I love BPR automotive. The staff is friendly and I can guarantee the work that has been to my car is reasonably priced. I am not waiting a long time for any service done to my car. Jimmy and Sabrina are awesome. They give you the price on parts and labor compared to dealerships, Mr.Tire and Jiffy Lube who just quote off the wall prices which most of it is labor. I would not go anywhere else for my car service needs. I call and and they know me and my husband by name. They have a convenient drop box for your key. They call and give you updates on what is going on with your car and a estimated time when the work will be completed. You feel like family and not a customer. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK BPR.

My grandfather had been taken his vehicles to BPR and when I inherited his 84 dodge these guys really helped me out with trying help find parts and they even held on to it for a few weeks trying to figure out what was wrong. They are very helpful and wont try to force unnecessary work on you, and thats hard to find these days. I would recommend them.

A great place to go for any service you need they keep it honest they dont want to you spend more than you have to. They are here to help not hurt. Trust me Ive been to places that love to tell you something is always wrong. Jimmy is a good honest person I recommend this place to anyone.

I have worked with co workers from this facility before bpr ever opened up and as an employee and later a customer when I was too busy or tired sabrina and Jimmy always found a solution now that I am in Arkansas and my shop in Maryland is closed without hesitation all my customers that are still calling get refered to bpr only. These guys were very helpful. My wife had broken down on the side of the road with a flat tire and one of their guys stopped to change the tire. I stopped by their shop at the Catonsville location to thank them,and talked to Jimmy,the main guy in charge. Hes a genuine guy who seems to really care about his customers. Ive been back since my wifes tire episode and Ive recommended them to friends as well.......I saw the earlier review from last year,not sure what that was about....all seemed fine to me.
