They notified me that there was a recall on Jeep and that I needed to bring it in free of charge. I dropped my Jeep off on Friday morning and pick it up that afternoon. They did a software update on my Jeep and then they ran a diagnostic on my Jeep and gave me the print out that showed everything was good and that I will need to change my tires in awhile.

These guys are phenomenal. The entire staff from Josh, Derek, and Andy. Everyone was very helpful and it was nice to experience a customer first awarded dealership first hand as a fellow Chrysler employee.My trx had broken down. And was towed in. Having been stressed about getting back to work on time and nearly 400 miles away from home. I was reassured by them that they would do everything they could to get us back on the road in a timely manner. My husband and I are on vacation in our new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. A check engine light came on several days ago. Weve had this before, and IF it is the same thing, it is nothing to worry about. We stopped at the Jeep Dealer in Montrose CO and asked them to put on the sensor and pull the code so we would know. They were too busy and sent us away. Today we stopped at Cedar City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and our experience was totally different. The young man at the desk immediately grabbed what he needed, came out with us and read the code. We went back in and he explained what he thought was going on and assured us that we will be okay to finish our trip. (It is the same thing as before.)Thank you so much! I had the service department install a Mopar lift and suspension on a 2021 Jeep I purchased from Cedar City Motor Company. About a month later a bolt fell out of the suspension and almost caused a wreck. They fixed the problem and assured me they inspected everything and claimed it was fine.However, another bolt fell out a month later. I took it in again, they said it would have to order the part and it might take two weeks.I want to be clear, it wasnt just a bolt that caused a rattle. When the part failed I almost lost control. The rear end skidded out of control. And it happened twice.This is warranty work on a brand new Jeep caused by their own incompetence and they refused to give me a loaner car or offer anything other than a ride home.Update: No one at the service center or the sales department could explain to me how to get a rental. I probably asked Pete in the front office 5 times what I needed to do to get a rental. He didnt know. So the next day I called Jeep and they got me squared away with a rental immediately. Im glad I could count on Jeep even if the Dealer didnt know anything. The dealer has Jeep Wave signs and stickers all over but apparently they dont know what that means.Update: They fixed the suspension after 3 days. Prior to that I spoke to Bruce Nakken the customer experience coordinator. I told him about the issue and many others Ive had over the past two years. He assured me he would speak to the manager. However, when I spoke to the manager Tim, he didnt know about any of the issues or concerns I had had. He also said they would not pay to have it inspected by an independent dealer.Update: On the way home my Jeep pulls badly to the left. It must have been knocked out of alignment when the suspension failed for the second time. Apparently they didnt drive it or check the alignment.Im going to pay out of pocket to get it inspected and get the alignment fixed.I have never written a review of any kind in my life, good or bad. The service I received here was so bad I broke my 45 year streak.Ive been taking my car to Cedar City Motor company for 12 years, and Ive bought several cars from them. I will never go back.

Needed an oil change and fuel filters immediately on a Thursday afternoon. Called service, they squeezed me in right away. Did a great job and price was very fair. I would expect to pay a premium at a dealership but I’m confident it was less expensive than using a quick lube.

Not the best experience. We had are oil changed and the tech that was parking our car hit another vehicle. They didnt want to do anything about it. And the manager at that time didnt want to return my phone call. Same vehicle was hit and the only only place we can take it is cedar motor company. It took almost 4 months to get the parts and they never returned our calls we still havent even had the vehicle fixed properly. I suggest that you go else where if you need body work done or even a oil changed

I took my 2010 focus into the dealership. I was amazed at their new maintenance facility. Anthony met me in the service drive. He checked my whole car out in front of me. By the time I got some free popcorn and a drink and sat down they told me my car was done. They topped the fluids and showed me how all the items were working and if I needed any repairs. My tires were a little worn on the front but they told me I would probably need to get new ones in the next 6 months. They were upfront and honest and didnt try to sell me stuff I didnt need. It was refreshing. I bought my car there and they were great also then.

Im a car hauler. I just delivered a brand new white Pacifica. Its a beautiful mini van still in the wrapper. Go take a look.

Took my car in to get body work repair done and they were phenomenal to get it done in a timely fashion for me.

We were on the last two days of a looong, 8-day family trip when our rear driver-side wheel started making a horrible noise. We thought perhaps the bearings needed to be replaced. What a disappointment to be only one day from home but be stuck in Cedar City! I was afraid we would be there all day, if not all weekend. Dexter took a look right away while we hung out with our four small children in the waiting room. They were entertained by the dinosaur toys and popcorn. Before long, Dexter came out and told us that one of our wheels had the lug nuts all loose. (Wed just gotten new tires before the trip, so another shop didnt tighten them enough.) Dexter apologized for having to charge us $15 for the time to diagnose and fix the problem. Are you kidding me?! I was overjoyed to pay it! We were there less than an hour and got out of there for 15 bucks. He could have lied and told us it was the bearings or any number of other things and we would have believed him and paid it.I highly recommend this shop. They are honest and more than fair. I wish I could find someone like this in my home town.

