There were two registers open - that is each register has three people behind it. One was three working on a return/exchange and the other had a guy talking on his phone the whole time I was third in line when I started waiting to check out.. After 15-17 minutes I requested someone open another register as 10 people were already waiting. When I had waited for 25 minutes, they FINALLY opened a third register. By the time I final got to be checked out, I had waited for over 27 minutes and after I paid I counted and there were.THEN, some more fun started.While the store was well stocked, things in the wrong place or they were set to scan customers. I tried to buy a tire on sale for $9.99. When I got to the register, he tried to charge me $15.99. I told him that the price on the shelf said the price didnt match the price being charged. He told me that the tire I brought to check out, must have come from someplace else - He was acting as if I was trying to steal the better tire. The photo shows the shelf tag with the empty spot right behind where I had gotten the tire I took to the register. While the original two registers were STILL with the guy talking on the phone and the other was doing the return.So ...Final opinion:STORE - pretty good, needs to be stocked properly so that things taken off the shelf match the shelf price;EMPLOYEES - they should hire some that actually work, including a manager who can actually SEE customers waiting in line - he didnt care until ten minutes after I had pointed out the long line.

Great place for saving money. Unibits around 19 bucks for 2. Home depot 45 bucks for 1. Mine has lasted 8 years. Fishing sticks 10 bucks for 10 sticks . Home depot is over 40 bucks for 3 poles.

Great store. I live 2 miles from the Glen Burnie store, but regularly drive to Catonsville for better service. One too many times left standing in a 30 minute line while 5 people sat up front with 2 registers open.Catonsville doesnt screw around, you could have 1 cashier and 5 people in line, theyll have you out in 5 minutes.

Excellent Customer ServiceI was told resin shelves i wanted were not in stock. As i was walking out the door, i heard someone ask what i was looking for. A young man named Dre said follow me. He knew where they were. (on the top shelf) When i told him i wanted 4 and didnt have a cart, he went and got one. Dre stopped my $175 from walking out the door. Excellent customer service . Dre is the reason i would and will shop at Harbor Freight on rt. 40 again soon. Thanks Dre.

Great selection of tools. You can get a variety of quality of tools depending on the use frequency. For a professional or daily/frequent use, maybe not the best choice but prices are great.

Beats a few other locations Ive been to - from giant zip ties, to metal ones, and just about half the store dedicated to automotive products! Lots, and lots of various sanding products including blocks and large sheet sets. Even utility knife carabiners that I havent seen but here.

Tools at a great price, helpful staff, and a wide selection. If there are any tools I just need to use for one or two jobs, or use very infrequently I always buy them here. Ive been very happy with their pneumatic tools, including their compressors and air nailers. Used them to build two sheds, complete two rooms, and redo a roof without even jamming once. Very happy with their quality especially considering the price.

Nice product,good prices, but the reason I dont give it more stars is because the 2 people working at the front, were attending/allowing 2 guys not wearing masks, everybody else was wearing mask and I found this situation disrespectful, I almost left the store without buying anything,but I was in line with some tools that I needed for a next day job and I was tired to go somewhere else, the store looks clean and organized,not to big but with good supplies, I will come back,hopefully next time I dont have to deal with this type of issue, please re inforce right CDC guidelines procedures.

Great prices and they often have coupons, the tool quality seems decent so far. They do not have many floor employees to help you, I only ever see the cashiers. Also mention the coupon to the cashier because they do not automatically take them off.

The store is very well organized and clean. There was not anyone on the floor walking around which I did not mind because everything is easy to find. I used a coupon which was a great help with what I needed.

I call ahead of time to make sure they have what Im looking for, they check and confirm they have 2 sets of wheel dollies I need. I drive over 30 mins to get there to find out they only have 1, how frustrating and a waste of time coming here is! People arent helpful at all!!!

Got a US General tool cabinet(made in ....u guessed it China....a bit misleading)?It was bent, one of the rollers didnt even touch the ground. Called the store but they didnt have any of the same color. I had to go to a different location to get it replaced. The replacement lower cabinet drawer wont stay closed unless I lock the entire cabinet! I really dont feel like hauling it back again for another replacement. This is really related to the product not the store. However, I didnt realize I could get a 20% online coupon until I got home. My son was with me and had checked out in a different line with his account. He said the cashier told him about it, so he pulled it up on his phone and got the discount.

Poor. I have been a customer for years. They would not give me the sale price. With out a Coupon. I showed I was a Loyal customer for years. Now I will not return.

Great store and they had the perfect lock for my case. Four pc set and the keys fit all four locks. Robin was very friendly and ensured me if the lock did not fit I could return it within 90 days with the receipt.

First time at this particular store. Its relatively new and the displays are neat and tidy. They had the tools I came for. They were not busy so I was able to check out quickly. My only regret was that I did not bring my catalog and the associated discount coupons which would have saved a few more bucks.

This new location is very spacious and well-lit. The layout seems a little odd, but it wasnt too hard to find things. The back third of the store is half a level up for some reason, but the entire store (street entrance included) is very spacious and has ramps everywhere making it all handicap accessible. The staff here are friendly and helpful. Nice place

I got there about 20 mins before closing. Walked in and got helped immediately (unlike other locations). The young man on the register was really nice and cool. Looked like he couldve been high school or recently graduated. Very respectful. The other young man that helped me get my tool into the car turned down a cash tip. Im very impressed and satisfied!!!

Im not a professional carpenter or plumber or anything like that, but I like this place to find cheap tools for home improvement projects. The staff and help needs improvement, there is almost never anyone on the floor to help, but the cashiers, and the best one there is Robin, she goes above and beyond for her customers with a good heart and a smile. What is troubling to me is that you can hear lots of voices coming from the office, they just dont care to come out and help...unless it is closing time, and even then they just make sure no one is getting in. 😕
