I have been going to RMF for over a decade I have gotten mattresses and bedroom sets to kitchen table and chairs. They always have great selection the staff is willing to do whatever it takes to help get you the piece you need. They offer free delivery and have great quality products!!

They have been wonderful from beginning to end. I purchased a mattress. Tony was very helpful and knowledgeable. 3 weeks later I thought that mattress was not going to work for me so they exchanged it for a softer one, no questions asked. 2 weeks after I received the 2nd mattress it was definitely too soft. I went back in to see what we could do about getting our original mattress back. They were very kind and said if they didnt still have ours they would give us a brand new one, again at no extra cost. How amazing is that. I will be back next week to purchased that sofa and love seat that they helped me find.

Greens mattress gave us the best sleep we have had in a while... we also bought an aspen bed that is amazing and super solid... the mason series couch sectional is awesome and truly brought or living room together.... we also got a recliner that swivels and rocks which is perfect for our baby....Tony gave us prices that beat all the competition.... and he provided research to highlight all the money we saved...Not only did we get high quality furniture.... we didnt have to wait 5 months like all the other competition... everything is in stock... I bought a recliner from them last week and as soon as they delivered it I realized I had made a mistake. I sheepishly returned to the store the very next day to tell Tony, my salesman, that I was unhappy with my purchase. Tony was so supportive and nothing but helpful. He told me he wanted me to be happy and told me go and check out their recliners again and find the one that I feel comfortable in. I did and it was slightly less expensive so received a refund on my card. The store came back that very day and picked up my other chair and delivered my new chair. I will be returning to shop for all my furniture needs here. They are so helpful and caring!

This was my second time buying from Rocky Mountain Furniture, and the service was excellent, beginning to end. I moved to Salt Lake City, but because of the service, prices and quality, I purchased from them again. There was never any pressure from the sales staff and everyone was helpful from the moment we walked in the door. Elissa was awesome and did an amazing job at helping me. She was knowledgeable and very patient with my kids, who were pretty hyper at the time. I was having a hard time visualizing everything and trying to put together patterns, so she drew the layout for me and showed me different options for my small space. They delivered to me all the way in South Salt Lake, and the delivery team was great. Hacinto (sorry if I misspelled) went the extra mile with set-up, and was so gracious and eager to please. Overall great experience and outstanding service.

My husband and I recently bought a bedroom set from Rocky Mountain Furniture and it was a really easy experience. We got an unbeatable deal and were treated very professionally by both our salesman and the financing staff. Their 12-month financing option is wonderful and we would recommend it for anyone looking to buy furniture over time.

I bought a Dr. Greene mattress and adjustable bed frame in January 2020. The bed was just as advertised. Best bed Ive ever slept on. And the price was below all others. There was a problem with the adjustable bed frame that they replaced quickly and without question. Excellent product. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

Variety and great service.

Saw a coffee table we liked the style, but too small for our needs. Asked if they could make a custom large version. They made the custom table exactly as we wanted. Took a little longer than anticipated, but the table is excellent quality and finish. High end heavy solid wood and beautiful. To top it off, the price was half to a quarter of anything else we could find. Highly recommend!

Tony provided us with excellent customer service and a quality sectional couch we were looking for at a reasonable price. We checked from St. George to Cedar City and he had the best quality at the best price. I highly recommend taking a look here for your next furniture purchase. We just stopped in to look around and ended up buying a mattress and adjustable frame. Our experience was great, from the knowledge of the salesman all the way to delivery. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The delivery guys went above and beyond in that they took out a king mattress, disassembled the base and moved the mattress up some very narrow stairs to a loft. Great deals and have good customer service, fast and easy delivery. Had a small scrape in the dry wall going up the stairs (a U shaped staircase) that was covered by a little paint but considering the large size and weight of the dresser they moved, i was surprised there wasnt a lot more done. Great cleanup of any trash as well when they left. Would definitely buy from them again!

