Went here for a quote after hitting a deer on the freeway just a couple miles south of Cedar City. Saw the good reviews and thought they might be the perfect place to get my car fixed. Never heard from them again and had to drive my damaged car all the way to Salt Lake just to get it fixed while scratching my tires to get there. No communication whatsoever.

My car was totaled after being hit by a distracted driver. Because insurance handled the tow and transfer of the car, I didnt work directly with the shop. However, I did call to see if the shop had received my car after being unable to reach the insurance company and the receptionist was extremely kind! She explained that my car hadnt been dropped off yet, but offered to call me as soon as she received an update. Sure enough, I was notified when they had been contacted by the insurance and again when the car was dropped off. Extremely impressed with their professionalism!

This business fixed the trim on my car to look brand-new! I only had to wait one day for the part to come in, and only an hour for it to be fixed. And when I went to pick up my vehicle, they had washed it! Great service and great people!

I hit two deer that nearly totaled my 2013 Lincoln Navigator. It was our pampered and loved SUV so it needed to be perfect. To make it worse, it is pearl white. The staff listened and performed flawlessly. I could not be happier and would highly recommend them. My grandson ran his bike into my daily driver, a 2008 Explorer in blue metallic, deeply scraping the side. I also had Premier repair it, same flawless repair.

These guys are awesome! Matt and crew were absolutely great to work with and did an excellent job of fixing my truck. I had a few extra things I wanted done while the truck was apart and they had no problem getting these done, for a fair price too. They also got it done on time, which was very important for a trip I had planned. I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending their services to friends and family.

Mr. Matthew Gale was thorough including looking under the car to assess damages. With this information, I was able to negotiate with the other party in the accident for settlement funds the next day. Very high quality work done on my truck. I talked to Matt he was very straightforward telling me what would be done. Good price as well as we were not dealing with insurance. My only complaint is they told me it would be a week and it took a bit longer. From Monday to the next Friday with no communication in between. The work required taking off my bed and they failed to hookup the fuel filler. Other than those, good work, good price, and good people.

We got hit by a shredded tire on our way to our camping trip in the mountains. We found this place by looking up body shops with high ratings. Premier lives up to its ratings! We got an estimate right away, he ordered the parts, and told us we could bring it back the next Monday or Tuesday. We got to enjoy our camping trip and when we brought the car in everything was ready to go and they finished it really fast! It looks great, and the estimate was spot on! Highly recommend Premier.

Fixed my truck like nothing ever happened they communicated well and do excellent work!

I bent the front panel on the drivers side where it meets the door badly enough that the door would only open a few inches before rubbing on the panel. I took my car to Premier Body & Paint for an estimate. The guy came out to look at it; said, Let me get a tool; straightened the panel out; and didnt charge me anything for the repair. I know it was a simple fix, but that kind of generosity is pretty huge (especially when Im sure another shop might have kept the car overnight and charged a couple hundred dollars for the repair).I will definitely go back here if I ever need body work in the future. If you want honest, friendly service and good work, definitely check these guys out.

Matt worked on my first truck in the early 1990’s and did an excellent job then and he continues to run the best auto repair shop today. He has repaired a number of vehicles for me and he is always willing to go the extra mile to answer my questions and give suggestions and options. Matt and his staff are excellent craftsmen and do a great job. If you want a great job at a fair price this is the place to go.

Just wanted to say thank you!!! Yesterdays 60 mph wind gusts almost took off the SUV driver door! The wind actually bent the body where it hooks on the steel hinge. Matthew (owner) came out, looked at it for 5 seconds, then went and got a tool, and fixed it in 30 seconds!!I asked him how much and he said no charge.
