Five below is a caricature of Family Dollar. It carries inexpensive items of fair to low quality. Relative to Family Dollar, Five Below carries a small inventory.Five Below does carry some items that you wont find at Family Dollar. It has a large selection of inexpensive, electronic accessories and candies. The staff is friendly and helpful. Management keeps the store clean and organized.There is plenty of free parking.

OMG!! This particular place was clean, masks worn, social distancing was in place and the cashier/employee, named Destiny was very polite, pleasant and patient! Kudos Destiny!!

This is a childs favorite Hangout. Lots of variety of things that are $5. There is lots of space to roam around. The sales associates are friendly and polite.

Decent deals depending on what youre looking for.. I went for a charging cable for my phone, but couldnt find the size they were advertising on the price sign above the cables. Kids running amok through the store, which the staff (I assume) cant really control. New layout had me confused on where things were, so after not finding what I came for, I couldnt take the ruckus and left.

Check out computer issues with making a return. Exhausting

It was pretty nice inside the staff and selection was pretty nice. I found some pretty nice mugs but when I had went to the counter it wasnt nothing to help protect them while they was in the bag.

Standard 5 below items. Great selection of t-shirts, phone accessories and other fun knick knacks. Even cook books. But, what set this location apart was the staff. Extremely friendly, even 30mins before closing. Highly recommended

Cool store! Neat organized but for such a large store e/ as many check out stations was there, only one was opened with a really long line wrapping around products didnt make sense I couldnt find adult knee pads for riding. I saw drinking bottles but not the holder you put the bottle in which attaches to the bike which holds the drinking bottle. Other than that I did have an enjoyable experience & will not only be back will spread the word in my community! Thanks, Im 67 & purchased exercise equipment for myself!. Thanks Again Ms. Anderson.

The name dont match the price on some items...???? plus check your receipt. They over rung me for items. I called that same day to report to manager. Went out their the next morning and it took them over 30 mins to refu9my money.

I used to visit this five below every week during summer months when I lived in Catonsville. Very nice customer service, great collections of convenient products. Take your kids if they want buy stuffs, because you can always find something cute in their collection of toys and swags!

5 Below is the best. Im always finding cute T shirts and fun gadgets for my cell phone. Summertime there are all sorts of outdoor games, supplies and swim gear. Also kids love it!

I asked someone about a product I couldnt find my size in and they went to the back and brought out a box. My size wasnt there either and I made it into the line before the same employer found me with ANOTHER box and I read able to get what I needed! Great customer service and a neat place to shop!!

This 5below Id good,the employee at the door is friendly but the traffic that come and out is of the urban variety. They did have a lot of inventory.

I needed a product that was on a higher shelf and on of the staff members got it for me. She also was able to tell me where other items I was looking for. The store is well stocked and clean. Good selection of stuff. Be sure and check this place out.

This store is not big enough there’s barely any room to walk comfortably without colliding into someone and it’s difficult to also turn because of limited space and for those who don’t know, it’s not 5 below anymore now there’s items over 5$ and up to10$ on something’s just look before you buy anything. I like that there is self check out. I also dislike very much that some of their items are on top shelves that no one can reach unless they ask an employee to get them, that’s inconvenient to me and the employees.

I love coming 2 but this one time I came I bought a lot of candy for a party. The person rang me up and whispered under his breath wow thats a lot of candy in a very rude voice not in a friendly joking way. Wont be visiting any time soon.

I love this location. They have such a nice assortment of things. I come in for one thing and leave with way more than that. Its so easy to find things you want/need here. With the prices so low, its okay to buy a few extra items. My kids love coming here to spend part of their allowance. There doesnt seem to be a long wait when Im there, which is an added bonus. I will continue shopping here.

I like this store, though you have to be careful. Stuff you can get at Wal-Mart for a dollar will be marked up to five dollars here. Also, some of this stuff is really cheaply made and will break 3 minutes after you open it. Be wary of what you buy and if you can get it elsewhere for less money.

Many good items to choose from for $5 and below, organized fairly well with in this Store. Nice collections of childrens toys, activity books, electric gadgets, amazing candy selection, lots of travel mugs etc...One main thing before purchase, check the item cover is opened or not, If opened make sure everything as described is inside. Also for some of the items I would recommend to go to Dollar tree for a better deal. Usually check out lines are long, but move pretty fast, and the cashiers are very friendly, worth the visit.

Ive shopped here several times over the years and I always leave with a couple bags full, especially at Christmas time. You cant beat a store that sells toys and games for $5 or less. During this particular trip, however, there were an unusually large amount of empty spaces. As it was close to the holiday, some low-stocked shelves are to be expected, but this seemed to be more than the norm. One would think that theyd have ordered extra inventory in anticipation of the season. Also, while the store is still named 5 Below, there is now a section of higher priced merchandise which is disappointing. It will not deter me from continuing to shop there though

They have a lot of good choices, the staff not so much as friendly.
