Hyrum and his staff did such a great job on our countertop and in record time 4 weeks from start to finish and the install only took about 30 minutes I would recommend coalcreek to anyone who want a quality countertop !!!!!!

Hyrum did a fantastic job installing our beautiful countertops and windowsill. He had all the measurements exact. My disappointment is that I did not fully know the characteristics of the product before having them installed. I was excited about the undermount sink and no seams. What I didn’t know is that I cannot use heated small appliances on it.The week after the install, my granddaughter was flipping pancakes on a griddle on the countertop. There was a very loud pop bang crack sound. I rushed in from the other room to see what had happened. Everything seemed ok. It wasn’t until we were cleaning up that I discovered a 1/4” wide crack in my new countertop that ran about 18” across the surface. The countertop had absorbed so much heat that I couldn’t comfortably touch it an hour later. The crack has since closed and I can use it as is but I wish I had known. I don’t dare put a hot pad on it with a pot. I used to cook on appliances on my old Formica countertop, but I can’t with my new countertop. I’m posting this to inform others so they won’t have the same experience.

My husband and I were in a huge time pinch with a renovation we were doing. After pricing out Home Depot, and being given the time frame of 4 weeks and a much higher price tag than we wanted, we found Coal Creek Countertops. We walked in, stated our time frame, and were thrilled when we were told we could have a countertop installed in a week. Not only that, but it was HALF the price of home depot. It turned out beautiful, we are very happy with the results and our experience. We will definitely be back for future countertop needs!
