I was here from out of town and had a brake problem. Josh was very helpful and got my bike fixed within a couple of hours so I could continue enjoying my trip. Very friendly and kind. Thank you very much.

I’ve shopped and had my bike serviced at both Red Rock locations. I always feel comfortable with the advice of the service department and trusting them to work on my bike.Just recently I had a deluxe overhaul performed at the Cedar location and must say the store manager, Josh, is AMAZING! He is knowledgeable, professional, outgoing and friendly. Every time I stop by or call the shop, I receive outstanding personable customer service. The employees are all outstanding as well. Thats a true reflection of good management

Love Red Rock Bicycle! Always great to work with. Rented a Specialized Jumper. They quickly brought out the bike and we were on our way! This is a quality company!

My son came in with a cracked rim the night before a race. They jumped right on it and got a new one installed and ready to go for him! Nick was a truly nice guy and took care of our every need!

Im here from out of town and my e-bike, yes I said e-bike, was having issues making it un-rideable. Our entire week is MTB. They took it in and fixed the issue in time to ride. If it couldnt be fixed I was going to be able to rent a bike. Thank you so very much. Its a great shop here in Cedar City. Anytime I am here or St. George I now have my shop away from home.

Very well put together bike shop. Beautiful displays and a pretty good selection of products. Staff is helpful and I am very happy that masks are highly encouraged during these times.If there is one thing I would improve, it would be selection and display. I was quite surprised at the stock of products and components that they did not have on display, but had in the back. If I’m doubt, just call! They put up with all my dumb questions.

Really great bike shop! They just opened up recently here in Cedar and had their grand opening this weekend. All the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable and they offer you help as soon as you enter the door. I am really impressed by the professional atmosphere they have. Check them out, you wont be disappointed.

This is one of the coolest bike shops I have ever been in. I felt so welcome and not intimidated at all when I walked in. It is decorated so cute!! They have awesome clothes and supplies. Go see it!!

This is an amazing shop...a beautiful well stocked bike shop...maybe one of the best in the state. Best of all is the technical expertise...Josh, the manager, is legendary in his knowledge. Check out this shop...it’s impressive.

Josh hooked me up, what a great bike shop, I am in from out of town and had an issue with my bike, he went the extra mile less than an hour to closing to get me back riding. Couldnt say enough nice things about this shop, they get 6 stars.
