Ive been a customer for at least 20 years. I take all of my cross-stitch projects here and have always been happy with the results. One of my pieces from 2005 recently started showing ripples in the fabric, so I brought it to the shop to be assessed, as Ive never had that happen before. They re-stretched it for me (free of charge) and said it shouldnt happen again. They didnt have to honor their work from so long ago, but they did, and Ill continue to support this small business:-)

Ive sent several pieces of art to this place and Ive always been incredibly impressed by the level of professionalism and options Im given. I have never gotten a bad product and Im frequently surprised by how well the framing choices match the art. I also wanted to mention that the Covid restrictions they put in place are very good and I felt very comfortable during my interactions with them. Basically, you call and make an appointment. Once you get there you can park it at a designated spot right in front of their location. You get out and ring the bell. A staff member comes out, masked, and grabs the art from you. They go inside and you go back to your car and wait. After a few minutes he comes out and let you come in to review the options. You can make your selections and then be on your way. they have everything set up so you are able to social distance effectively and so the ventilation is very good. I really appreciate your considered thoughtfulness towards your customers health. You definitely have a customer for life.

I’ve used Catonsville Custom Framing multiple times for sports memorabilia photos. They are easy to work with, have reasonable pricing for custom work and the finished products always exceed my expectations.

I came here with a simple request to cut a double Matt board to fit a specific frame/painting. These guys went above and beyond, assembled it all and added a better hanging system, and it all looks wonderful! Highly recommend for their work and service!

The gentleman who does the framing went to MICA and is an artist himself . I believe that gives him a great sense of how best to frame your treasure. He and his employer are friendly. The framing done for my graphic turned out beautifly! I highly recommend this shop.

I take all my original concert posters to get framed here. I have been coming here since 2000, for almost 20 years Mary and her team have taken care of me. When I was in college I got two pictures framed down in Charlotte, NC and it did not even come close to comparing to Catonsville framing. They think outside the box, their work is amazing. My concert posters are one of a kind all hand numbered. I have gotten over 40 different pieces framed by Mary and her team and there is not a better place to to get your pieces framed. These guys are 5 out of 5 stars, I recommend everyone to go here. All their frames are super high quality along with the glass, matting, and the overall job they do. While slightly more expensive than some, this independent business gives excellent advice on what mounts, glass & frames suit the work youre framing.The finished product looks superb (a print & some embroidery) and the work was completed within the agreed timescale.When we have more to frame, well be going back.

Custom Framing is a-w-e-s-o-m-e! They do it all. Great selection of frames, really fine mat-cutting, great advice when needed. They restored an antique frame for me -- amazing work!

They were very knowledgeable and courteous to me, and did a great framing job. They got my framed artwork back to before their estimated date by two weeks! I am planning to get more art framed there.
