I took my daughters here for a frozen yogurt Mom/ daughter date. This was my first time visiting this cutesy place. Pink and green surrounding the entire place. My girls ran to pick their favorite frozen yogurt while I browsed the various toppings.One picked a waffle cone and the other a small cup. I felt the waffle cone was a deal being $5. You can put whatever toppings you want on your yogurt. Various flavors to chose from.It wasnt crowded and no line at all. I loved my experience. I also checked in and you receive a 20% coupon to use for Yelping! AwesomeI will definitely return with my family for more frozen yogurt!

I can never walk into the store without being asked for money by a homeless guy who always sits by the front door. However, the ice cream is good.

Employee was friendly. Greeted me when I entered. They had sanitizer and gloves to use at the front door. They have signs posted about Covid as well as PPE in place. It was the end of the night and trash was over flowing. However, overall cleanliness was good and product was fresh.

I had not been here since COVID. They require that you use hand sanitizer before serving your own frozen yogurt. There is a shield over the toppings, and an employee gives toppings. I was impressed that they offered to get any topping from the back when I mentioned food allergies (so no risk of cross-contamination). We enjoyed the selection of flavors. There was even a dairy free flavor, and several marked gluten-free.There were 2 downsides to our experience- 1) its a bit pricey just for frozen yogurt ($10 for 2 smalls, not even filled up. 1 had no toppings, and 1 had 1 topping). 2)there was a panhandler right at the door of the store

Conveniently next to the Starbucks (in case you didnt get enough sugar from your Xmas stocking flavor crappacino). Usually one or two dairy-free flavors. A lot of nice toppings, including unusual ones like poptarts. Very clean, well lit, and staffed by patient and friendly people. They have their own WiFi and their restrooms are open to use (no key code or anything). A lot of parking, but be careful: the drivers that frequent this lot are either inattentive or in a rush.

One of my favorites of the many chain froyo places. They price by weight and its a little expensive, as most froyo places are, but not the worst. They have great chocolate yogurt (sometimes banana and chocolate!) and done awesome nutella sauce.

The customer service is always exceptional! The environment is clean and welcoming. I encourage you to look into the painting sessions they offer for $20 a person. Its a childrens activity but adults are welcomed. At the end of the class there is complimentary yogurt.

This place was awesome! I rarely leave reviews, but my family had such a great experience here. The staff is wonderfully pleasant and cheerful. The options are excellent, and they have to have 25+ toppings. Just all around a good place for desert with family or friends.

Niece got a fly in her icecream. Think it was stuck to a chocolate covered strawberry. Not sure. They said we would not b charged for extra flies when we come next time. Didnt offer a refund. So I went and filled up a new cup for her and another for me. Because I was pissed they didnt apologize. I should have got loud and yelled out. Theres flies in the soft yogurt

The facility was clean and well organized with signs showing what each flavor is and how nicely and cleanly the toppings were laid out. Everything was clean and smelled clean. The cashier was nice and I would go again.

I love this place!!! I like to take my children here for a sweet treat and healthy at the same time, we love to try all flavors, they are all just sooo good, my children love it. The staff is always very friendly and the place is always clean, prices are on the high side but believe me, its worth it.

Not happy that I was not able to get my own tasters for the kids. Had to have some woman, follow me and ONLY she was allowed to get tasters. Boring. Sweet Frog in Federal Hill lets you get your own tasters.

The minute I walked in, the girl behind the counter greeted me. Also, they have really good flavors, especially the thin mint one (a cross between chocolate and mint)! They had lots of toppings and a reasonable amount of seating. Definitely a good place to go!

A lot of different options, definitely way more than I would need but kids love it. Overall I just think its too expensive. You pay by the weight so be mindful of your toppings.

A lot variety of yogurt ice cream and toppings are a lot. Place is not crowded and the staff are friendly. My favourites are vanilla and coconut with granola, almond and chocolate toppings.

I love coming here for their many options. I love how they label each froyo for people with allergies or intolerances. It can be pricey if you go overboard so I signed up for their discount they send to my phone and usually wait for the discount before going because it saves me alot of money.

Pretty good frozen yogurt here. They have a good selection of flavors like cookies and cream, peanut butter, cheese cake etc. They do have a wide variety of toppings though, it is very easy to get lost in them and just keep dumping toppings on top of each other.Plenty of seating is available and their prices are fair.

Well you would think that when you have seen one frozen yogurt place youve seen them all, but thats where you would be wrong. This place does something a bit different. The first thing you will notice is that the staff there really goes out of their way to welcome customers. Words like hello, please, thank you seems to escape the average teen working behind the cash register, but not here. The yogurt is great, toppings plentyful and fresh, the place is clean, the staff is nice.

Very clean...excellent customer service but can be pricey

This place deserves 2.5 stars, while the store appeared clean the bathrooms (which I am so sad I didnt a get picture of was hella dirty). Thess are the bathrooms the employees used which lets me know everything that appears clean isnt being deep clean. Just some surface cleaning. The employees hid in the back and hurriedly came out only to check out customers. I wanted to get samples for my kids but couldnt find an employee so just took a leap of faith. Their attitudes were like this is paycheck, no Good Afternoon or have a nice day. The yogurt is good but thats credit given to the manufacturer!. I ll return for my childrens sake but if we come across a closer froyo, thats clean than peace!

Maannnnnnnn look...this place is off the chain!!!!Im 30 now right and my tolerance for sweet stuff is dramatically lower but this frozen yogurt is perfect!!!!the original tart flavor mixed with the nyc cheesecake is absolutely perfect for somebody who cant do sweet tasting stuff too much....they have chocolate covered sunflower seeds which were different and the place is bright and clean and family friendly BUT wear a coat because youd think a ice cream place wouldnt have the air conditioning on but nope, its freezing in this MF lol ⛄️👌🏾👍🏾👍🏾
