Beware: Your perscription is ONLY GOOD FOR ONE YEAR HERE. I wanted to buy some new, stylish frames 18 months after getting my perscription, but I could not because my perscription was expired after a year. They wouldnt even give me any information about my perscription and wanted me to come in. Its a racket. Endless appointments every time I want some new frames? No thanks.

Not sure why I expected more from Walmart the doctor is always gone so no one can do anything but tell you he’s gone and I was given the nastiest attitude the last 3 times I’ve been in there by the same woman I would rather pay twice the amount they charge for anything simply for better customer service

Getting my glasses was easy as I did this at a location in Salt Lake City (they were amazing). I had my glasses shipped to the Cedar location. They weren’t able to fit my glasses to my head apparently, after I was told they could be fitted. So now I have glasses that don’t stay on my head. So I went back into the Cedar store to ask a few questions and was extremely unimpressed as one lady was one her phone while talking to another rep and completely ignoring me. I’ll go somewhere else and hopefully get my glasses to stay on my head.

Ive had good experiences with them, I dont know what else to say about it. Youll probably get the same quality experience as if you went to a dedicated optometrist.

Went for prescription safety glasses. Very affordable, staff was great. I had to take them back about a month later as I had damaged the coating somehow. I had the glasses back within a week at no charge..Great job guys!

We had 0 problems with the actual Optometrist. However when we were looking for frames, a woman working there told us that our insurances would cover no actual frames or lenses. We were also charged a copay, while our insurance dectuctable had been met. We left to do some more research on our insurance, which stated that Walmart Vision should have covered up to a $150 pair of glasses, plus more coverage for lenses. The doctor seemed very willing to help us, but the rest of the staff tried to get rid of us as quickly as possible.

Changed a bent screw on my frames almost after closing hours. Took the time to do an excellent job. Prompt service.

I am 68 years old woman with the usual stuff going wrong with my sight. I have been using this vision center in Cedar City for many years. Dr. Taggart is so comforting and efficient. I highly recommend the experience. He makes eye exams fun. However, the reason I am writing this review today is because of the eye specialist, JOVETA HOLT, she treated me as if I was the most interesting person in the world. She posed as my personal eyeglass makeup artist. She followed me from one set of frames to another and put up with me changing my mind several times. Because of her assistance, my glasses are perfectly suited to my face. With Dr. Taggart and Jovetas personal care and expert knowledge, I am able to see as clearly as when I was a kid and look cute while Im looking around.

Fixed my sunglasses in a matter of minutes. Great service!

The bad reviews are from years ago. Good value and professional.

Really Bad. I have to get a whole new appointment all over again. Pay a little more and go to someone thats not inside a Walmart!
