These guys are amazing. They went above and beyond the call of duty. We took our pellet stove to them. They stayed until almost 9:00 on a Friday night to fix it. Could not be more pleased. I highly recommend Matt and the crew at Paces Culligan. They came right out and took a look at our needs for a water softener and reverse osmosis system. Matt gave a us several estimates based on our needs and budget and helped us arrive at a decision with professional, expert advice. We never felt pressured through the entire process and they were extremely prompt with the installation. My wife and I were very happy with the installers. I needed a new seal pack kit for my Culligan water softener. I was travelling from California to Utah and stopped at the Culligan office in Cedar City to buy one. Not only did they charge me less than what I could get it for in Salt Lake City, but an employee named Matt took me out in their shop and showed me how to install it. I live in an area where there isnt a Culligan office, so that was great. I highly recommend the Culligan people in Cedar City, Utah. Their customer service is outstanding.

I have had a Paces Culligan Softner in our Home since Culligan came to the area. We have always loved the service and knowledge that is provided. We just recently purchased a RO system through Culligan. It has saved us time and money. My grandkids come and drink the bottle water we had and left half full bottles all over the house and yard. We wasted a lot of money. Since we have purchased and had the RO system installed we have saved a lot of money on bottled water. Also I am older and carrying in the packs of water was hard. It is nice not worrying about that anymore. We also can use the RO water on my husbands CPAP machine and saves me time and money on getting water for that as well.Over all great products with great guarantees and great service!