Worst Dealership I’ve ever been to. Brought my 3 month old truck to them because it was making a clanking noise in the front end. While it was at the dealership I ended up with a 3ft long scratch along side my vehicle which they denied having anything to do with.They claimed everything was fine with the front end so I brought it to a dealer in Las Vegas where they discovered the front sway bars were not installed properly. Make the drive somewhere else to have your vehicle serviced.

I had the best experience At Cedar Motor Company just over a week ago. I had a car that I had purchased from Larry H. Miller in 2013 that had nothing but problems A LEMON and for the last 3 years I owned it I tried to get out from under this car and no one could help me but Tim at Cedar Motor Company always took care of my Warranty needs in a timely matter with the best customer service Ive ever had. I had just filled out an online review for service at Cedar Motor Company and the guys at in the dealership saw how much I hated my Lemon of a car and Cary personally contacted me about getting me out of my Lemon and into a new car that I would Love. I am telling you I was a challenge for Cary, Mike, Brian and all the guys at Cedar Motor Company because I was $7,000.00 upside down in my car but they made it work (it took a day and a half like I said Im a challenge) and got me into a beautiful 2016 Chrysler 200s which I am enjoying every day thanks to these great guys. They cant see past what they think they know service people need to be trained. When Dodge calls it a safety issue and your so called mechanics calls it normal theres something wrong.Jim Blackner has been awesome and the Crawford and the gentleman that finishes up dealings have been great but since Cedar City Motor bought out Parkway it has gone down hill I am not impressed with any other other department.I wouldnt recommend anything but the sale department to anyone.

I was interested in a used truck these guys took in on trade. Unfortunately, Im a 3 hour drive away and didnt want to make the trip more than once. These guys were very helpful in getting me as much information up front as possible. Brian Lamoreaux answered all my questions about the truck and working with my credit union.I drove the 3 hours down there and guess what, the truck was as described. After having it looked over nearby I signed the paperwork and was out of there in less than 30 minutes. That truck was so nice, I felt guilty about making my wife drive her car home.I would definitely recommend this dealership. Asked Christian our sales rep. For a car fax before we test drove a black f-150 super crew and he said sure! Drove the truck, asked for the car fax oh ok I think its good,distracts us with drinks and popcorn and so on. We buy the truck to literally find out 3 weeks later through my insurance company on the car fax the body was damaged! They never disclosed that or we would of never bought it they never showed us the car fax either! Livid I contacted Brian and knowing its a federal offense to do what they did took the lemon back and refunded our down payment. I told Brian that when we bought the truck their finance guy forgot to take our down payment and I remembered after we left so we turned around and took it to them and Brian said what does that have to DO with anything and I said that we are good honest Christian people and deserve honestly back and he said we are honest! What a joke not disclosing the truck had frame damage and never showing a car fax is honestly! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM WITHOUT A CARFAX!!!! Oh sure they are nice and smooth talkers and will sell you anything! They should be ashamed of themselves. Oh and by the way we had paid for new tint on the Windows and 3/4 of a tank of gas compared to their 1/4 of a tank. Im just so thankful to be rid of that Truck! Got a new one from Select Auto in Denver they showed the car fax and have way better vehicles!

The salesmen are friendly and professional and the service department is extremely helpful. They repair vehicles quickly and effectively and do oil changes fairly quickly too.

To respond to Mike Curtis review. We here at Parkway apologize that your felt your service experience was less than satisfactory. We would love the opportunity to earn your business. We used to ask the question Did you purchase your vehicle here? Simply to find out if your vehicle information is already in our computer system. But because of your review we realized that perhaps that question is sending the wrong signal to our customers. Fact is we want to help anyone that comes into the Service department whether they purchased their vehicle from us or not. So we no longer ask that question of our customers. Now we ask have you had your vehicle in for service before? Or, Do you know if your vehicle is in our computer system Thanks for pointing this potential problem out so we could address it.

My daughter just bought a used car 2012 Honda civic from cedar city motor and jeff bohn was an awesome salesman as well as Dale,and Huey who helped her secure financing. Such an amazing experience. Took Escape in because a click noise left front when making a left turn. Couldnt find any safety factor wrong. Put wd-40 on it and its OK. Friendly, courteous people!
