they still did anyway because they couldnt understand. I wouldnt recommend. One of the guys even stood in my front seat and pushed my top up with his back very unprofessional and if my top is broken Im bring back.

DO NOT GO HERE! please take the time to read about my experience.I took my brand new BMW (that I saved for years to be able to buy) to this place, and they are sloppy and careless about your car. They left streaks all over the interior door panels (supposedly from water and soap). I spent lots of time at home trying hot water, windex, etc to try to get rid of these streaks. I got rid of most of them, but some are still visible. Ok, so I let that slide.Then after doing a crappy job on the tint to begin with, I gave it a week figuring that perhaps it needs time to dry and will look better. Nope. So with the lifetime warranty, I took it back and they had to fix 3 out of my 4 windows, since there was a lot of bubbling and peeling on the drivers door window. This time when I got the car back, I noticed there was scratches on the tint on both rear quarter windows (back windows of a coupe that dont roll down). I figured it was just the tint, and at this point I was too fed up with this place.Not only that, but there were white specs in the interior of my car (which is black) and on the rubber strip of the door jam (after removing and replacing tint on the drivers window). I thought it was just something that would wipe off so I went home and dealt with it later. Well, it wouldnt come off with anything I used. I took my car back to New & Better tint to show them what they had done. Apparently they used ammonia to remove the tint and had sprayed it there, causing the discoloration. They had me bring it to a detail shop, which they used Meguiars Black plastic restorer, which made it look almost like it was. However, after a few days that faded so you could see the white spots again. This part is about $350, plus labor. But they refuse to replace it.Back to the windows: The scratches that I thought was just in the tint, was actually on the inside of the window. They werent there prior to them removing and replacing the tint. I have no children or pets or anyone who ever sat in the back seat of my car, and like I said, this car is brand new. However, they refuse to replace the windows, which is about $950.TLDR: They do a sloppy job at tint, use cheap tint, and ruin the interior of your car. If you care about your car DONT GO HERE!!
