I had been coming to this business for many years. However, today the owner refused to accept an exchange for an item I purchased earlier that same morning saying he could not do so because of Covid but in reality he just did not like me. I purchased a glass bong from them recently. Bong had a terrible design and no matter how much water I used, water would constantly go up the bong and hit my lips. Obviously the design isn’t the stores fault. I never actually used the bong, I just put clean water in to test it and immediately stopped using it. I rinsed it out with 91% isopropyl alcohol just to make it brand new again even though nothing was in it. Brought the bong the next day and the kid working the counter said I can’t return it. It was basically a brand new bong. They said they’ll tell you this policy when you purchase the bong, but I purchased it from the same cashier the day before and nothing was said to me at all.

This store is now Desires Novelty & Smoke Shop. Desires took over the original smoke shop as well and added to it. You won’t find many places selling Dutch’s at 99 cent, Game Leaf around $1.80, or 5 pack of Backwoods for $6.99. Amazing prices and they’ll always work with you on price with things like glass and vapes. They may not carry every product out there but the stuff they have is quality. They will also work out any issues you might have unlike the previous owner and management. Great store!!

Horrible quality of products my items where tampered with on the box it said 2 bottles of lube would be inside but it was not. High price and low quality. No customer service and a very Small selection to choose from. Dont waste any time here if u like variety quality and items that have not been tampered with.

For the smoke shop in the front.Great selection of Djarum products and reasonably priced! The staff are amiable, and they have a pretty interesting rotating selection of vapes and glassware.

Worse place ever! Dont spend your money there.. go somewhere else. The service was terrible!