I bought a beautiful Indian rug and a dining room table at a reasonable cost.When they delivered it there was damage to the table and a couple of chairs. They got right on it and brought me a new table top and chairs. Their customer set is excellent. I would definitely recommend them if you’re looking to furnish your home.

Great deals for most rooms in my house!

Today I came in with my mom looking for a reasonably price yet good quality bed. I was only going to get the mattress but ended up getting a frame too. We received a killer deal and the delivery was perfect. The customer service was exceptional and the assembled the bed rather quickly too and the guys were awesome! I will definitely be making another purchase from here again in the future! Money well spent. The selection they had was also more than what I expected. I’m very pleased.

I recently bought a bunch of log furnitures from Rocky Mountain.Hands down the best place to buy furniture in Cedar City. Austin was so super friendly, accommodating, and professional. Made my shopping experience unforgettable. Three levels of great furnitures and home decor, I can shop there for hours. If you have a cabin you need to furnish, this is the place. I highly recommend it. Tony was okay (joke hahaha). But seriously, everyone is so friendly in this store. The impeccable customer service they provide, and the reasonable price they offer keeps me coming back.

I hate to write negative reviews, but dishonesty in business frustrates me and I dont want anyone to get swindled. I would caution anyone shopping here to take pictures of the items they purchase and compare them to the items delivered. It has happened to us twice that we purchased a product and were given a lower quality product than we ordered. The first time I didnt worry about it. They delivered the correct adjustable bed frame after we called. I figured mistakes happen. This time I purchased a mattress and asked to make sure it was in stock (I needed it that for company that night), when we went to get it there was a glitch in the system and the mattress wasnt in stock, so they gave us an upgrade for the same price. The upgrade was actually the lower quality mattress that cost $100 less than I paid. If I hadnt known the difference, they would have been happy to keep my $100 and leave me with the low quality mattress. After I called them on it, they said they would still give us the upgraded mattress to make it right, but they didnt. They did eventually deliver the mattress we paid for, but not the upgrade. They have low prices, but be cautious when dealing with this company.

We went in today to get our daughter a new “big girl bed.” We found a bed we loved, along with a mattress and box spring all for a great low price! Love the free local delivery. Tony was wonderful to work with. Thank you! Just what we were looking for.

Dana helped us and was awesome! We were able to get an entire bedroom set and mattress for half of what we expected, and twice the quality! The financial part only took 15 minutes, and everyone was extremely nice!

Have purchased several items from them over the years. Prices are very fair and the employs are always accommodating. Had a mattress fail and they had me a full warranty processed in a few days. Tony, and Dana are super helpful, know there products, and are willing to do what it takes to make things happen.

Bought a couch, love seat and recliner set from this store 2 1/2 months ago, had the couch delivers and set up by then and the love seat has never been right. Its shaped like a banana and lands to one side. One night while sitting in it the top half of the seat came off while I reclined back. I contacted the owner of the company and all he had to say was that I should have bought my couches in my home town if I wanted them fixed.

Privately owned furniture store in Cedar City, Utah. They have a large selection of furniture, including coaches, chairs, tables, and beds. They probably have the cheapest furniture in town (at least they are worth a visit if youre shopping for furniture). They offer payment plans, and the sales staff is really nice and they leave you alone (unlike other pushy salesmen)

This is by far the best furniture store. The staff and management were excellent. Had a box spring that was the wrong size, exchanged it no problem.

Very disappointed with the customer service. Not one employee stood up from their chair when we entered. We asked for measurements on a bed frame and he handed us a tape measure and then chuckled still from his seated position. We walked out and took our business to another store the same day...all because of the poor customer service.

Excellent in-store service. Friendly staff. Quick delivery and move-in service. My husband and I were thrilled with the extensive selection of matresses. The sales representatives were very patient and informative with us while we debated over a matress to buy. Tony promised us same day delivery and they were one hour to close by the time we finally purchased our matress. 30 minutes later the moving crew called saying they would be coming by shortly.

Great selection, excellent prices, the owner helped us personally, and they have free local same day delivery. My go to place from here on out.
