The staff is friendly and they are usually pretty well stocked!

Clean store, seems to be stocked with alot of products. Customer service is lacking tremendously. Even when you’re pleasant, you don’t get that in return. I’ve been here a few times and it’s uncomfortable as the employees have attitudes, refrain from assisting you, and have side conversations that will deter you from shopping there. I shop at other vitamin shoppes as this one needs an upgrade in employees.

Nice not enough essential oils in stock.

My friend and I took a trip to The Vitamin Shoppe to shop for a few Keto friendly snacks due to my friend being newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. The store manager(Gullian) was extremely helpful and nice, even shared personal experiences of his own. He made us laugh and gave us a few things to think about during the journey. Gillian was so knowledgeable and caring, not to mention the store was well organized and clean.

Went to there to pick up a few items. There were two gentlemen there whom other than greeting me, never said anything to me. As I proceeded to look up reviews on the products I wanted they continued to hold a conversation about women and his children mother. I didnt even get all that I wanted because they were so deep into there conversation. I would have gotten more had the two men been more professional. Wont be going back!

Upon my arrival into the store I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help. They assisted me finding everything I asked about and were very friendly while I was checking out.

I went to the vitamin shoppe here in Baltimore county looking for some liquid iron. They had a very good selections of different vitamins. I would recommend this store.

Helpful employee. He sanitized his hands before touching the product and my card, also they are considering social distancing at the counters. Visited to buy homeopathic tablets only. They dont have all the variety of homeopathic tablets though.

Limited selection and ok customer service. Have been a few times but each time customer service is lacking. Either because they have little knowledge of the product, limited awareness of stock/availability or just plain acknowledging that they have a customer.

Great staff and great selection. Ive been to many others where they refuse to acknowledge customers or act indifferent, but this place always hires good staff with some knowledge on their products. I also get out of stock items shipped to the store for free. A convenient service they offered me.😆

Very helpful staff. I came in and was so vague as to the product that I was looking for (I literally hadnt used the product in over a year and could not even remember the name😒) . Bit the sales person helped and literally tried to look up the product according to my vague description. It was like finding a needle in a haystack. The fact is--the person helped.
