First time - awesome, great price, great installation.Second time - horrible, outrageous price. Second time area was 1/10 the size of the first, yet the cost was more.

Went to this location on Labor day and I was the solo customer at that time. I selected a product that I wanted and the salesman stated, he would phone the factory on the next business day to see if he could get the size I needed. He also stated he would contact me in 1 or 2 business days either way.Several days passed with no communication from the salesman. I finally contacted the store just to say I felt no call back demonstrated poor customer service. First impressions are lasting, thus I would not recommend or buy from this store.

We had carpet replaced in our home after a pipe burst in 2015. Of the different contractors we worked with for the repairs they were the best. They worked quickly and efficiently and the carpet has stayed where it is supposed to be. I cannot comment on any flor besides carpet and I cannot comment on financing.

Our floor installation was perfectly fine. However, the salesperson assured us that payments would not begin for six months after purchase.We made payments early anyway and then received a call that our payments were late. This is not what was discussed. The salesperson seemed extremely genuine and trustworthy, but it ended up not being the case. We are extremely disappointed, and will not be returning to Carpet Land.

Please dont buy from Carpet Land. Our kitchen contractor ordered Floorte Pro floors by Shaw in December 2018. Put floors down starting in January and finishing in February (when additional order finally came in as Contractor was short). Reported scratching in March at contractors direction. Floor is covered with scratches based on normal wear and tear. Neither Shaw or Carpet Land will assist in a replacement or repair. Cheap floors sold by bad people. Mike McComas, Manager, was very rude and aggressive and sales representative Richard Cohen was not willing to help saying it was our fault scratches were there. Why would we scratch our own floor. Never again.
